        건축구조용 저항복 고장력강 Beam-Column의 구조특성

        최근 건축구조물의 고층화 및 단면크기의 증대 때문에, 600MPa급 이상의 고강도 후판강재의 개발이 활발하다. 그러나 국내에서 연구되는 이러한 강재는 높은 설계기준강도와 높은 항복비로 인하여 사용이 제한적일 우려가 있다. 그래서 이 연구에서는 일본에서 개발된 저항복강 600MPa급 강재에 대한 기계적 성능을 기본으로 하여, 축력과 휨모멘트를 받는 beam-column의 단조재하실험결과를 이용하여, 연강처럼 건축물에 이용이 가능한지, 그 구조적 특성을 검증한다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 현재 국내 시험생산된 유사 고강도 강재의 실용적 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. Recently, the development of high-strength thicker steel plate above 600MPa is becoming active due to the increase in both height and member size of architectural structure. However, such steel, which is being investigated in Korea nowadays, has possibility of limited practical application because of high design code strength and high-yield ratio. Therefore, this study performed the validation for the structural performance of beam-column with combined axial force and bending moment whether this beam-column might be attributable as an architectural purpose steel. This study was conducted from the result of monotonic loading test of beam-column, based on the material properties of low-yield, 600MPa class steel which was developed during 1988-1993 in Japan. This study might provide the fundamental database for practical research for these steel which are actively being tested in Korea.

        사서교사 양성을 위한 문헌정보학 교과목의 내용과 교육의 전략적 강조점에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to study the instructional contents and strategies for school library media specialist education in Korean Library and Information Science. The writer insist several aspects of instructional contents should be emphasized for relevant school library media specialist education. Instructional contents for philosophical and conceptual aspect of school library and media specialist, knowledge and experience for literature for children and young adult, and knowledge and technique for teaching and instruction at field are those. And the writer suggests LIS education for media specialist should be able to let the students stand on the strong professional sprit, help adapt themselves to school practice, and make them a professor of literature.

        문헌정보학 분야 어린이서비스 연구의 현황과 과제

        이 연구는 우리나라 문헌정보학분야의 어린이서비스 연구의 경향을 분석하고 연구의 발전적인 방향을 모색하기 위해 한국문헌정보학회지, 한국도서관 정보학회지, 한국비블리아학회지, 정보관리학회지에 창간호부터 2012년까지 게재된 학술논문 113편을 분석하였다. 연도, 학회지, 연구자, 주제, 연구방법, 연구비 등을 기준으로 논문현황을 분석하였고 연구에서 나타나는 내용과 방법론을 중심으로 개선과제를 살펴보았다. 연구 논문 분석을 토대로 어린이서비스의 발전을 위한 과제로 어린이 도서 연구의 활성화, 어린이서비스 연구 전반의 실효성 제고, 연구의 현장 근접성 강화 등을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of children's services research in Korea. A total of 113 research articles were selected from 4 journals in Library and Information Science. Articles were analyzed in the aspects of research subjects, research methods, author types, and research funds. The writer discussed the problems shown in the articles and suggested some recommendations for the development of research.

      • 보중익기탕이 알레르기 비염 유발 白鼠의 과립구 및 조직학적 변화에 미치는 효과

        Allergic rhinitis is an allergic reaction characterized by sneezing, coughing, itchy nose, mouth and throat, congestion and/or nasal discharge. The offending allergens are usually pollens, molds, dust mites and animal allergens. We aimed to observe inhibitory effects of Bojungikgi-tang on incerase of the number of eosinophil and neutrophil, and protective effects of nasal mucosal tissue in the allergic rhinitis. 1. In Inhibitory Effect of Bojungikgi-tang on Increase of the number of Eosinophil in Serum, Bojungikgi-tang showed significant effects.(p〈0.05) 2. In Inhibitory Effect of Bojungikgi-tang on Increase of the number of Neutrophil in Serum, Bojungikgi-tang showed significant effects.(p〈0.05) 3. In histopathologic change of nasal mucosal tissue, Bojungikgi-tang showed significant protective effects. Depending upon above results, it is considered that Bojungikgi-tang has the inhibitory effects on the process of allergic rhinitis and that it could be used in reliving patients of the symptoms caused by allergic rhinitis.

      • 주기적 스터브를 이용한 슬롯결합형 마이크로스트립 방향성결합기의 특성 개선

        슬롯결합형 마이크로스트립 방향성결합기의 반사계수와 분리도를 동시에 개선시키기 위하여 기존의 사각형 형태의 슬롯에 주기적으로 다수의 슬롯이 추가되었다. 방향성결합기의 2 개모드간 위상속도와 등가회로를 이용하여 설계 방정식을 도출하였다. 이상적인 성능이 설계 예제를 통하여 가능함을 확인하였다. Several stubs are added to a rectangular slot for giving an improvement in both return loss and isolation for a slot-coupled microstrip directional coupler. Its closed-form design equations are derived by velocity equalization of two normal modes and network equivalence. It was verified that nearly ideal performance is achievable by design examples.

