니이체와 오버베크(I) : Friedrich Nietzsche와 Franz Overbeck

1870년 오버베크(Overbeck)는 예나(Jena)로부터 바젤(Basel)대학의 신약학 교수로 부임되어 왔다. 이 때부터 그는 니이체(Nietzsche)와 4년 반 동안을 같은 집에서 살았으며 일상 생활에서 뿐만 아니라 학문에 있어서도 이들은 많은 의견을 교환한 희귀한 친구가 되었다. 니이체의 처녀작 「비극의 탄생」은 출판 이전에 이미 오버베크와 논의되었고, 특히 1873년에는 이른바 「쌍동이 저작」을 세상에 내어 놓아 동료들은 저들이 거처하고 있는 집을 ‘독사의 굴혈’과 같이 위험스러운 곳이라 부르기까지 했다.

1887년 니이체는 「논쟁을 위한 책」(Eine Streitschrift)이라 하여 「道德의 起源史」(Zur Genealogie der Moral)란 제목의 論文을 발표했다. 이미 이 때까지 내어 놓은 獨創的인 著書로는 비극의 탄생(Die Geburt der Tragodie,1870~71),「따아닌 고찰들」, 「인간적인 너무나도 인간적인」, 「새벽 노을」, 「기쁜 학문」, 「차라투스트라는 이렇게 말하였다」, 「선과 악의 피안」등이 유명하였고, 앞으로 출간될 책으로서 예고한 바로는 「힘에로의 의지」와 「영원한 회기」와 「추방된 왕자의 노래」등이 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there was a significant difference in the use of vocabulary learning strategies by middle school English learners according to students` vocabulary knowledge levels, and whether learners used different vocabulary learning strategies according to different types of vocabulary test. For this study, a questionnaire of vocabulary learning strategies was administered to 111 EFL learners in middle school in “D” city. As results of this study, followings were found. First, there was a significant difference in the use of vocabulary learning strategies according to students` levels. That is, advanced-level learners used more and various strategies in almost all categorized strategies than intermediate and lower level students. And it was found that the meaningdetermination strategies most frequently used while the social strategies was least used. Second, significant differences were not found in the use of vocabulary learning strategies according to different types of vocabulary tests regardless of students vocabulary proficiency levels. Also significant correlation between students` use of vocabulary learning strategies and types of vocabulary tests mostly was not found regardless of students` levels. If any, it was found that correlation coefficients were relatively weak. (Chungnam National University)
계지복령환(桂枝茯苓丸)의 배오(配伍)분석과 그 생리활성

Objectives : We analysed Gyejibongnyeong-hwan's compatibility principle and investigated biological activities by categorizing with molecular level, cellular level, animal level and human level based on Korean study for this formula. Methods : Gyejibongnyeong-hwan's compatibiltity principle was examined by the system of chief, deputy, assistant, and envoy. We looked into studies that presented in Korea from 1956 to 2016 about Gyejibongnyeong-hwan through Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine, Korean medicine information system (OASIS). Then classify into molecular level, cellular level, animal level and human level to analyse. Results : According to the system of chief, deputy, assistant, and envoy, chief herb is Cinnamomi Ramulus, deputy herb is Persicae Semen, assistant herb is Moutan Cortex, Paeoniae Radix, Poria, and envoy herb is Mel. Biological activities can be detected in transcription factors, enzymes, and inflammatory mediators for molecular level. For cellular level, it can be determined in human uterine endometrial cancer cell, human hepatocarcinoma cell, and human platelets. In mouse and rats for animal level, in overian cystoma, menorrhalgia, quality of life improvement in postmenopausal women, and blood stasis with motor vehicle accident for human level, biological activities was caught. Conclusions : From above results, Gyejibongnyeong-hwan is composed in line with the system of chief, deputy, assistan, and envoy. Biological activities are effective to improvement of menorrhalgia, anti-cancer, anti-oxidative, anti-inflammation, improvement of atherosclerosis, analgesic, anti-convulsion, wound healing, and improvement of liver function.
고지방식이 비만마우스 모델에서 파키스탄산 및 중국산 마황으로 조성된 강지환(降脂丸)의 체중감량 효과 비교

Objectives : This study investigated the improvement effects of Pakistani (DF-a) and Chinese Ephedra herba-containing Gangjihwan (DF-b) on obesity in a high fat diet-fed obese mouse model. Methods : Eight-week-old C57BL/6N mice were divided into four groups: a normal lean group given a standard diet, an obese control group given a high fat diet, and DF-a and DF-b groups given a high fat diet with DF-a (80 mg/kg), and DF-b (80 mg/kg), respectively. After 8 weeks of treatment, body weight gain, feeding efficiency ratio, blood lipid markers, fat weight and histology were examined. Results : 1. Body weight gain and fat mass were significantly decreased in DF-a and DF-b groups compared with control. The extent of decreases was eminent in DF-a group. 2. Feeding efficiency ratio and circulating leptin concentration were significantly decreased in DF-a and DF-b groups compared with control, whereas circulating adiponectin concentration was increased in DF-a and DF-b groups compared with control. 3. Consistent with their effects on body weight gain and fat mass, circulating concentrations of triglyceride, glucose and insulin were decreased in DF-a and DF-b groups compared with control. 4. The size of adipocytes were decreased by DF-a and DF-b compared with control, whereas the adipocyte number per unit area was increased by them, suggesting that DF-a and DF-b decreased the number of large adipocytes. 5. Consistent with their effects on body weight gain, liver fibrosis was reduced in DF-a and DF-b groups compared with control. Conclusions : In conclusion, these results suggest that DF-a and DF-b not only decrease feeding efficiency ratio, plasma leptin concentration, and blood anti-obesity biomarkers, but also reduce fat mass, contributing to the improvement of obesity. DF-a and DF-b also inhibit liver fibrosis. In addition, these effects were similar between Pakistani Ephedra herba and Chinese Ephedra herba-containing Gangjihwan.
Effect of Ti and Si Interlayer Materials on the Joining of SiC Ceramics

SiC-based ceramic composites are currently being considered for use in fuel cladding tubesin light-water reactors. The joining of SiC ceramics in a hermetic seal is required for thedevelopment of ceramic-based fuel cladding tubes. In this study, SiC monoliths werediffusion bonded using a Ti foil interlayer and additional Si powder. In the joining process,a very low uniaxial pressure of ~0.1 MPa was applied, so the process is applicable forjoining thin-walled long tubes. The joining strength depended strongly on the type of SiCmaterial. Reaction-bonded SiC (RB-SiC) showed a higher joining strength than sintered SiCbecause the diffusion reaction of Si was promoted in the former. The joining strength ofsintered SiC was increased by the addition of Si at the Ti interlayer to play the role of thefree Si in RB-SiC. The maximum joint strength obtained under torsional stress was~100 MPa. The joint interface consisted of TiSi2, Ti3SiC2, and SiC phases formed by adiffusion reaction of Ti and Si.
지문 형태 분류를 이용한 성격유형 및 학습유형 검사시스템

본 연구는 지문을 이용한 성격유형검사와 학습유형검사의 방법과 시스템에 관한 것이다. 인간의 지문을 이용하여 선천적인 특성(타고난 성향과 능력)을 분석하여 개인에 적합한 학습방법에 대한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 구현 하고자 하는 것이다. This paper deals with personality types and study type test methods and system by using finger prints. The purpose and goal of the study is to implement the system that provides the information about appropriate study methods for each individuals based on analysis of the natural characteristics (innate trait and aptitude) by using fingerprints.
