Nanoemulsion absorbents are studied to improve the process efficiency of rectisol, a CO₂ absorption process. Dodecane droplets are dispersed in methanol at nano size and two surfactants Tween 60, Span 60 are added to maintain dispersion stability of nanoemulsion absorbents. To evaluate the dispersion stability of the prepared nanoemulsion, turbidity measurement using the Nephelometry is carried out for 3 days. As results of CO2 absorption rate experiment, the nanoemulsion absorbents with 0.05 vol% of dodecane show the best performance.

In this study, dodecane nanoemulsions based on methanol are manufactured as CO2 absorbents. The thermophysical properties and dispersion stability of nanoemulsion absorbents are evaluated. Two surfactants, Span 60 and Tween 60 are selected considering the chemical types of hydrocarbons. Span 60 and Tween 60 are mixed with a ratio of 4:6 to make a same HLB number as required by the HLB of dodecane which is 10.5. The thermal conductivity is measured according to the ratio of dodecane and surfactant in methanol, and the solution with the highest dispersion stability is selected.

In this study, the control algorithm for the power distribution units of the high-power devices mounted on the vehicle. High-power system is applied EV / HEV / FCV vehicles with motors, inverters, LDC, HDC, BESS representative. Things about how to manage interoperability between each system has a sequence control, communications, power, etc., the necessary elements for the core components. In particular, this study is intended to supply voltage, current, power, through the observation of the appropriate element in the stabilization. When the system is unstable occurs fault , through the connection of the key components in high-power systems, and that is required to respond to the situation, and present a sequence of algorithms and for appropriate controls and verification through simulation was performed.