        1960년대 한국 학교도서관 운동의 전개에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 1960년대 한국 학교도서관 운동의 전개 양상을 조명하고 있다. 1960년대 학교도서관 운동이 크게 확대되는 양상을 지역별 강습회와 전국학교도서관대회를 중심으로 설명하고 학교도서관계에서 기울인 학교도서관의 제도화 노력과 그 성과에 주목한다. 그리고 교육 영역에서 학교도서관의 입지를 강화하기 위한 노력으로서 전국학교도서관 연구대회와 학교 경영자를 위한 도서관 교육의 의의를 탐색한다. The purpose of this paper is to review the modern school library movement in Korea with a special reference to the 1960's. The writer keeps an eye on the legal and administrative improvements for school library activities.

        공공도서관 어린이 서비스의 현황 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate the present stage of children's services of public library in Korea. Data were collected from 171 public libraries and analysed according to five aspects of library services; physical aspect, collection, human resources, user services, and management and program. The results shows that budget, human resources for children's services should be increased and every local library authority should be on an active and effective way to services.

        腋격의 病因.病機.治療에 對한 文獻的 考察

        Bromidrosis is a disease which is also called huchou[호격] in the oriental medicine. This disease produces an odor and a small amount of sweat from the axillary area. Prognosis of the disease could possibly get better with age. This can be explained by the fact that its symptoms begin usually when a person reaches puberty and as the person gets old, the symptoms reduce or disappear even when specific treatments are not applied. Although the disease is not lethal, many patients have difficulties in leading a normal and comfortable life, physically and psychologically with this in mind and some osbservations gained from the literature studies on the causes,symptoms, and treatments, I embarked on a study aimed at finding out the therapies. My study on the literature has produced the following results ; 1. In the oriental medicine, hu-chou[호격] means the characteric smell or odor produced from the fox. 2. The literature studies point out two causes in the oriental medicine. One is natural. The other is acquired. Acquired cases have the following causes: shi-re-nei-yun[濕熱內蘊]. xie-뱌-bu-huo[血氣不和], gan-qi-yu-jie[肝氣鬱結]. 3 There are two therapies in the oriental medicine. One is internal and the other external. out of the two, external therapies were mainly used according to the literature studies that I have consulted. 4. According to my study, the most frequently used herbal medicine was Alunitum(明 礬)(45 times), followed by Minium(密陀僧)(39 times) and Moschus(?香)(21 times respectively). 5. My study also found that bian-zheng[辨證] was not .rarely listed on old literatures. Therefore, old literatures did not clearly show how to root out the disease. They only taught now to alleviate the symptoms and remove the characteric odor.

      • 마이크로스트립 라인의 폭방향 전역함수를 이용한 마이크로스트립 구조의 해석

        본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 개방선로와 선형공진기에 대해서 라인의 측방향 전역함수를 이용하여 모멘트법으로 해석하였다. 마이크로스트립 라인의 기판의 유전율 두께와 라인을 폭을 포함하는 측방향의 상관함수를 유도하였다. 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위하여 몇가지의 수치해석 예제에 대하여 제안 방법과 다른 방법에 대하여 해석하여 그 결과를 비교하였다 이 방식이 기존의 방법에 대해서 보다 더 정확한 결과를 얻을 수 있음이 관측되었다. Microstrip open-end and linear resonator are analyzed by method of moment (MoM) taking the entire-domain current distribution, found in literature, along the transverse direction of microstrip line. A transverse correlation function which incorporates permittivity, thickness and width of the line is derived. Numerical examples are investigated and compared with the available other data and methods in order to give the validity of the proposed method. It is found that the proposed method can generate more accurate results than the conventional methods.

        온도에 따른 원유분해미생물의 생물학적 정화효율 평가

        Bioremediation is one of the most effective ways to remediate TPH-contaminated sites. However, under actual field conditions that are not at the optimum temperature, degradation of microorganisms is generally reduced, which is why the efficiency of biodegradation is known to be significantly affected by the soil temperature. Therefore, in this study, the labscale experiment was conducted using indigenous crude oil degrading microorganisms isolated from crude oil contaminated site to evaluate the remediation efficiency. Crude oil degrading microorganisms were isolated from crude oil contaminated soil and temperature, which is a significant factor affecting the remediation efficiency of land farming, was adjusted to evaluate the microbial crude oil degrading ability, degradation time, and remediation efficiency. In order to assess the field applicability, the remediation efficiency was evaluated using crude oil contaminated soil (average TPH concentration of 10,000 mg/kg or more) from the OO premises. Followed by the application of microorganisms at 30℃, the bioremediation process reduced its initial TPH concentration of 10,812 mg/kg down to 1,890 mg/kg in 56 days, which was about an 83% remediation efficiency. By analyzing the correlation among the total number of cells, the number of effective cells, and TPH concentration, it was found that the number of effective microorganisms drastically increased during the period from 10 to 20 days while there was a sharp decrease in TPH concentration. Therefore, we confirmed the applicability of land farming with isolated microorganisms consortium to crude oil contaminated site, which is also expected to be applicable to bioremediation of other recalcitrant materials.
