Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the expression of osteogenic genes associated with bone regeneration on anodizing titanium surface. Methods: $20{\times}20{\times}1$ (mm) commercially pure titanium plate was made, one group was pure titanium, second group was punched, and last group was punched and anodized by electrochemical method. Through the osteogenic cell culture model, the expression of extracellular matrix proteins, such as bone morphogenetic protein-2, bone sialoprotein, aggrecan, osteocalcin, Alkaline phosphatase, collagen I had been evaluated by Real-time polymerase chain reaction, and the morphology of growing cells was evaluated by scanning electron microscopy. Results: The attachment of mesenchymal stem cell was even and well-oriented on all Ti surfaces. The osteogene expression was increased on punching groups but, decreased on anodizing surfaces in 3 week samples. Conclusion: Punched anodizing Ti has possibility be using as a dental implant material, but further in vivo study would be needed.

Recently, there has been growing interest in public relations as a profession and college-level public relations education in Korea. The skills and techniques employed in the United States public relations have grown increasingly sophisticated in the past few decades, but the practive of public relations in Korea is still in the formative stage. Therefore, this study seeks to provide a descriptive overview of the contemporary Korea public relations industry and education. First of all, before reviewing Korean public relations practive, understand social, political and economic(SPE) contexts in KOrea according to Dr. Culbertson`s SPE Model. And briefly review about Public Relations history in Korea. The public relatiosn industry consists of three different key actors : public relations agencies, public relations media and public relations clients. Public relations industry : the structure and practice in Korea resembles the Japaneses system rather than that in the United States. Most of the public relations market is dominated by several major advertising agency-related public relatiosn divisions. All of these agencies are located within in-house advertising aencies supporting Korean Chaebols. And some leading independent public relations agencies have formed strategic alliances with western multinaitonal public relations firms. Korea had several major television and radio networks. They include the state-owned KBS and ten commercial broadcasters which encompass MBC and the SBS. The cable television services were operated by 29 program providers(PP) and 77 station operators(SO)`. Several satellite broadcasting services also starte in October 2001. In addition, Korea has 112 daily newspapers including those serving specialized audiences along with 1,999 weekly magazines, 2,319 monthly magazines and 1,245 magazines of other types. According to a survey by Kim, Korea haces several problems in public relatiosn education. First, most universities have focused on advertising education, even if their units are called Department of Advertising and Public Relations. Second, it is needed for unified organization is needed to integrate all public relations related organizations. There are several organizations representing their own interests. Third, committee is needed to define the body of knowledge in public relations. Really, there are a lack of qualified professors, textbooks and teaching materials, including relevant public relations cases.
3차원 그래픽 지오메트리 연산을 위한 벡터 지오메트리 엔진의 설계 (pp.135-143)

3차원 그래픽 가속기는 지오메트리 처리(geometry processing)와 레스터라이져(rasterizer)로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 지오메트리 처리를 고속으로 수행할 수 있는 벡터 형태의 처리 구조(VGE)를 제안하였다. 특히 기존의 부동소수점을 계산할 수 있는 구조에 4개의 FADD, FMUL, 128개의 벡터 레지스터를 추가하여 지오메트리 연산을 가속했으며 VGE와 비슷한 H/W 비용을 갖는 Hitachi의 SH4와 비교했을 때 평균 4.7배의 성능향상을 보였다. 또한 성능 평가를 위해 범용프로세서 시뮬레이터인 Simplescalar 를 수정하여 시뮬레이터를 제작했으며 Viewperf Benchmark를 입력으로 사용하였다. 3D Graphics accelerator is usuallly composed of two parts, geometry engine and rasterizer. In this paper, VGE(Vector Geometry Engine) which exploits vertex-level parallelism is proposed. In VGE, Common Floating-Point Unit by adding four-FADD, four-FMUL unit and 128-vector register accelerates geometry calculation. In comparison with SH4, Performance result show that the VGE can achieve performance gain over 4.7 times. To evaluate VGE performance, we make simulator to rebuild Simple-Scalar, general purpose processor simulator. In simulator model, we use Viewperf-benchmark.
OpenFlow기반 무선 메쉬 네트워크 환경에서의 컨텐츠 라우팅

The wireless mesh network based on IEEE 802.11s provides a routing based on a destination address as it inherits legacy internet architecture. However, this architecture interested in not ‘what’ which is originally the users goal but ‘where’. Futhermore, because of the rapid increase of the number of mobile devices recently, the mobile traffic increases geometrically. It reduces the network effectiveness as increasing many packets which have same payload in the situation of many users access to the same contents. In this paper, we propose an OpenFlow based contents routing for the wireless mesh network(WMN) to solve this problem. We implement contents layer to the legacy network layer which mesh network uses and the routing technique based on contents identifier for efficient contents routing. In addition we provide flexibility as we use OpenFlow. By using this, we implement caching technique to improve effectiveness of network as decreasing the packet which has same payload in WSN. We measure the network usage to compare the flooding technique, we measure the delay to compare environment using caching and non caching. As a result of delay measure it shows 20% of performance improve, and controller message decrease maximum 89%.
