        해양 섬모충플랑크톤 정량과 정성분석의 현실적 접근

        섬모충플랑크톤은 크게 두 분류군, 세포가 피갑(lorica)에 에워 쌓여 있는 유종섬모류(tintinnids)와 피갑(lorica)이 없는 소모류(oligotrichs)로 대별하고 있다. 국내에서 해양 섬모충플랑크톤의 분류학적 연구는 비교적 종 동정이 용이한 유종섬모류를 대상으로 먼저 시작되었고, 분류기준인 피갑의 가변성 때문에 분류학적 문제점은 있으나, 현재까지도 주로 피갑의 형태적 특징에 따라 종을 구별하여 생태·생리학적 연구정보로 활용하고 있다. 반면, 소모류의 경우, 세포염색을 통한 섬모열의 정밀한 특징으로 종을 구별하는 어려움으로 인해, 소모류의 분류학적 연구는 2000년 이후에 비로소 국내에 소개되었다. 최근 분석기술의 발달과 더불어 섬모충의 분류체계와 종 정보에도 많은 변화가 생겼고 이를 반영하여 국내 해양에서 출현하는 주요 섬모충플랑크톤 종류가 새롭게 정리되어 도감으로 출간되었다. 섬모충플랑크톤은 동물플랑크톤의 질 높은 먹이원이 되는 동시에 초미소(pico)와 미소(nano)플랑크톤의 포식자로서 해양 미세먹이망에서 중요한 중간 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 부유생태계에서 섬모충플랑크톤의 역할은 새로운 주제가 아닌, 현재는 해양생태학의 보편적 지식으로 공유되고 있다. 따라서 해양 섬모충플랑크톤의 현장 모니터링 방법과 실험실 분석의 과학적 타당성을 기반으로, 획득된 자료로써 그 신뢰성을 확보함은 국내 섬모충플랑크톤 연구 발전에 크게 일조하리라 기대된다. 섬모충플랑크톤 연구 경험을 바탕으로 유종섬모류 동일종의 피갑변이, 세포염색에 의한 소모류의 정량·정성분석, 유전자 분석결과의 자료비교, 생태학적 정보비교, 섬모충플랑크톤 현장채집 방법을 제안하며, 현실적 수용가능 범위를 설정하여 섬모충플랑크톤 모니터링의 정도관리를 위한 연구자들의 관심을 유도하고자 한다. Marine planktonic ciliates include two major groups, loricated tintinnids and naked oligotrichs. The study of marine ciliate plankton in Korea began with taxonomic efforts on tintinnids based on the morphology of lorica, a vase-shaped shell. Despite polymorphism in the lorica, it is utilized as a key characteristic in identification of tintinnid species. However, oligotrichs have been studied only recently in Korea due to challenges associated with the observation of ciliary arrangements and the technical development for cell staining. Species diversity and phylogenetic classification of the ciliates have been informed by recent advances in morphological and molecular analyses. Illustrations of the planktonic ciliate in Korea have been published on the basis of taxonomic data of tintinnids and oligotrichs. Planktonic ciliates acting as the major consumers of pico- and nanoplankton as well as the prey of mesozooplankton, has been monitored by spatial and temporal investigations in Korean coastal waters. A practical approach addressing the limitations and potential of marine ciliate studies in Korea is proposed here to improve the data quality of planktonic ciliates, providing an enhanced basis for quality control of ciliate monitoring.

        Phenytoin에 의한 항경련제 과민증후군의 스테로이드 치험증례

        Anticonvulsant hypersensitivity syndrome is a rare but fatal complication. It manifests as fever, skin rash, lymphadenopathy, and hepatitis. Phenytoin, phenobarbital, and carbamazepine are the most frequently involved drugs. We here report a case of phenytoin-induced anticonvulsant hypersensitivity syndrome. A 37-year-old woman presented with fever and generalized skin rash, 3 weeks following commencement of phenytoin 400mg daily for treatment of seizure after superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery(STA-MCA) anastomosis for moyamoya disease. Her temperature was $39.3^{\circ}C$ and her face was edematous. Laboratory findings showed elevated hepatic enzymes and eosinophilia. Blood and urine culture were all negative. Initially, prednisolone was commenced at 30 mg daily. But fever and skin rash did not improved and hepatic function was more aggravated. After increasing dose of steroid(methylprednisolone 125mg/day), fever and skin rash disappeared and hepatic enzymes returned to normal range.

