        질병의 증상을 보이는 해수 양식 어류에서 분리한 비브리오속 세균

        본 연구에서는 2002년에서 2004년간 우리 나라 해수 어류 양식장에서 분리되는 세균 중 비브리오 속에 속하는 세균의 종 조성을 조사하였다. 질병의 증상을 보이는 어류로부터 166개의 비브리오속 세균 균주를 수집하였으며, 이들 균주는 넙치 (133 균주), 조피볼락 (8 균주), 참돔 (6 균주), 대하 (5 균주), 감성돔 (4 균주), 전복 (3 균주) 및 기타 해수 어류 (7 균주) 등에서 분리한 균주를 대상으로 하였다. 모든 분리 균주에 대하여 각종 생화학적 성상을 조사하고 그 특성에 따라 분리 균주를 구분하였다. 각 생화화적 성상 group에서 대표 균주를 선정하여 16S rRNA 및 16S-23S rRNA 유전자 서열을 분석하고 이들 결과를 종합하여 분리 균주을 동정하였다. 그 결과 14종 이상의 비브리오 종으로 동정할 수 있었으며, 그 종 조성은 V. ichthyoenteri (45 strains), V. alginolyticus (34 strains), V. harveyi (32 strains), Ph. damselae subsp. damselae (Formerly V. damsela, 10 strains), V. campbellii (6 strains), V. costicola-like (6 strains), V. fisheri (5 stains), V. fluvialis (4 strains) 및 Vibrio spp. (24 strains) 등이었다. A bacteriological survey in maricultured fish farms was conducted in Korea from 2002 to 2004. A total number of 166 Vibrio isolates were collected from diseased fishes, including olive flounder (133 isolates), black rock fish (8 isolates), red sea bream (6 isolates), shrimp (5 isolates), black sea bream (4 isolates), abalone (3 isolates) and other fishes (7 isolates). All isolates were phenotypically characterized and then groups were obtained using the traditional biochemical test. Representative isolates of each group were genotypically characterized with sequencing the 16S rRNA genes or 16S-23S intergenic space genes. Above 14 species of Vibrio were identified as V. ichthyoenteri (45 strains), V. alginolyticus (34 strains), V. harveyi (32 strains), Ph. damselae subsp. damselae (Formerly V. damsela, 10 strains), V. campbellii (6 strains), V. costicola-like (6 strains), V. fisheri (5 stains), V. fluvialis (4 strains) and others Vibrio sp. (24 strains) by combining of biochemial and genetic characteristics.

        새수학 운동가 Zoltan P. Dienes의 생애 및 연구 업적

        Dienes는 새수학 운동가로서, 수학의 구조를 어린 학생들에게 가르치고자 부단히 노력한 연구가이며, 실천가이다. 국내에서는 그의 수학교육 이론이 부분적으로 알려져 있지만, 그것은 50여 년 간 Dienes가 남긴 연구 업적의 일부에 불과하다. 이 연구에서는 약 90여 년 간의 그의 긴 일생과 약 50 여 년간의 연구 일생을 돌아보고, 그것이 오늘날의 수학교육에 주는 의미를 되새겨 보고자 한다. 먼저 그의 일생은 그의 회고록과 기타 연구 논문에 언급된 내용을 바탕으로 크게 다섯 부분으로 구분하여 정리하였다. 그의 연구 업적은 Dienes가 연구 전성기에 관심을 가졌던 분야로 꼽은 수학학습심리 이론, 교육과정개발, 교사교육, 그가 개발한 교구와 게임등의 주제를 바탕으로 정리하였다. 이러한 고찰을 통해 그의 학문적 성향과 연구 내용이 그의 인간적 삶의 배경과 역사와 무관하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. Zoltan, P. Dienes is a famous researcher and practitioner who has tried to teach mathematical structures to children for about 50 years. Even though his ideas of teaching mathematics and materials including MAB have been well known in Korea, they are only a part of his achievement he has developed for his whole life. So this article is designed for taking an overview of his whole life and achievement and getting some implications for today's mathematics education. In this article, his life story could be divided by five periods in terms of a scholastic career and his research achievement could be reorganized with respect to five theses: psychology of learning mathematics, mathematical curriculum, teacher education, games and material for mathematical learning. As a result, it is found that there is a deep connection between his personal life and his scholastic career.

      • 비후성 유문협착증에 대한 유문근 절개술에서 개복 술식과 복강경 술식의 비교

        Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (HPS) is the most common infantile surgical condition and the standard treatment is open pyloromyotomy. Recently, laparoscopic techniques have rapidly advanced, and the laparoscopic approach has become widely adopted by pediatric surgeons. The aim of this study was to compare the clinical outcomes between open and laparoscopic pyloromyotomy. We retrospectively evaluated outcomes of pyloromyotomy for HPS by the open (OP) and the laparoscopic (LP) method. The procedures were performed at the Samsung Medical Center between September 2001 and March 2009. We analyzed patient age, sex, birth weight, length of hospital stay, postoperative length of stay (LOS), operating time, time to feeding commencement, postoperative vomiting frequency, the time to full feeding without vomiting, and surgical complications. A total of 54 patients were included in the study. There were 26 OP and 28 LP patients. There was no statistically significant difference in age, sex, birth weight, operating time, postoperative emesis. In contrast, postoperative LOS in the LP group was statistically significantly shorter than that in the OP group (2.0 vs. 3.3 days, p=0.0003) and time to full feeding was significantly shorter following LP. (p=0.018) There were no wound complications. Laparoscopic pyloromyotomy significantly reduced postoperative LOS and time to full feeding compared to open pyloromyotomy.

