한.미 FTA가 유가공품 시장에 미치는 영향 분석: 치즈 및 버터 시장을 중심으로

Recently, Korea have experienced numbers of FTAs with other countries, including Chile, EFTA(European Free Trade Association), Singapore, ASEAN(Association of South-East Asian Nations), and U.S. In particular, FTA with U.S. are expected to cause huge impact on food markets as well as agricultural sector in Korea. Many researches have analyzed and discussed about the impact on agricultural sector after Korean-U.S. FTA, but very small number of studies focus on the impact of Korean-U.S. FTA on food markets. The purpose of the paper is to discuss the impact of Korea-U.S. FTA on Korean dairy market. For the numerical simulations, this paper focus on the impact on cheese and butter markets. The results of numerical analysis in the paper will be helpful for the future research, because few (maybe no) studies conduct the numerical analysis to measure the impact of Korea-U.S. FTA on Korean food market.

For on-line signature verification, the local shape of a signature is an important information. The current approached, in which signatures are represented into a function of time or a feature vector without regarding of local shape, have not used the various features of local shapes, for example, local variation of a signer, local complexity of signature or local difficulty of forger, and etc. In this paper, we propose a new technique for on-line signature verification based on a structural signature representation so as to analyze local shape and to make a selection of important local parts in matching process. That is, based on a structural representation of signature, a technique of local weighting and personalized decision threshold is newly introduced and its experimental results under different conditions are compared.

본 논문은 3차원 레이싱게임을 위한 최근 변화된 게임 개발환경과 그에 따라 달라진 3차원 컴퓨터게임 개발 방법을 모색한다. PC 환경 하에서 게임의 속도구현을 위한 3차원 게임 라이브러리 DirectX의 사용과 윈도우즈 환경 하에서의 게임개발 방법을 고찰함으로써 사용자 게임실행시의 다양한 하드웨어 환경을 지원하고, 유효한 게임실행 속도를 얻을 수 있는 3차원 컴퓨터게임의 개발방법론을 제시하였다. The purpose of this paper is to overview the recently changed environments of developing a computer game software and propose an appropriate developemnt methodology to these environments. For the speed of playing 3-dimensional games in window-based environments of personal computer, we investigated DirectX as a game development library and suggested a guideline for developing 3-dimensional computer games which is compatible with various hardware platforms and keep up a fitting speed of game-playing.
도서관 링크데이터(Library Linked Data) 현황분석과 통합 LLD 설계 및 확산방향에 대한 고찰

This paper analyzes the activities and recommendations of W3C LLD Incubator group and investigates the benefits of Library Link Data through case studies. It also discusses the necessary global identification systems for developing useful LLD as well as the problems associated with linking available vocabularies with existing data sets. Ways to apply RDF, SKOS, Microformats, and RDFa to LLD are presented. the many challenges related to establishing LLD-based information services and the various barriers that prevent libraries from accepting LLD are also identified. Finally this paper presents a new LLD-based digital information system and provides some recommendations on how to promote and expand LLD in Korea. 본 연구의 목적은 근래 W3C의 특별 작업반 형태로 운영되어 온 도서관 링크데이터(LLD : Library Link Data) 관련 국제 활동상황을 분석하고, LLD가 도서관 서비스에 미칠 혜택을 사례연구를 통해 우선 숙고한 후, 보다 의미 있는 LLD를 위한 글로벌 식별체계, 이용 가능한 어휘와 데이터셋의 연결 문제 및 RDF, SKOS, Microformats, RDFa 등의 LLD 적용 방안을 논하는 것이다. 아울러 LLD 수용 및 LLD 기반 신 정보서비스 구축의 장애 요인들을 분석하고, 그 분석의 바탕 위에 LLD 기반 신 디지털정보시스템 설계 및 LLD 확산을 위한 권고사항을 제시한다.

In this study, the tensile properties and water repellency of heat-treated thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composite fabric were investigated and compared with those of untreated TPU composite fabric. The TPU composite fabric was prepared using a TPU coated polyester filament (PET FY) with a volume ratio of 33%:67% (PET FY:TPU). The properties of the TPU composite fabric were found to be affected by heat treatment to various extents depending of the temperature. A maximum tenacity of 34.5 MPa, a contact angle of $130^{\circ}$ (indicative of good water repellency), and an ISO grade of 5 (indicative of high resistance to surface wetting) were obtained at a heat-treating temperature of $190^{\circ}C$.
