Lipo-PGE<sub>1</sub>의 투여경로가 흰쥐의 횡복직근피판의 생존률에 미치는 효과

The Transverse rectus abdominis musculocutaneous (TRAM) flap has been commonly used for autologous breast reconstruction. Despite these clinical usefulness, the TRAM flap is prone to partial flap or fat necrosis in especially pedicled flap. To improve flap survival, the surgical delay procedures and pharmacological treatments have been developed. In many studies for the pharmacological treatment, Lipo-$PGE_1$ has demonstrated a marked ability to improve flap survival and it's effect has been proved similar to surgical delay procedure. The purpose of this study is to determine the most effective route of Lipo-$PGE_1$ administration as a pharmacological treatment in TRAM flap of the rat. Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 300-350 gm were divided into five groups, One week before flap elevation, Lipo-$PGE_1$($2{\mu}g/kg$) was injected three times in a week and than the left inferior epigastric vessel based TRAM flap ($5.0{\times}3.0cm$) elevated; group I: no procedure before flap elevation; group II: intraperitoneal injection; group III: intravenous injection; group IV: subcutaneous injection; group V: topical application. A flap was assessed at postoperative 7 days by comparison of flap survival rate, vessel counts(H-E stain), and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) protein expressed by Western blot. The results demonstrated that the mean percentages of the flap survival area in group III were significantly higher than that of any other group(p<0.05). The vessel counts of all experimental groups were statistically higher than that of control group(p<0.05). Only in group III, the VEGF protein expression was increased significantly than control group and there are no difference in other experimental groups. In conclusion, the intravenous administration of the Lipo-$PGE_1$ is the most effective on flap survival, and the VEGF induced by Lipo-$PGE_1$ has some positive effects on new vessel formation and flap survival.

Plasma transport in the scrape-off layer and the divertor region of the Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research (KSTAR) tokamak is studied with a two-dimensional fluid simulation code B2.5. Heat fluxes on the divertor are evaluated at various operation powers in KSTAR discharges. The effects of carbon impurities on the heat transport are investigated by changing the sputtering yield of carbon. The removal of divertor heat by impurities through dispersive loss mechanisms, such as radiation, charge exchange, and ionization, is discussed and analyzed.

부산지역 산업장에서 근무하고 있는 근로자 32,786명을 조사대상으로 하여 환경요인이 고혈압에 미치는 영향을 구명할 목적으로 동년 10월까지 고혈압의 유병율을 조사하였다. 제조업에 근무하고 있는 근로자는 전 조사대상자의 72.4%였으며 연령별로는 20-29세군이 39.9%로 가장 많았으며 이들의 성별 분포는 남녀 모두 20-29세 군에서 가각 36.8%, 46.1%로 가장 근로자가 많은 연령층이였다. 고혈압증의 유병율은 15.9였고 가장 유병율이 높은 업종은 도 소매 및 음식, 숙박업으로 51.5였다. 이 유병율은 연령이 많아 질수록 높아지는 경향이 있었다. A survey was performed from April 1975 to Oct. 1978, on the high blood pressure of workers employed at industries in Busan area in order to seek for the environmental factors on blood pressure. The number of workers surveyed in the manufacturing industries occupied 72.4 percent of the total. By the age group of all workers, 39.9 percent belonged to the 20-29 year group. For the age distribution and sex of the workers, the highest frequency was found in the 20-29 year group in both sexes and was 36.8% and 46.1% in male and female, respectively. The prevalence rate of hypertension among the workers was 15.9. The industries showing the highest prevalence rate equivalent to wholesale, retail trades, restaurants, and hotels. This survey presented a tendency of increasing prevalence rate as the age increases.

고속 Embedded Processor에서 EMI 최소화 회로

휴대용 통신장비를 비롯한 각종 전자기기는 고집적화 및 소형화 되고 있으며, 이러한 전자기기는 무수히 많은 원하지 않은 전자파를 발생시키고 있다. 이에 따라 EMI 영향을 최소화 하기 위한 연구가 요구되며, 본 연구에서는 전자기기를 구성하는 각 회로들의 반도체 설계 단계에서의 EMI발생 원인을 분석하여 병렬 버퍼의 출력 구동회로와 decoupling 커페시터를 이용하여 EMI를 최소화하는 회로를 제안한다. 이를 i8052에 적용하여 칩을 제작하고 측정한 결과 delta 전류는 1/3으로 감소하였고 EMI는 10dBuV 이상 개선된 결과를 얻었다. All kinds of electronic machinery including portable communication system are being smaller size and are used at high frequency. It generates a lot of unwanted noise signals called electromagnetic interface (EMI). This paper presents an analysis result of EMI generation in VLSI and propose new circuits to minimize of EMI using I/O driver with parallel buffer architecture and distributed decoupling capacitor in a chip. The proposed circuits are evaluated with i8052 MCU which is shown reducing of delta current 1/3 times and improvement of EMI more 10dBuV compared with conventional processors.

From 1979 to 2006, fifty eight patients with esophageal atresia were treated by one pediatric surgeon at Hanyang University Hospital. We analyzed the clinical findings and outcome of these 58 patients. There were 30 males and 28 females. Their mean birth weight was $2,960{\pm}400g$ (1,170~4,020 g). The most common type of anomaly was Gross type C (49 patients; 84.5 %). There was no type B. Fifty-two patients underwent definitive surgery. Postoperative complications were as follows: anastomotic leakage in 17 patients (32.7 %), anastomotic site stricture in 15 (28.8 %), gastroesophageal reflux in 10 (19.2 %) and recurrent TEF in 1 (1.9 %). A total of 152 associated anomalies were detected from 48 patients (82.2 %). The cardiovascular system was the most commonly affected (30 patients with 46 anomalies). The VACTERL association was present in 14 patients (24.1 %). Operative mortality was 17.3 % including self-discharge patients after operation.

Irradiation of solutions of p-quinones and conjugated diyne, 1,4-diphenylbutadiyne, with 350 nm UV light gave the photoproducts such as quinomethane in good yields (70-85%).
