        창의성 개발을 위한 체육교육 연구동향 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 진행되어 온 학습자의 창의성 개발을 위한 체육교육학술연구의 동향을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 창의성 개발을 위한 체육교육이 어떠한 목적으로 어떻게 이루어져왔으며 그 효과는 무엇이었는지를 탐구해보는 데 있었다. 국가수준 체육과 교육과정이 창의성 교육을 제시하기 시작한 시점부터 현재까지 학습내용과 교수-학습전략의 변화 양상을 분석하고 창의성 개발을 목적으로 한 체육교육의 실효성을 제고한 향후 체육과 교육과정의 개정방안을 제시하는 것 역시 본 연구의 주요 목적이었다. 본 연구의 연구동향 분석을 위해서 초·중등학교 학생들의창의성 개발을 위한 체육교육을 주제로 수행된 국내 학술연구물들이 광범위하게 수집되었다. 한국교육학술정보원(Korea Education & Research Information Service [KERIS])의 문헌정보서비스를 이용하여 총 33편의 관련 학술연구물들이 수집되었고, 최종 분석대상으로 선정된 연구물들은 발표연도 및 학술지, 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구결과, 창의력 분석요인을 분석변인으로 하여 창의성 개발을 위한 체 육교육이 어떠한 방향으로 연구되어 왔는지 분석하는데 이용되어졌다. 본 연구의 연구동향의 분석 결과, 1997년부터 현재까지 학습자의 창의성을 증진시키는 체육교육의 가능성을 평가하고 창의성 개념을 활용한 체육교육 프로그램을 개발 및 적용, 그리고 효과를 분석한 연구들이 진행되어온 것으로 파악되었으며, 대부분의 관련연구들이 체육교육이 학습자의 창의성에 미치는 긍정적인 효과에 대한 근거를 제시한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습자의 창의성 개발에 실효성을 기대할 수 있는 체육교육 프로그램을 설계하고 이를 학습현장에 적용하여 학습자의 창의성과 관련된 인지능력의 변화를 과학적으로 측정한 실험연구보다는 창의성과 체육교육간의 관계에 대한 이론적 배경을 소개한 문헌고찰 연구가 주로 진행되어 온 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of the study was to investigate research trends of physical education that have designed for improving students creativity. The previous research studies that focused on impacts of physical education on students creativity and brain based physical education for students creativity was collected. by Korea Education & Research Information Service(KERIS) and Total 33 studies were selected as subjects of analysis for the present study. The selected studies were analyzed by four important factors that decide purposes, methods, and results of the study: journal and year for publish, methods, participants, and topic. According to the analysis of the selected studies, research on physical education for students creativity have been conducted without considerations of brain based physical education Also, the updated national physical education curriculum did not include practical contents and teaching and learning processes that were prepared by brian scientific theoretical backgrounds. In addition, the results of research trends indicated that experimental study focusing on the impact of physical education on intellectual abilities related to creativity was not activated while literature review study for exploring related theoretical framework was actively conducted.

