Landsat-7 ETM+영상을 이용한 안성지역의 불투수도 추정

불투수도는 도시화, 환경변화를 추정하기 위한 중요한 지수로서 도시 기후 변화, 홍수기철 도시 범람의 증가, 홍수 모델링에 영향 등 도시의 홍수 기상학과 수문학적인 변화와 매우 밀접한 관계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 안성지역 일대를 대상으로 하여 Landsat ETM+ 영상을 이용한 불투수도 작성을 시도하였다. 학습 및 검수자료는 고해상도 영상인 IKONOS 영상을 이용하였으며, Landsat ETM+ 영상에 대한 위성반사율을 이용하여 tasseled cap과 NDVI로 전환하고 다양한 변수들이 불투수도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그리고 Regression Tree 알고리즘에 따라 불투수도 추정식을 개발하여 지도화하였다. As the Impervious surface is an important index for the estimation of urbanization and environmental change, the increase of impervious surfaces causes meteorological and hydrological changes like urban climate change, urban flood discharge increasing, urban flood frequency increasing, and urban flood modelling during the rainy season. In this study, the estimation of impervious surfaces is performed by using Landsat-7 ETM+ image in An-sung area. The construction of sampling data and checking data is used by IKONOS image. It transform to a tasselled cap and NDVI through the reflexibility rate of Landsat ETM+ image and analyze various variables that influence on impervious surface. Finally, the impervious surfaces map is accomplished by regression tree algorithm.

Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is an acute febrile disease with high fever, hemorrhagic symptoms, renal failure. Stress-induced cardiomyopathy is a newly described clinical entity characterized by transient left ventricular apical ballooning and left ventricular apical dyskinesis, with no stenosis on the coronary angiogram. We experienced a rare case of stress-induced cardiomyopathy associated with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.

ISO TC 211은 지리정보 분야와 관련된 하나의 국제 표준화 기구로서 지구상의 지리적 위치와 직ㆍ간접적인 관계있는 사물이나 현상에 대한 표준을 정의ㆍ개발한다. ISO TC 211은 기존 연구되어진 핵심 지적 도메인 모델 (CCDM : Core Cadastral Domain Model)을 발전시켜 토지 행정 도메인 모델 (LADM : Land Administration Domain Model)을 새로운 국제표준화 프로젝트로서 진행하고 있다. 토지 행정 도메인 모델(LADM)은 국제표준화 모델로서 전세계 많은 국가들이 지적과 관련된 행정ㆍ법, 공간ㆍ측량적인 구성요소들의 관계를 정의한다. 이를 통해 토지관련 데이터를 효과적으로 관리하고, 나아가 국가들 간의 토지관련 데이터를 공유할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 핵심 지적 도메인 모델(CCDM)을 발전시킨 토지 행정 도메인 모델(LADM)의 연구 진행 상황과 내용을 소개하고 토지 행정 도메인 모델의 부동산, 측량, 기하·위상, 법·행정 부분을 우리나라의 한국토지정보시스템에 적용방안을 연구하였다. International Standard Organization for Standardization Technical Committee 211(ISO TC 211) aims to define and develop standards for information concerning objects or phenomena that are directly or indirectly associated with a location relative to the Earth. ISO TC 211 is working with LADM as a new project based on the existing research which is CCDM. Land Administration Domain Model is, as a international standard model, mainly connected to administrationㆍlaw, spatialㆍsurveying components related to cadastre all over the world and provides an extensive basis for an efficient and effective land administration system to avoid reinvention and re-implemention. Further, LADM helps to communicate land information both within a country and between different countries. This study introduces what LADM is and researches how to adopt administrationㆍlaw, spatialㆍsurveying components of LADM for Korea Land Information System(KLIS).

N/A Objective: Catecholamine play a central role in the regulation of energy expenditure, in part by stimulating lipid mobilization through lipolysis in fat cells. The beta-2 adrenergic receptor(BAR-2) is a major lipolytic receptor in human fat cells. A recent study has shown that common polymorphisms occuring at codon 16 and 27 of the BAR-2 gene are significantly associated with obesity and lypolytic BAR-2 function in adipose tissue. We investigated whether the previously described human BAR-2 gene polymorphisms are associated with obesiy and NIDDM in Koreans. Methods : All subjests were divided into two groups, non-obese and obese group, according to their body mass index. And their clinical characteristics were evaluated. The BAR-2 gene polymorphisms were analyzed by PCR-RFLP in 89 nondiabetics and 106 patients with NIDDM. Results : When the allele frequency of BAR-2 gene polymorphisms was compared with that of western people, there was a significant difference. In our study, there was no significant difference in the allele frequency of BAR-2 gene polymorphisms at codons 16 and 27 between nonobese and obese group both nondiabetics and NIDDM subjects. The frequency of Glu27 homozygotes was very rare(1.1%). Body mass index(BMI), waist-hip ratio(WHR), and serum glucose and insulin secretion of the nondiabetics with polymorphism of codon 16 or codon 27 did not differ from those of the subjects without the polymorphisms. In NIDDM group, the Gly16 homozygotes had a lower BMI than Arg16 homozygotes without any difference in WHR and the other laboratory parameters. Neither clinical or laboratory parameters of the diabetics with the polymorphism at codon 27 differ from those of subjectes without the polymorphism. Conclusion : These findings suggest that the genetic variability in the human BAR-2 gene is not a major determinant for the development of obesity and NIDDM in Koreans.

Uterine sarcomas are rare tumors of mesodermal origin and constitute 2-6% of uterine malignancies. They are classified into leiomyosarcoma (LMS), malignant mixed mullerian tumors (MMMTs), and endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS) by histologic types. Endometrial stromal sarcomas account for about 7-15% of uterine sarcomas, about 0.2% of female genital tract malignancies. Endometrial stromal sarcomas are divided into endometrial stromal nodule, low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma, and high-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma on the basis of mitotic activity and vascular invasion. Clinical outcome of low-grade endometrial sarcoma is better than that of high-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma and has a propensity for slow metastasis. We have experienced a case of low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma with multiple metastasis in a 41-year-old woman and was treated by surgical resection and combination chemotherapy, which is presented with a review of brief literature.
