        냉.온간포징법을 이용한 차세대 콤프레샤 실린더 블록 개발에 관한 연구

        알루미늄 합금은 자동차부품 및 전자부품산업 개발에 크게 기여하고 있는 소재로서, 제조방법 중 냉?온간 단조 공법에 의해 제조하는 것이 대량 생산되어지는 자동차 및 전자산업부품개발에 있어서 매우 효율적이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 차세대 콤프레샤 실린더 블록 개발을 위하여,AI소재 (AI-Mg-Si계합금)를 활용, 냉 -온간 단조법을 이용 하여 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 제조 시편의 미세조직 및 기계적 성질을 조사하였는데,미세조직은 공정형으로 구성되었으며, $Mg_2Si$의 중간상이 석출되었다. 그리고 인장강도는 291.7MPa 로 나타났으며, 그러한 결과를 바탕으 로 차세대 콤프레샤 실린더 블록시제품을 제작하였다. Aluminum alloys are gaining increased acceptance in the automotive and electronic industeries and cold & hot forging is the most efficient method of manufacturing such mass produced parts. This study has been investigated the microstructures and mechanical properties of A6061(Al-1.2Mg-0.8Si) alloy fabricated by cold & hot forging process for development of the future compressor block. The microstructure of cold & hot forginged specimen were composed of eutectic structure aluminum solid solution and $Mg_2Si$ precipitates. The tensile strength of as-solid solution treatment A6061 alloy revealed 291.7MPa. It was fabricated that a trial future compressor cylinder block using cold & hot forging.

        미세입자, 휘발성유기화합물 차단을 위한 전기방사 창문 필터

        With the development of industry, fine dust is causing difficulties in various fields such as environment, health, and life, and a large amount of pollutants generated from human social activities are emerging as a serious environmental problem due to air pollution. Therefore, in this study, activated carbon was added to remove fine dust and volatile organic compounds by spinning cellulose acetate polymer fibers on a silicon support using the electrospinning method. By varying the activated carbon ratio and electrospinning time, the fine dust blocking effect and toluene adsorption performance were confirmed according to the activated carbon ratio and filter thickness. As a result, it was shown that the particles were effectively blocked with the increase in the electrospinning time due to the filter thickness increase. Adsorbed amount of toluene was increased with increase in activated carbon amount. Light transmittance was decrease with increase in electrospinning time, showing that there were light transmittance in filters electrospun for 20~30 minutes.

        가열 비활성화한 B 형 간염백신에 대한 혈청 Anti - HBs Response 의 장기 관찰

        N/A In order to clarify the serum anti-HBs response and persistence, and prophylactic effects to hepatitis B (HB) vaccination, 43 human healthy young adult volunteers who were seronegative for 5 serological markers of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and received intramuscularly HB vaccine (Hepaccine- B) at 0, 1 and 2 months were followed up for 36 months after the first injection. The heat-inactivated HB vaccine was prepared by Cheil Sugar Co. And contained 3 ug of HBs Ag. Blood specimens to be examined for the 5 serological markers of HBV and the aminotransferase activity were drawn at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 17, 24 and 36 months after the first injection. The five serological markers of HBV were detected by radioimmunoassay and the aminotransferase activity was measured by automatic kinetic method. The results obtained were as follows: 1) Anti-HBs response to the HB vaccine was noted in 17 of 19 (89,3%) male vaccinated subjects and all of 19 (100%) female vaccinated subjects at 4 months after the first injection, and were higher in females than in males. 2) Anti-HB response tc HB vaccine were 94.7% at the 4 months after the first injection and gradually decreased thereafter to 92.1% at 6 months and 86.8% at 24 months, and increased again to 94.4% at 36 months. 3) Negative seroconversion rate of anti-HBs was 8.3%(3/36) during the period of 24 months after the first injection. 4) Mean anti-HBs titers reached at peak at 9 months after the first injection in male subjects and 6 months in female subjects, and were higher in females than in males. 5) Non responders were 5.3% (2/38), low responders 18.4,o (7/38) and good responder 76.3% (29/39) during the period of 24 months after the first injection. 6) Anti-HBs titers of 11 vaccinated subjects reached at peak during the period of 5-6 months after the first injection and gradually decreased during 24 months and increased again at 36 months. It suggqsted that this may be due to booster results by natural infection of HBV. 7) No infection of HBV were noted in all of 38 vaccinated subjects during 24 months after the first injection and in all of 11 vaccinated subjects who were during 36 months respectively. On the basis of this findings the immunogenecity, persistence and prophylactic effect of this Hepaccine-B seem to be excellent during the period of 36 months after the first vaccination.