      • 비장착 나셀의 역추력기 형상에 대한 3차원 Euler 유동해석

        An Euler-based CFD tool has been developed for the performance evaluation of a thrust reverser mounted on a high bypass ratio turbofan engine. The computational domain surrounded by the ground and non-reflection boundary includes the whole nacelle configuration with a deployed thrust reverser. The numerical algorithm is based on the modified Godunovs scheme to allow the second order accuracy in both space and time. The grid system is generated by using eleven multi-blocks, of which the total cell number is 148,400. The thrust reverser is modeled as if it locates at the nacelle simply in all circumferential direction. The existence of a fan and an OGV(Outiet Guide Vane) is simulated by adopting the actuator disk concept, in which predetermined radial distributions of stagnation pressure ratio and adiabatic efficiency coefficient are used for the rotor type disk, and stagnation pressure losses and flow outlet angles for the stator type disk. All boundary conditions including the fan and OGV simulation are treated by Riemann solver.<br/> The developed solver is applied to a turbofan engine with a bypass ratio of about 5.7 and the diameter of the fan cowl of 83 inch. The computational results show that the Euler-based inviscid method is very useful and economical to evaluate the performance of thrust reversers.

        국내 복합상업시설의 공용공간 활용방식과 계획 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze utilization ways and planning characteristics common spaces in commercial Mmlti-complexes in Korea. Five examples were selected from domestic commercial multi-complexes, representing unique ways of public space planning, completed after 2000 (Lafesta completed in 2003, I park mall completed in 2005, Western dome completed in 2007, The city7 completed in 2009, Time square completed in 2009). The study was processed in this way. Firstly, functional organization of examples are analyzed in a view of relationship between common and exclusive spaces including compositional ratios of facilities and ratios of those spaces. And individual common spaces are analyzed based on open spaces and circulation systems. The results of this study were as follows: First one is invigorating ways of linking inner and outer common Inner and outer common spaces were linked actively visually as well as physically and boundaries among them were continuously disappeared. Second one is multi-functional common spaces. In the way of common space planning, multi-functional public spaces were introduced and planned in various ways. With that, the synergic effects from the integration could be one of the revitalizing ways in facilities. Common spaces are no longer no-purpose spaces decreasing profits of commercial facilities, which are able to invigorate exclusive spaces with improving and evolving methods ways of planning.

        초등교사의 교수,학습 과정안에 나타난 초등학교 수학수업 도입부 유형과 특징

        일반적인 수업에서 도입부는 동기유발 기능을 담당하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 수학수업도 예외는 아니어서 도입부의 동기유발을 어떻게 구성했는가는 수업의 성패를 좌우하는 요소의 하나가 된다. 이 연구는 동기유발이라는 관점에서 수학수업 도입부구성의 중요성을 인지하고, 현재 초등학교 교사들 의 수학수업 도입부 운영방식을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 6학년 ‘원기둥의 부피’를 주제로 초등학교 현직 교사들이 작성한 19편의 지도안과 우수수업동영상 2편을 살펴보고, 수학수업 도입부 유형화 작업의 가능성을 탐색하였다. 지도안 및 수업 동영상 분석 결과, 초등학교 수학과 수업 도입부의 7가지 유형이 확인되었으며, 초등학교 교사들이 운영하는 수학과 수업 도입부의 일반적인 특징과 문제점이 도출되었다. Students` interest and motivation of a lesson can be deeply influenced by how their teacher starts his or her lesson. So the introduction part of math classes should be very carefully and thoughtfully designed. The goal of this study is to serve the foundation for developing the practical types of introduction part of math classes and to draw the implications for planning and teaching math classes. For these, 19 lesson plans titled by `volume of cylinders` composed by elementary teachers and 2 lesson videos on the internet are analyzed. Finally, seven types of introduction parts of math class are probed and several implications are suggested.

        알바 알토 건축의 전환기적 성향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to discover the transitional characteristics of Alvar Aalto’s architecture. Aalto’s architecture during fifty years from 1920 to 1960 was not advanced only in a consistent way. At early years, he accepted Neo-classicism, Internationalism and Functionalism. Through investigating them with a superior insight, he could establish his own architectural types successfully. This process had been developed through the design development of Viipuri Library, which was designed during nine years(1927-1935) showing the transitional characteristics of Alvar Aalto’s architecture. The whole process of the design through 4 phases could be got more clear with the feedbacks from other works designed in the same periods. The transitional characteristics of his architecture could be specified in a way of dealing with the light, line and space. The light was the main theme in Aalto’s architecture. The treatment of the light was changed from classical and formal way to unique and informal way. The theme of the line was developed a lot through the Viipuri Library design precess. In an early scheme, formal and standard linear system was suggested due to being influenced by Internationalism. Through the design of Turun Sanomat and Paimio Sanatorium, Aalto searched for the free and informal theme of the line and he started to pursuit an organic shape of lines based on Humanism. The unique concept of the space, inventing complex and piled spaces was established through the final scheme. These developed design concepts of the light, line and space were continuously applied in his following architectural works.
