杜甫의 <戱爲六絶句> 제1首에 대한 論析

<Xiweiliujueju戱爲六絶句> was written by Dufu(杜甫) and opened a new chapter criticising Chinese 'Literature of the Street.' It is the start of widely controversial poems written in seven quatrains with seven Chinese characters in each line[with seven-word lines]. We can say this work was a challenge to the style of those times, which focused on quatrains with five Chinese characters in each line, rhythm or the beauty of form. Dufu(杜甫) clearly defined on what disputative poems are and their forms as well as giving a vague answer on <Xiweiliujueju戱爲六絶句>. Because of this, many problems arose. The problem is that we can see many rhymed part and, ambiguous space but cannot figure out what its demonstrative pronouns indicate. That is why I studied on the first of <Xiweiliujueju戱爲六絶句> upon this topic for my thesis. Many contemporary scholars had differing opinions about "jinren(今人)", "housheng(後生)" and “qianxian(前賢)". and is the reason that it was very hard to expect their own varied opinions to agree. The entire six-part poem was meant to continue the elegant and refined styles from the Han and Yu eras. Moreover, Dufu(杜甫) himself took some styles of magnificent Ji·Liang(齊·梁)'s Yuxin(庾信) and played a major role in the development of 'Chinese Street Literature.' Finally he expected younger scholars to take these styles over "Chudangsijie(初唐四傑)" and "Qianxian(前賢)" and to work hard to improve Street Literature's development.

This study was done to investigate the effects of individual-organization personality agreement using a five-factor model on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of hospital nurses. Methods: Participants were 222 nurses who had worked for more than 1 year in a university hospital. Data were collected from January 14 to 20, 2012, using self-recorded questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression methods. Results: Extraversion personality fit and the Agreeableness personality fit had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Extraversion personality fit, agreeableness personality fit, and openness personality fit had a significant effect on organizational commitment. Conclusion: Results of this study show that individual-organizational personality agreement affects hospital nurses` job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The extraversion personality fit and agreeableness personality fit of the 5 factors are identified as important variables to increase organizational performance. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop an integrated organizational personality measure model for increasing nurses` work environment satisfaction related to individual-organization personality fit.

인간은 누구나 스스로의 내면에 있는 ‘참 나’의 모습을 귀중한 보배로 여기고 이러한 자아를 찾으려 부단한 노력을 한다. 인생의 어떤 문제에 부딪히게 될 때, 각자의 방법으로 문제를 풀 수 있는 힘과 지혜의 방법을 활용하여 그러한 문제들이 어떻게 풀려나오게 되는지를 관찰도 하면서 용맹 정진하는 모습을 많이 보아왔다. 그리고 이러한 경험의 산물로 그 혹독한 과정과 그것을 통하여 얻어낸 자신의 體得을 수많은 선인들이 그들의 대표적 통로인 詩文들을 통해 세상에 내 놓은 것을 보면서 우리들 또한 자신들의 해답과 과정을 비교하며 배운다. 그들의 시문 속에는 일상생활 속에서 진정한 ‘참 나’로 돌아가려고 자신의 내면에 존재하는 근본을 믿고, 그 근본을 의지하여 해답을 찾아내려는 노력을 기울여 드디어는 속박된 인생의 굴레에서 벗어나 차츰 자유로워지는 모습을 느끼게 되는 것을 알 수 있다. 인간의 마음속에 숨어있는 편협 되고, 어리석고, 성내고, 對我的인 생각들이 조금씩 사라지면서 진정한‘참 나’의 모습인 자유인으로 되어 가는 것을 보면서 누구나 이러한 경지의 인간으로 거듭나기를 갈구 한다. 이것이 우리가 세상에 태어나서 진정으로 이루고자 하는 希求인 것이다. 여기에 그러한 삶의 모습을 우리에게 제시해준 예를 도연명을 통해서 살펴보고자 한다. 도연명과 같이 세상의 名利를 버리고 자신의 道를 따르겠다는 일은 쉽지 않은 일이다. 그래서 동양에서는 이와 같은 出處進退의 슬기를 높이 샀던 것이다. 이것은 오히려 出仕보다도 더 처절한 고통의 극복과 용기가 있어야 이루어지는 것이다. 名利를 버리고 물러나 돌아가는 곳은 인간의 굴레가 압박하는 곳이 아니라 만물이 共存共榮하는 즉, 生育化成하는 곳이다. 그곳에 진정으로 인생의 자유가 살아 숨 쉬는 영원한 진리가 있기 때문이다. A human being makes a constant effort to find out what he really is. We try to do a great deal in self-culture to know his own self-nature with miscellaneous ways as Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism. When we are faced with a difficult problem in life, We utilize own knowledge and wisdom to solve them. Thus there are many result of answer what self-confidence is throughout the devoting oneself to the study of man's life which is expressed poetry and prose. We can see the aspect of liberty life in their poetry and prose which is escaping from their restraints as they are willing to find out their own self-nature and want to attain a state of perfect self-nature in every day life. And they are anxious to be born again in spiritual value and to be a man in liberty with removing the narrow-mindedness, the stupidity, the anger and the absolute ego in their mind. That`s what we are want to achieve man's purpose understanding of the human being's life. Here, I have a good such example who is Tao yuan ming. It is not easy to give up fame and wealth for maintaining his doctrines. So We have a high regard for this wisdom between entering into politics and withdrawing from his office. It needs a self-conquest and more courage than entering into politics. Retiring from his office, he returns to the place where is native place everything lives and let live without moral pressure in daily life. Because there is real liberty life and immutable truths.

PC 방 금연구역의 간접흡연 노출

In this study, exposure to secondhand smoke (SHS) was evaluated in commercial personal computer (PC) rooms with different separation types of non-smoking areas. The particulate matter less than 2.5 ${\mu}m$ ($PM_{2.5}$) level was simultaneously measured by aerosol spectrometers in the non-smoking and smoking areas of these commercial PC rooms. Average $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations in non-smoking and smoking areas were $75\;{\mu}g/m^3$ and $136\;{\mu}g/m^3$, respectively. Although the $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations in non-smoking areas were significantly less than those in smoking areas (p<0.01), the levels still exceeded the US National Ambient Air Quality Standard of $35\;{\mu}g/m^3$. Average $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations in non-smoking areas were not significantly different with regard to area separation type, with $73\;{\mu}g/m^3$ in the no-wall type, $83\;{\mu}g/m^3$ in the wall-type, and $39\;{\mu}g/m^3$ in the separated-floor-type areas (p>0.1). Separation of the non-smoking area thus did not eliminate SHS exposure in commercial PC rooms, regardless of the type of area separation. This study demonstrates that simple separation of non-smoking areas in commercial PC rooms does not protect users from SHS.

대학병원에서의 간호관리 전략 수립을 위한 재무비율 분석과 활용

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analysis the financial statements of university hospitals and to apply the results to build nursing management strategies. Methods: Data on the financial statements of university hospitals were collected each hospital's homepage or internet search from February to June, 2010. Financial statements of 11 hospitals were analyzed using the 4 categories of financial ratio analysis method: liquidity, performant, growth and turnover. Results: Overall results showed that the financial status the university hospitals were unstable, and many financial indicators did not meet financial standard ratios. Only 8 financial indicators of total 19 indicators satisfied financial standard ratios. Conclusion: The results of financial statements analysis suggest that nurse managers should develop the blue ocean strategy for diversification of nursing services to improve financial ratios of liquidity, performance, and growth. Using a unit-based just-in-time system for effective supply management would help to increase profits and to decrease costs of hospital by improving financial ratios of turnover.