        뇌 기반 학교체육 프로그램 참여가 중등학생들의 인지ㆍ정의적영역 발달에 미치는 영향: 예비연구

        본 연구는 취학연령 유ㆍ청소년들의 뇌기능을 신체활동 및 스포츠 활동을 통해 긍정적으로 변화시키기 위한 목적으로 설계된 뇌 기반 체육교육 프로그램을 학교체육현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하는 데 있었다. 지난 2013년 한국연구재단의 연구사업 참여를 통해 수행되었던 유 .청소년의 폭력성향 조절을 위한 뇌 기반 학교체육 프로그램 연구의 자료를 적용하여 설계한 뇌 기반 학교체육 프로그램을 수도권 소재 N 중학교 2015학년도 체육수업에 1학기(16주) 동안 활용하였다. 연구대상 학교의 2학년에 재학 중인 남학생 중 학업성적이 부진하고 폭력성향 등 정서적인 문제를 노출하고 있던 12명의 학생들을 대상으로 뇌 기반 학교체육 프로그램을 체육수업에 적용하기 전과 후, 전문심리검사용 설문지(AQ-K, BDI) 검사를 실시하고 연구대상 학생들의 체육교사와 담임교사를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 연구대상 학생들의 인지 및 정서기능 변화를 분석하였다. 연구대상 학생들의 폭력성향과 우울증에 대한 연구 자료를 제공한 설문지 검사 자료를 분석한 결과, 폭력성향의 경우 뇌 기반 체육교육 프로그램을 적용 한 후, 연구대상 학생들의 신체적 공격성, 언어적 공격성, 분노감 영역이 통계적으로 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났으며, 우울증 측면에서는 인지적, 정서적, 동기적 우울증증상이 통계적으로 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상 학생들의 인지기능 변화에 초점을 맞추었던 연구대상 학교교사들과의 심층면담 결과에서는 제한된 연구기간 동안 학생들의 인지기능 변화를 관찰하기는 힘들었다는 교사들의 의견이 지배적이었으나 연구대상 학생들의 학업능력에 대한 잠재력을 발견할 수 있었다는 교사들의 의견이 지배적이었다. The purpose of the study was to investigate changes of students` cognitive and affective domain through participation of school physical education that brain-based physical education program is applied. Brain based physical education program was designed by supporting of 2013 National Research Federation`s interdisplinary research enterprise. The designed physical education program was applied to physical education classes of N middle school that located in the capital area for 16 weeks. Physical education teachers of the subject school utilized the designed physical education program to the second year physical education classes and total 12 male students were selected as subjects of the study. They had a poor academic achievement history and violent inclination. The subjects took psychological survey related to changes of cognitive and affective domain. In terms of subject students` violent inclination, the results of AQ-K survey shows that their physical, linguistic violence was significantly reduced after applying brain-based physical education program. Regarding depression of the subject students, their cognitive, affective, and motivational depression was significantly reduced based on the results of BDI survey. In addition, the results from teacher interviews reveal that subject students had a potential for improving academic achievement.

        대학수영선수를 위한 근력코어프로그램 효과 분석

        The aim of the study was to investigate an effectiveness of a muscle training program college swimming athletes" records of short distance. Total 21 college swimming student athletes participated in the study and they were grouped depending on whether they were trained by designed muscle training program or not. The muscle training program was designed by applying the concept of core training. The program includes the periods of general and specific endurance training, speed training, and control. College swimming athletes of the experimental group had participated in the designed muscle training program during three months(12 weeks) while student athletes of the control group were trained by a general swimming athletic program. Based on the results, muscle strength and endurance of trunk, shoulder and knee were significantly improved (p<.005). In case of blood lactate concentration, subjects" lactate concentration in muscle was increased by the middle of training period and decreased by the end of the period. Also, training records of subjects in free style were shortened but the difference was not significant.

        모바일 기기를 이용한 학교체육평가의 가능성 탐색

        The purpose of the present study was to investigate possibility that practicality of school physical education assessment is improved by utilizing web-based mobile devices. In order to discuss what problems assessment of school physical education have and how to apply mobile devices to solve problems previous research studies that focused on school physical education assessment and urgent educational technologies were broadly collected by domestic and foreign research databases. Contents of collected literatures were analyzed by following categories: 1)structural problems of school physical education assessment, 2)a variety of contents and methods of assessment: a necessity of educational technology, 3)an appearance of web-based mobile device and change of school physical education assessment. According to the analysis of literature review, school physical education assessment has faced obstacles related to broaden objectives and reliability. Physical education teachers also have suffered from limitation of applicable assessment tools and complains of students and parents about assessment results. However, the present study conclude that urgent educational technologies, especially, transportability of web-based mobile device and interoperability of applications could help address structural problems of school physical education assessment that introduced above.

        현직체육교사들의 체육교사교육 실효성에 대한 비판적 소고

        The purpose of the study was to investigate physical education teachers’ critique of the effectiveness of teacher professional development programs for physical education teachers’ expertise and to suggest a practical teacher professional development prognun regarding the current physical education teachers’ critique. In terms of data collection, four secondary physical education teachers who were involved in a physical education pedagogy major master program of a university participated in this study. All participants had in-depth interviews with researchers focusing on contents and instructional approaches of the current professional development programs for physical education teachers and practical approaches to improve the effectiveness of teacher professional development programs. Interview data were analyzed by the inductive analysis by creating categories related to practical problems around physical education teachers’ professional development and possible instructional approaches for reforming teacher professional development programs. The results reveal that the participated physical education teachers had negative perspectives on effectiveness of teacher professional development programs because of low quality of curriculum. teachers’ indifference, and institutional problems. The suggested practical professional development program for physical education teacher emphasizes the need for reforming teacher education curriculum and understanding teacher development stages.