        IT 서비스를 활용한 택시요금 분쟁의 합리적인 조정방안

        경찰의 임무 중에는 공공의 안녕과 질서유지가 있다. 공공의 장소에서 개인과 개인 간의 사소한 분쟁이 발생할 경우 당사자 중 한명이 경찰을 요청할 경우 이를 중재하기 위하여 경찰이 개입하게 된다. 교통수단 중의 하나인 택시이용과 관련하여 택시기사와 승객간의 요금분쟁이 특히 야간에 자주 발생하고 있다. 대부분 승객이 만취상태인데 술이 깨면 해결되나, 일부 택시기사들이 승객의 주취 상태를 악용하여 택시요금을 과다 청구하는 경우도 있어 경찰이 이를 실질적으로 해결할 수 있는 방안이 없는 실정이다. 이에 택시기사와 승객간의 택시요금 분쟁에 대한 특성과 경찰이 개입하여 처리하고 있는 보호조치 매뉴얼에 대한 문제점을 알아보고 개선사항을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 현대 IT기술이 발전함에 따라 택시이용과 관련하여 많은 IT서비스가 출시됨에 따라 이를 활용한 택시기사와 승객간의 요금분쟁에 있어서 경찰이 처리할 수 있는 가장 합리적인 조정방안과 택시이용과 관련하여 국민이 IT 서비스를 잘 활용할 수 있도록 지능형 개선모델을 제시하고자 한다. Among the duties of the police are maintaining public peace and order. In the event of minor disputes between individuals in public places, often the request is for a the police to intervene on the behalf of an individual. The police are expected to intervene to mediate minor disputes. In connection with disputes with taxi service, the most frequent call for police mediation is in fare disputes between taxi drivers and passengers. These requests are especially frequent at night, and involve passengers in a drunken state. The majority of these disputes could potentially be resolved, after the passenger has sobered up. However, some taxi drivers are reported to have exploited the drunken state of their passenger. They frequently over charged them, which is the cause of many disputes needing police mediation. Unfortunately, the Police have little to no way to actually resolve fare disputes. The solution that the police encourage is for the taxi driver and passenger to resolve the taxi fare dispute between themselves, often with the police mediating. We suggest that not only for the police to investigate the characteristics and problems of protection in the manual for handling fare disputes, but also improvements. In addition, As modern IT technology advances, many IT services is connected with the release of a taxi. Thus, it utilizes a Price disputes between passengers and taxi drivers that the police can handle the most reasonable adjustments. We suggest intelligent models to take advantage of improved IT service.

