The purpose of this study is to develop the KPIs(Key Performance Indices) needed to improve management and strategy in the dental clinic based on the four perspectives of BSC(Balanced Scorecard). The questionnaire was conducted on 52 dentists approved by Dental Managment Research Committee in Seoul National University as a panel. Using the Delphi technique, the top five KPIs for each point of perspective in BSC were extracted from KPI pools. In the third survey, the top five KPIs of all points were compared with each other through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and priority and overall importance rankings were calculated. The biggest difference in the three level AHP results was the customer perspective took priority to others. In the second survey, the financial perspective, which was number one, was pushed back. The overall significance of KPIs was in the order of customer, internal process, finance, learning and growth perspective, with the exception of medical profits (5th of 20) and new patient growth (10th of 20). We were able to overcome the limitations of the Delphi Technique with the AHP method. In general, the financial perspective in BSC is known to be the most important, but we conclude that the customer perspective is more important through the pairwise comparison survey. In the current dental service market, which is a long-term recession, excessive competition, customer satisfaction and customer relationship management seem to be the first goal to pursue in dental clinic.
PoP용 패시브 소자 임베디드 기판의 warpage 감소를 위한 파라메타 설계에 관한 연구

In this paper, numerical analysis by finite element method and parameter design by the Taguchi method were used to reduce warpage of a two passive components embedded double side substrate for PoP(Package on Package). The effect of thickness of circuit layers (L1, L2) and thickness of solder resist (SR_top, SR_BTM) were analyzed with 4 variations and 3 levels(minimum, average and maximum thickness) to find optimized thickness conditions. Also, paste effect of solder resist on unit area of top surface was analyzed. Finally, experiments was carried out to prove numerical analysis and the Taguchi method. Based on the numerical and experimental results, it was known that circuit layer in ball side of substrate was the most severe determining deviation for reducing warpage. Buried circuit layer in chip side, solder resist and were insignificant effects on warpage relatively. However, warpage decreased as circuit layer in ball side thickness increased but effect of solder resist and circuit layer in chip side thickness were conversely. 본 논문에서는 2개의 패시브 소자가 임베디드된 PoP(Package on Package)용 양면 기판의 휨을 감소시키기 위해 유한요소법을 이용한 수치해석과 파라메타 설계를 위한 다구찌법이 사용되었다. 양면 회로층 두께와 솔더 레지스트 두께가 4인자 3수준으로 설계되어 파라메타 영향도가 분석되었다. 또한, 유닛 영역의 솔더 레지스트가 제거하거나 도포된 모델의 휨을 해석하여 솔더 레지스트의 영향도를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 실험을 통해 수치해석과 다구찌법에 의한 파라메타 설계의 효과를 입증하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 휨에 미치는 영향은 볼 사이드에 있는 회로층이 지배적으로 크고 칩 사이드의 회로층이 두 번째로 크며 솔더 레지스트의 영향이 가장 작았다. 또한, 칩 사이드 유닛영역의 솔더 레지스트는 도포 유무에 따른 영향도가 매우 작았다. 한편 기판의 휨은 볼 사이드 회로층의 두께가 얇을수록, 칩 사이드 회로층의 두께와 솔더 레지스트의 두께는 두꺼울수록 감소하였다.
유한요소모델링을 이용한 틸팅터릿 이송시스템의 진동모우드 해석

다기능 복합가공기에서, 가공공정의 정밀도를 높이기 위해 틸팅터릿 이송시스템의 설계는 매우 중요하다. 틸팅터릿 유니트는 3축 이송시스템으로 이에 대한 동적시스템 모델링 및 진동모우드 해석은 설계의 기본이 된다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 설계를 가능하게 하는 가상시제품 개발의 기본 단계로서 틸팅터릿이 장착되어 있는 3축 이송시스템의 각각의 축을 전후처리 프로그램인 MSC/PATRAN을 이용하여 모델링, 요소분할, 물성치, 경계조건을 입력한다. 다음으로 구조해석 상용 프로그램인 MSC/NASTRAN을 이용하여 각 축 구조물인 새들, 카렉, 터릿에 대한 모우드 해석과 주파수 특성 해석을 수행하였다. 또한 PATRAN을 통해 모우드 해석과 주파수 특성 해석의 결과를 가시화하였으며, 각 축에서 구해지는 고유치와 고유벡터 값으로부터 공진문제를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 검증하였다. The result of mode and frequency analysis are visualized with PATRAN, and the method which can solve the resonance problem by eigenvalues and eigenvectors of each axis is developed as well.

Tilting turret unit is traveled by 3-axis slide systems. There is a need to design this part very carefully. In this research, 3-axis sliding system with tilting turret is modeled by considering the element dividing, material proprties, and boundary conditions using MSC/PATRAN. Mode and frequency analysis of each structures such as saddle, careg, and turret are simulated by MSC/NASTRAN, for the purpose of developing the effective design. The results of mode analysis and frequency analysis are visualized with PATRAN, and the mothod which can solve the resornance problem by eigenvalues and eigenvectors of each axe is developed as well.
