芸香科 ( 운향과 ) 식물 종실의 항산화성 물질에 관한 연구

Some seeds of the Rutaceae family, Zanthoxylum piperitum, Z. schinifolium, Evodio officinalis. Poncirus trifoliata, Citrus unshiu, were investigated to clarify their antioxidative components. Finely powdered samples were extracted by hexane, followed by dichloromethane and then 70% methanol in a hot bath. Its unsaponifiables containing α-and y-tocopherol with trace amount of β-and δ-tocopherol also showed comparatively weak activity. Levels of total tocopherols in the samples averages 42. 24-154. 11 mg/100g total extractives. The dichloromethane-and 70% methanol extractives showed strong antioxidative activity, from which antioxidative substances were purified with benzene-acetone(6 : 5. V/V) on a silica gel column, and with a solvent mixture of acetonitrile-methanol-H_2O(40 : 40 : 20, V/V/V) on a Sep-Pak C_18 hydrolyzed by 5% KOH-ethanol. The recovered unsaponifiables were then, separated on a column of high performance liquid chromatography. The unsaponifiables produced by hydrolysis of the isolates from dichloromethane extractives has epi-catechin(40.0~57.1%) and (+)-catechin(19.1~24.4% to total phenolic substances, on area base) as major component, accompanied by chlorogenic acid, gallic acid(?), trans-p-coumaric acid and trans-p-ferulic acid including some unknown components, and those derived from 70% methanol extractives also comprise (+)-catechin(31.3~39.6%) to total components. on area base), epi-catechin(20.2~36.4%), trans-p-coumaric acid(8.4~15.3%) and trans-p-ferulic acid(7.7~14.1%) as predominant component with some minor coponents, but the fraction supposed to be gallic acid(?) is not present. The antioxidative activities of the phenolic components isolated in this work were in order of epi-catechin>catechin>chlorogenic acid>trans-p-ferluic acid>trans-p-coumaric acid.
끈끈이주걱의 기내 엽배양에 있어서 배양조건에 따른 식물체 재분화

본 연구는 D. spatulata sp. Tokaiensis의 기내증식체계를 확립하기 위해 배지의 농도, 배지내 활성탄 및 당의 농도가 엽절편 배양 시 식물체 재분화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 엽절편의 생존율은 명배양보다 암배양에서 더 높게 나타났으며, 배지의 농도가 낮을수록 생존율이 높았다. 각 절편당 신초형성수, 신초길이, 신초중 및 근생장은 1/4MS배지의 농도에서 높은 경향이었으며, 광조건에 따른 차이는 유의성이 없었다. 활성탄 농도에 따른 생존율은 1/2MS와 1MS 배지에서보다 1/4MS배지에서 높게 나타났으나, 통계적 차이는 보이지 않았다. 절편체당 뿌리의 형성수는 대부분 배지농도에서 30g L⁻¹ 당을 첨가한 배지에서 높게 나타났다. 1/2MS, 1/4MS에서 당의 농도가 높을수록 신초와 뿌리의 형성수가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 따라서 끈끈이주걱의 엽절편배양시 증식효율을 높이기 위해서는 1/4MS배지에 당 30g L⁻¹이 첨가된 배지에 배양하는 것이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. In order to establish in vitro propagation of sundew, Drosera spatulata sp. Tokaiensis, the effect of MS medium, sucrose, activated charcoal concentration on shoot proliferation and root formation were investigated using leaves at 6 months after seed germination. Survival rates of leaf explants were higher in dark condition than light condition and as low as lower MS medium strength. Shoot and root growth were better in quarter strength of MS medium than that of other MS media, but were not different significantly according to light condition. Survival rate accroding to activated charcoal concentration was higher in 1/4 MS medium than those of 1/2 MS and 1 MS media, but was not different significantly. In the whole treatments, the optimum sucrose concentration for shoot proliferation was over 30 g L⁻¹. Therefore, to increase the proliferation efficiency through leaf culture of sundew, it might be cultured in quarter strength of MS medium with 30 g L⁻¹ sucrose.

건설사업은 생산성과 효율성 제고를 위해 AI, 빅데이터, BIM 등 다양한 4차 산업혁명 기술을 도입하여 디지털 환경으로 전환중에 있다. 그러나, 일부 건설 정보시스템은 다양한 자료들을 저장·관리하고 있지만, AI 및 빅데이터 기술을 활용하여 기존 자료들을 수집 · 분석할 경우, 자동 추출이 어려워 별도의 AI 학습데이터를 구축해야 하는 실정이다. 이러한 문제는 발주청과 건설현장 간의 자료공유체계를 변화시키는 것이 아니라, 건설사업 전체의 업무체계를 디지털 체계로 전환해야 효율적으로 해결될 수 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 건설사업환경을 조성하기 위하여 정보기술 변화와 건설산업의 환경변화를 반영한 공공건설 사업정보의 디지털화 전략을 수립하였다. 건설분야의 내 · 외부환경 분석을 토대로 SWOT 분석과 설문을 통해 핵심성공요인을 도출하고, 디지털화 전환 목표에 기반한 추진방향을 마련하였다. 그 결과, 개방화 · 자동화 · 지능화를 목표로, 2030년까지 전 건설사업정보의 디지털화를 비전으로 설정하였으며, 건설사업정보를 개방 · 확대하고 건설행정 업무를 자동화하며 건설정보 활용을 지능화하는 등 4개 추진전략과 8개 추진과제를 마련하였다. A construction projects digital environment is progressively advancing by integrating Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies such as AI, big data, and BIM to optimize productivity and efficacy. This is particularly evident in some construction information systems where a varied set of data is archived and administered, but with the advent of AI and big data technologies, efforts to collect and analyze existing data encounter challenges owing to difficulties in automated extraction, necessitating the creation of separate AI training datasets. This problem can be solved efficiently not by changing the data sharing system between the ordering agency and the construction site, but by converting the entire construction project work system to a digital environment. We established a digitalization strategy for public construction project information that reflects changes in information technology and environmental changes in the construction industry. Based on an analysis of the internal and external factors in the construction field, we conducted a SWOT analysis and surveys to derive key success factors and devised a direction for the digital transformation goals. As a result, with the goal of openness, automation, and intelligence, a vision was set to digitize all construction project information by 2030. Four implementation strategies and eight implementation tasks were implemented, including opening and expanding construction project information, automating construction administration, and making construction information intelligent.

It is well known that water drops spread almost perfectly on highly wettable smooth surfaces achieving a contact angle of almost zero. When a hydrophilic surface has micro- and nano-textures, the water drops also spread to form a thin liquid film. However, here we show that the dynamics of spreading on micro/nanotextured hydrophilic surfaces are qualitatively different from those on smooth surfaces ? the spreading is no longer axisymmetric and the spreading rate is much enhanced exhibiting “superhydrophilic” nature. We experimentally measure the spreading rate of water drops on hydrophilic micropillar arrays with varying pillar heights and pitches. In addition to the enhanced spreading velocity, we find two distinct spreading behavior within an individual drop, i.e. bulk spreading and precursor film propagation. Scaling laws are given for different types of spreading behavior and compared with experiments.