        루돌프 슈타이너의 인지학적 교육론에 기초한 수학교육 방법에 대한 고찰

        In the 2015 revised curriculum, "creative and convergent talent prize" was presented as a human resource to be pursued by current curriculum. The core competencies that future talent should have are self-management capacity, knowledge information processing capacity, creative thinking capacity, aesthetic capacity, communicative competence, and community competence. The researcher believes that among the six core competencies, the ability to have more attention today is aesthetic capacity and that mathematics education should pursue it. The mathematical teaching methods based on Rudolf Steiner's anthroposophy education theory is an education that actively raises the aesthetic sensitivity of students. Therefore, this study investigates the features of educational methods based on the Steiner's anthroposophy and examines mathematics education methods based on them.

        한국의 수학교육 평가 유형에 관한 연구동향

        This study was to analyze the research trend related to mathematics education evaluation in the analysis of the articles on <National mathematics education journal>, <Korea mathematics education journal>. The study explores the future direction of mathematics education assessment research by investigating whether such evaluation was suitable for the expectation about the assessment required in the current mathematics curriculum. This study was to classify the evaluation-related researches based on Korea educational curriculum revision from 1991-2010 to examine the research trend on the mathematics education evaluation in each season in Korea, analyze the articles by 'monitoring of student's progress', 'judgement on instruction', 'giving the value on mathematics achievement of students', 'value judgement of the program' that were the purpose of evaluation presented in 1995 NCTM(National Council of Teachers of Mathematics). As a result, looking at the research trend classified by the time of the educational curriculum revision, the 7th educational curriculum had the most number of the papers announced from 1997-2006. Despite 2007 educational curriculum revision was the short period from announced 2007-2008 before the next educational curriculum was placed, 11 papers(34.4%) were published. According to the category by the purpose of the assessment prescribed in NCTM, it showed that researches of 'monitoring of student's progress(46.9%)' were the most, those of 'value judgement of the program' and 'giving the value on mathematics achievement of students had a similar percentage.

        미국 Common Core State Standards for Mathematics 소개

        The purpose of this study is to introduce the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for mathematics which is released on June 2, 2010 in the U.S.A. The common core state standards are aligned with college and work expectations, and include rigorous content and application of knowledge through high-order skills. The most distinguishable differences between the CCSS standards and the NCTM standards are that the CCSS standards considers the mathematical modeling as one of the mathematical content domains such as algebra, geometry, ets, and the standards are designed by working together with school leaders of all states.

        청소년기의 열량영양소 섭취양상과 혈압

        The effect of carbohydrates, fat and protein consumption on the blood pressure of adolescents was investigated from the cross sectional data. The two major areas of inquiry were : 1)measuring the variation of blood pressure at various levels of macronutient intake. 2)measuring the relative importance between the factor of nutrient intake and physical growth. A total of 726 students(341 boys and 385 girls) in the first grade of middle school in Kangwha country were studied for their dietary consumption and physical growth as well as blood pressure. Multiple regression analysis was used as the analytical method to identify the relative importance between the factors. Besides the macronutrient consumption, other nutrients such as vitamin and mineral intakes were included in the regression model. The results showed a variation of blood pressure by macronutrient intake level was in consistant both in blood pressure and by gender. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased with increasing protein intake for girls(p<0.05). However, it was not observed in the case of boys. The systolic blood pressure of boys showed a tendency to decrease with fat intake increase, while their diastolic blood pressure showed the opposite trend. Results of the regression analysis showed that physical growth was a more influential factor than nutrition on blood pressure for both sexes. This could imply that the dietary hypertension factors observed in adults may not be operative generally in a population with normotensive blood pressure during growth.