        국가수준 체육과 교육과정에 준거한 인성평가도구 개발을 위한 논의

        본 연구는 초·중등학교 학생들의 인성교육에 있어 체육과 교육이 미칠 수 있는 영향의 정도를 측정하기 위한 평가도구를 개발하기 위해 논의하고 결정해야 할 사안들을 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 인성평가도구의 적절한 구조와 내용을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 국가수준 체육과 교육과정에 명시된 인성교육 관련 교육목표, 내용체계, 교수·학습과정, 그리고 평가방향 등의 내용을 바탕으로 신체활동 및 스포츠활동 교육을 통한 인성교육의 가능성과 그 효과에 대해 논의하고 이를 통한 학생들의 인성변화를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 평가도구를 개발하기 위해서 조사하고 논의해야 할 사안들을 제시하는 데 본 연구의 중점을 두었다. 이를 위해 2009년 및 2015년에 개정된 국가수준 체육과 교육과정의 내용과 구조가 인성교육의 견지에서 분석되었으며, 타 교과의 인성교육과 학습자의 인성평가에 적용된 이론적 배경을 수집하고 이를 체육과 교육에 접목시킬 수 있는지에 대한 판단을 전문가 집단과의 협의를 통해 진행하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해, 본 연구는 학교체육에서 이루어질 수 있는 인성교육의 유형과 그 특성에 대한 의견을 제시하고, 또한 이와 같은 체육교육을 통한 인성교육활동이 학생들의 인성변화에 미친 영향을 분석할 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 교육적 도구의 개발과 활용을 위해 고려해야 할 사안에 대한 논의를 제공하였다. The purpose of the study was to investigate what physical educators need to analyze and discuss for designing an assesment tool targeting to learners` affective ability. Regarding the contents, teaching and learning process, and assessment direction of the national curriculum for physical education the present study focused on the structure and contents of an assessment tool and its` practicality. The study analyzed the contents of the national curriculum for physical education that were revised in 2009 and 2015 in order to discuss what and how school physical education has provided students opportunities to positively change their affective condition. Also, the present study collected and analyzed documents related to theoretical background to design an assessment tool that highlights youth`s affective changes. An expert group members who were practitioners and researchers in sport pedagogy area participated in the study to discuss contents and structure of an assessment tool for learners` affective changes. Through this research process, the present study suggests the types of humanity education with physical education and it`s characteristics. In addition, the study focuses on what physical educators have to consider to prepare an educational tool to improve students` affective conditions.

        일류선수 육성을 위한 스포츠 지도자의 전문성 탐구

        The purpose of the present study was to investigate differentiated expertise of elite sports coaches who have trained Olympic gold medalists. Although the previous research studies already identified various kinds of expertise of elite sports coach, it was difficult to understand in-depth individual abilities of coaches who have realized the highest athletic performance with findings of the related studies. Seven professors of a sport university that is located in Seoul Korea participated in the study. They have experience that trained gold medalists in summer and winter Olympic game and are still continuously focusing on developing new coaching methods for Olympic level athletes who are members of national teams. Participants of the study had in-depth interviews with questions about developing athletes including recruiting athletes, training methods, coaching philosophy, instructional strategies. In addition, participants’ essays, research papers, and diaries that related to their experiences for training Olympic gold medalists were collected. Data from in-depth interviews and collected documents were analyzed inductive analysis and trustworthiness of data was established by a member check. According to a data analysis, selected elite sports leaders for the present study have differentiated characteristics and expertise as follow. First, they constantly pay attention to athletes’ physical and mental conditions. Second, new instructional strategies for the athletes who have different characteristics and personalities have been developed by them. Third, they have made efforts for creating inventive tactical strategies for the next events. Finally, their expertise was established by athlete life. The present study concluded that world-wide leaders of elite sports commonly have persistent attentions to athletes and are equipped abilities related to develop and apply new approaches for developing athletes who have the highest level of athletic performance.