        (sLa-pRc)타입의 가장 빠른 경로 탐색과 결함 검사

        갠트리는 미소 칩을 피더에서 기판까지 이동하는 장비이다. 갠트리가 부품을 이동하는 중에 카메라는 부품의 상태를 검사한다. 본 논문의 목적은 갠트리의 이동시간이 가장 짧은 경로를 찾고 그 경로에 따른 이동시간을 계산한다. 현재 사용되고 있는 부품의 상태를 검사하는 방법은 stop_motion 방식이다. 본 논문은 moving_motion 방식과 카메라 앞에서 최대속도를 갖는 fly_motion 방식을 제시한다. 또한, 부품 상태의 검사는 시그니처 방법을 사용하였다. 3가지 방식의 갠트리가 이동하는 시간을 비교했을 때, stop_motion보다 moving_motion 방식은 9.42%, fly_motion 방식은 17.73% 향상되었다. 본 논문에서 제시한 fly_motion 방식을 갠트리 이동 경로에 사용할 경우 생산성이 향상될 것으로 생각한다. The gantry is a device that moves fine chips from the feeder to the PCB. While the gantry is moving the part, the camera checks the condition of the part. The purpose of this paper is to find the path with the shortest travel time of the gantry and calculate the travel time according to the path. stop_motion is a way to check the status of the parts currently in use. This paper presents the moving_motion method and the fly_motion method with maximum speed in front of the camera. In addition the signature method was used to inspect the condition of the parts. When comparing the moving time of the three types of gantry, the moving_motion method improved by 9.42% and the fly_motion method by 17.73% compared to stop_motion. When the fly_motion method proposed in this paper is used for the gantry movement path, it is expected that productivity will be improved.

        전통한식기와의 나노알루미노실리케이트 첨가에 따른 성능연구

        전통한식 점토기와는 외관이 미려하고, 내수성 및 내화성, 내구성이 우수하나 높은 소성온도를 요구하여 경제성과 중량문제 등으로 인하여 전통양식의 기와를 사용하기 보다 기존의 공법을 사용하고 있는 것이 현 추세이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 산청에서 생산되는 고령토와 점토의 기와 소재에 나노알루미나실리케이트를 첨가하여 1,000℃ 이하의 저온소성하면서 전통한식 점토기와로서의 요구되는 물성을 만족하는 최적배합과 재료의 공정을 설계하고 이를 통해 나노코팅 전통한식 점토기와 소재개발에 관한 특성은 연구하고자 한다. The appearance of Korean traditional roof tiles is beautiful and excellent in water resistance, fire resistance and durability, but a high sintering temperature of 1,200℃ or higher is required. Therefore, due to the economical and heavy weight problem, the current trend is to use different roof finishing materials than Korean traditional roof tiles. By adding nanoaluminosilicate to clay and kaolin, which are the materials of the clay roof tiles, the sintering temperature is sintered at a low temperature of 1,000°C or less, and the optimal mixing and material process is designed to satisfy the characteristics required as a Korean traditional roof tile. The results of this study again demonstrate the superiority of Korean traditional tiles with roof finishing materials using nanoaluminate. The properties of Korean traditional roof tiles that satisfy the criteria of KS F 3510 by applying fire resistance of natural minerals and nanoparticle technology to flexural strength of 2800N, Bulk specific gravity of 2.0g/cm3 and absorption rate of less than 10.0%, through which and researched materials development.

        점토기와의 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말 첨가 및 세라믹 나노코팅에 따른 물성 및 발색특성

        In order to minimize the environmental load of the construction industry, it is necessary to strengthen the eco-friendliness of building materials and extend the durability and lifespan of new construction and demolition. Therefore, many methods of finishing the roofing materials of hanok have been reviewed and the problems have been improved, but the existing method is being used as it is due to problems such as economic feasibility, weight, and hardness. Clay and kaolin produced in Gyeongju, and fine powder of ferronickel slag (FNS), a recycled resource, were added to the clay roof tile manufacturing method to review the properties and color change effect as a representative roofing material in Korea, and to improve the pollution resistance of buildings with ceramic nano coating I tried to solve the problem to improve. As a result, the flexural strength of the eco-friendly clay roof tile fired at 1025 ℃ low temperature was 2800N or more and the water absorption rate was 9%, which satisfies the quality standards of KS F 3510, the contact angle is 135.95 degrees, and the color is 40 CIE * L, confirming the characteristics of the eco-friendly clay roof tile.
