The criteria for determining the elements are the minimum zone method(MZM) and the least squares method(LSM). The LSM is deterministic and simple but is limited at the measurements whose errors are significant compared with form errors. For the precise condition, minimum zone method(MZM) has been selected to determine the elements. The roundness is the fundamental problem in the evaluating form errors. In this paper, anew approach adapting the genius education concept is proposed to obtain an accurate results for the MZM and the LSM of the roundness. Its computational algorithm is studied on a set of measured sample data. To be of almost no account of the specification(the number and the standard deviation etc.) of the sanple data, the results shoqs excellent reliability and high accuracy in estimating the roundness.

병원성 비브리오와 비병원성 비브리오 사이의 세포외 효소 활성 차이점을 비교하기 위하여 마우스를 이용하였다. 각 균주들을 마우스에 약 10^8 CFU로 복강 주사한 다음 다시 분리하여 세포외 효소 활성을 비교 검토하였다. 병원성 비브리오의 세포외 효소 탐색은 protease(BSA, casein, skim milk, gelatin), mucinase, hemolysin, hyaluronidase 및 chondroitin sulfatase 활성을 측정하여 수행하였다. 그리고 elastase 활성, fibrinolysis 활성을 측정하는 방법을 본 연구에 맞게 확립하였다. 치사율이 높게 나타나는 균주에서는 시험 대상의 세포외 효소의 활성이 모두 높게 나타났으며, 치사율이 낮아질수록 세포외 효소의 활성은 낮게 나타났다. 치사율에 비례하여 활성을 높게 보이는 효소는 대부분의 proteases, hemolysin이 뚜렷하였으며, 그 외의 대부분의 세포외 효소들도 병원성 균주에서 높은 활성을 보였다. Hemolysis의 경우는 치사율이 높은 V. vulnificus, V. parahemolyticus 등의 균주에서는 β 완전 용혈소의 분비가 뚜렷하게 관찰되는 반면, 치사율이 낮은 균주에서는 α 불완전 용혈소의 분비를 관찰할 수 있었다. V. harveyi는 비병원성 균으로 알려졌음에도 불구하고 병원성 균에서 분비하는 세포외 효소들을 대부분 분비하고 치사율도 매우 높음을 보여주었다. 결론적으로 병원성 비브리오균주의 높은 세포외 효소의 활성은 이 효소의 생산이 비브리오균들의 pathogenicity에 깊은 연관성이 있음을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다. The members of the genus Vibrio include harmless aquatic strains as well as strains capable of causing infections in human and fish. Pathogenic mechanisms are only understood for Vibrio cholerae O1 and O139 and not for the majority of Vibrio species. Twelve clinical and nonclinical strains were examined by in vitro and in vivo experiments for the importance of extracellular enzymes as a virulence determinant of Vibrio species. In vivo cytotoxicity assay was performed by injecting approximately 10^8 cells/mL into mice (BALB/c). V. harveyi and V. vulnificus showed 100% lethality within 3 hr after bacterial injection. V. fluvialis and four strains of V. parahaemolyticus showed 50% lethality within 4 hr. V. mimicus, V. alginolyticus and V. furnissii revealed 30% lethality within 9 hr. Nonclinical strains, V. campbellii and V. ordalii, did not show any lethality. In vitro protease and hemolytic activities were also good indicators for clinical and nonclinical strains of Vibrio species. The clinical strains showed much higher activities than nonclinical strains. The activity of some clinical strains of re-isolates was evidently increased. Most clinical strains had β hemolytic activity. The results demonstrate that the prevalent distribution of extracellular proteases in pathogenic Vibrio sp. implies their importance as a virulence determinant.

This paper is proposed to a novel DC-DC chopper of high efficiency. The general converters of high efficiency are made that the power loss of the used switching devices is minimized. To achieve high efficiency system, the proposed chopper is constructed by using a partial resonant circuit. The control switches using in the chopper are operated with soft switching for a partial resonant method. The control switches are operated without increasing their voltage and current stresses by the soft switching technology. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of chopper is high. And the proposed chopper is added in a electric isolation. When the power conversion system is required to electric isolation, the proposed chopper is adopted with system development of high efficiency. The soft switching operation and the system efficiency of the proposed chopper is verified by digital simulation and experimental results.

컴퓨터의 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 사회의 각 분야에서 많은 양의 데이타가 수집, 저장되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 방대한 데이타에서 유용하고 이해 가능한 패턴을 찾아내기 위한 방법에 관한 연구인 KDD에 대한 연구의 중요성이 증대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지 결정 트리를 이용하여 이해하기 쉬운 퍼지 규칙을 생성하는 데이타 마이닝 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 히스로그램에 기반하여 퍼지 소속함수를 생성하는 단계와 생성된 소속 함수를 이용하여 퍼지 결정 트리를 구성하는 두 단계로 이루어진다. 또한 제안된 방법의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 표준적인 패턴 분류 벤치마크 데이타인 Iris 데이타와 Wisconsin Breast Cancer 데이타에 대한 실험 결과를 보인다. Across a wide variety of fields, data are being collected and accumulated at a dramatic pace. There is urgent need to find useful patterns from large databases. The subject of KDD is development of automatic and intelligent tools and technologies to find useful knowledge from databases. In this paper, we propose an efficient data mining algorithm using fuzzy decision tree. It can generate simple and comprehensible rules describing data. The proposed algorithm is composed of two passes: the first pass generates fuzzy membership functions from histogram analysis, while the second pass constructs a fuzzy decision tree using the fuzzy membership functions generated in the first pass. We tested the algorithm with the IRIS data and the Wisconsin Breast Cancer data. The Experiment results show that our method is efficient for generating a set of efficient fuzzy rules from data.
