최근 유구치의 치수절단술 약제로 MTA의 임상 적용이 문헌들에서 보고된 바 있으나 MTA 표면에서 일어나는 유치 치수 세포의 반응에 대한 시험관내 연구는 많이 보고되지 않았다. 이번 연구의 목적은 유치 및 영구치에서 유래한 치수기질세포가 경화된 MTA 표면에서 나타내는 증식 및 분화 능력을 비교 평가하는 것이었다. 사람 영구치와 유치 치수 조직에서 분리된 치수기질세포를 경화된 MTA 표면에서 배양 후 세포증식율과 세포주기를 검사하였으며, 정량적 역전사 중합효소 연쇄반응(RT-PCR)을 사용하여 분화양상을 분석하였다. Runt-related transcription factor 2(Runx2)와 alkaline phosphatase(ALP)가 정량적 RT-PCR의 표지자로 사용되었고, MTA 표면에서 증식된 치수기질세포의 형태학적 변화를 주사전자현미경 하에서 관찰하였다. 영구치와 유치의 치수기질세포군은 세포증식률, 세포주기 분포 및 mRNA 발현 양상에 있어서 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 주사전자현미경 상에서 두 군 모두 수지상 형태를 나타내었다. MTA 상에서 관찰된 유치와 영구치의 치수기질세포의 비슷한 증식력 및 광화를 유도하는 세포로의 분화능은 유치의 치수절단술 제재로 MTA가 생체친화적으로 적합함을 보여준다. Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) has recently been used as a pulpotomy medicament for primary molars. The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the proliferation and differentiation potential of dental pulp stromal cells of permanent teeth and deciduous teeth cultured on MTA-coated surface. Human dental pulp stromal cells were obtained from human permanent premolars and deciduous teeth and cultured on MTA-coated culture plates. The cells were subjected to proliferation assay and cell cycle analysis. Their differentiation potential was evaluated by analysing changes in the mRNA expressions of runt-related transcriptional factor 2 (Runx2) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Morphological changes of cells in direct contact with MTA were observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The proliferation rates, distribution of cell cycles and mRNA expression patterns of Runx2 and ALP were similar in both types of pulpal cells. SEM observations revealed that both types changed into more dendrite-like cells. On the surface of MTA, human dental pulp stromal cells from deciduous and permanent teeth were able to both proliferate and differentiate into cells that induce mineralization. MTA is suitable as a biocompatible pulpotomy medicament for primary teeth.

이 연구는 현재 중국 도사 전체의 80퍼센트를 차지하고 있는 전진교 교단에서 모든 도사들이 매일 아침저녁 두 번씩 공동으로 낭송하는 공과경을 통해 오늘날 도사들이 지닌 세계관과 구원관을 파악하려는 시도이다. 우선 「조만공과경」의 구조를 비교 분석하여 조과와 만과가 연결되면서도 그 기능에 차이점이 있음을 드러냈다. 아침공과는 전진교에서 내공이라고 불리는 내적 수행에 초점을 맞추는 반면, 저녁공과는 외행이라고 불리는 외부적 자비행에 집중한다. 또한 이 공과경 안에는 왕중양으로부터 주장된 삼교합일 사상과 도교의 역사 전체가 종합되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 고대 중국의 신화적 이미지들이 재해석되어 있어서 전통 문화의 저수지라고 할 수 있다. 조만과의 축원을 통해서 전진교 도사들은 우주 전체의 평안과 안녕을 기원하고 살아있는 모든 것과 함께 도의 신선세계로 올라가! 고자 한다. 한마디로 전진교 도사들이 스승의 지도를 받으며 개인적으로 은밀히 수행하는 內丹의 본 뜻을, 「조만과경」이라는 의례적 상징을 통해 드러낸다고 하겠다. This is a study on the daily prayers of the Daoist Masters of the Quanzhen Order which occupies 80 percent of all the Daoist Masters of contemporary China. I attempted to grasp their world view and their concept of salvation through the analysis of this official liturgical prayers which they sang together twice a day. First I compared the structural commonality and differences in content between the morning and evening services thereby pointed out that their functions are different, even though two parts are connected and together form a whole. The morning service focuses on the inner cultivation of the Daoist Masters themselves, while the evening service concentrates on their acts of mercy for the sic! k, lonely, and suffering people and natural world as a whole. These two dimensions of the inner and outer cultivation constitutes the integral unity that the Quanzhen Order emphasized from its founding period in the 12th century. We can also observe their famous theory of the unity of three religions and how the total history of Daoism is summarized in this official liturgical prayers as well as the Chinese ancient mythical images are melted in them. In short, the Morning and Evening Prayers is a reservoir of Chinese traditional culture. Through their petitions and blessings during the services the Daoist Masters pray for the wellbeing of the entire universe and aspire to go up to the immortal world with all the living beings. In a word the Morning and Evening liturgical prayers is the ritual symbol of their inner alchemy which every Quanzhen Master tries to cultivate privately under the direction of the spiritual director.

Currently, strengthen of the buildings energy efficiency of is need according to has become necessary growing instability of energy supply, and interest of the climate change agreements and global environment. As a result, the government is preparing measures to save energy in buildings to deal with changes in the global environment and high oil prices. In architecture, insulation is the basis for building energy saving because heating load and energy consumption as the most basic method for reducing energy consumption of buildings directly related to cooling load. The insulation performance of the building envelope is determined by the thermal performance, such as the density and thermal conductivity of insulation. Thus, the performance of insulation materials is an important issue directly related to the energy saving of building. For this reason, the construction market is increasing the demand of insulation for economic and better than before. The purpose of this study is to compare the types and characteristics of insulation materials by principle and to analyze the annual energy consumption and economic feasibility by insulation types.

Rolling contact pressure is an important parameter to evaluate tire performance; rolling resistance, traction, handling, and wear of tread. Especially, Non-pneumatic tire(NPT) is necessary to know the characteristics of the rolling contact pressure. The NPT is modeled as elastic structure with hexagonal honeycomb spokes. Rolling contact pressure of NPT is expected irregular distribution. This paper investigates the rolling contact pressure of a non-pneumatic tire with hexagonal honeycomb spokes. Finite element (FE) based numerical simulation of 3D contact pressure of NPT is carried out using ABAQUS. Using this result, the rolling contact pressure of NPT is compared with that of a conventional pneumatic tire.
