        지하수 유동 방향에 대한 관정배열이 분배추적자 시험에 미치는 영향 분석

        Partitioning interwell tracer test (PITT) is a method to quantify and qualify a site contaminated with NAPLs (Non-Aqueous Phase Liquids). Analytical description of PITT assumes that the injection-pumping well pair is on the line of the ambient groundwater flow direction, but the test-well pair could frequently be off the line in a real field site, which could be an erroneous factor in analyzing PITT data. The purpose of this work is to study the influence of the angle of the test-well pair on the ambient groundwater flow direction based on the result from PITT. From the experiments, it was found that the obliqueness of the test-well pair to the ambient groundwater flow direction could affect the tracer test resulting in a decreased NAPL estimation efficiency. In case of an oblique arrangement of the test-well pair to the ambient flow direction, it was found that the injection of a chase fluid could enhance the estimation efficiency. An increase of the pumping rate could enhance the recovery rate but it cannot be said that a high pumping rate can increase the test efficiency because a high pumping rate cannot give partitioning tracers enough time to partition into NAPLs. The results have a implication that because the arrangement of the test-well pair is a controlling factor in performing and interpreting PITT in the field in addition to the known factors such as heterogeneity and the source zone architecture, flow direction should be seriously considered in arranging test-well pair.

        낙동강변 지하수 및 지표수의 주요원소 용존 농도 결정에 대한 막필터 공극 크기의 영향 분석

        Various types of inorganic and organic colloids are present in natural water including groundwater. Previous studies showed that Fe, Mn and Al are colloid-forming elements and dissolved concentrations can be erroneous for these elements if water samples are not properly filtered. Dissolved concentrations of elements including Ca, Na, Mg, K, Fe, Mn, Si and Al in groundwater from alluvial and bedrock aquifers, and surface water near Nakdong River were determined to evaluate effects of colloids on dissolved concentrations in natural water samples using various pore sizes of filters. Groundwater is mostly anoxic and have elevated concentrations of Fe and Mn, which provides a unique opportunity to observe the effects of colloids on dissolved concentrations of colloid-forming elements. Membrane filters with four kinds of pore sizes of 1000 nm, 450 nm, 100 nm, and 15 nm were used for filtration of water samples. Concentrations of dissolved concentrations in each filtrate did not show significant differences from 1000 nm to 100 nm. However, concentrations of all elements considered were decreased in the filtrates obtained using 15 nm pore size filters by 10 to 15% compared to those using 450 nm except for bedrock groundwater. Al in surface water showed a distinct linear decrease with the decrease of filter pore sizes. These results showed that 100 nm pore size had little effect to remove colloidal particles in alluvial groundwater and surface water in our study. In contrast, significant concentration decreases in 15 nm pore size filtrates indicate that the presence of 15 to 100 nm colloidal particles may affect determination of dissolved concentrations of elements in natural water.

        강변 여과 취수 지역 퇴적물의 철 화학종 추출 특성

        최근 들어 안정된 수자원 확보를 위해 하천수를 강변의 충적층을 통과시켜 취소하는 강변 여과수 개발이 각광을 받고 있다. 지표수 및 지하수와 반응하는 주변 충적층 퇴적물에 존재하는 철은 강변 여과 후 양수정을 통해 얻어지는 지하수의 수질을 결정하는데 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 퇴적물-지하수-지표수의 상호 작용에 의한 철 화학종의 존재 변화를 알아보기 위해 창원시 대산면 낙동강변의 강변여과 부지에서 채취한 대수층 퇴적물 내에 존재하는 철 함유량을 퇴적물 심도 및 입자 크기에 따라 다양한 화학적 철 추출법을 통해 비교하였다 실험 결과는 전체적으로 지표로부터 20m 부근까지는 2가철 및 총 철 함량이 전체적으로 감소하다 20m 깊이 이하에서는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 육안으로 관찰되는 퇴적물 색깔이 지시하는 산화/환원 환경 특성과도 일치하였다. 한편. 퇴적물의 모래 부분보다 미사/점토 부분에서 추출법에 따라 2∼10배의 철이 추출되었다. 그리고, 다양한 추출법 중 DCB 용액에 의해 가장 많은 철이 추출되었다. 이와 같은 다양한 철 분 석법으로 추출되는 철 햠량 특성은 퇴적물 내에서 철의 용해 및 침전을 결정짓는 심도에 따른 산화/환원 조건의 좋은 지시자로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. River bank filtration has been considered as a promising alternative water management scheme, in which groundwater is extracted from an aquifer near a river after infiltration of the river water in to the aquifer, thereby improving and maintaining the quality of water recovered. Iron, Fe, associated with sediment in contact with groundwater and infiltrating surface water is an important factor in determining the quality of water recovered from the pumping wells in river bank filtration. This study reports the results of Fe speciation in the aquifer sediment samples collected from different depths at the river bank filtration site in Changwon, studied using four different chemical extraction methods, namely, ferrozine, oxalate, HCI, and DCB methods. Overall, the results show that Fe, II, as well as the total Fe content decreases with depth down to ∼20 m and then increases further below. This trend is consistent with the redox characteristics suggested by visual observation. The silt/clay size fraction, 0<62.5㎛ has up to 2∼10times more Fe compared with the sand size fraction, 62.5㎛<0<2mm, depending on the extraction method. Of the four extraction methods, DCB solution. extracted the most Fe from the sediment samples. The amounts of Fe extracted by the different extraction methods can be a good indicator of the redox conditions along the depth of the aquifer.

        Eudragit으로 코팅된 초다공성 하이드로젤의 제조 및 pH 의존형 팽윤거동

        초다공성 하이드로젤은 다공성 공극구조를 이용하여 기존 수화젤의 팽윤성을 획기적으로 향상시킨 것으로, 빠른 팽윤거동과 높은 흡수율로 다양한 의약용 응용분야에 유용한 재료이다. 본 연구에서는 장용 코팅제인 Eudragit 계열 고분자들을 사용하여 poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide)계 초다공성 하이드로젤을 코팅함으로써 pH 의존성 팽윤거동을 보이는 초다공성 하이드로젤을 제조하고자 하였다. 서로 다른 pH 영역에서 작용하는 Eudragit L100과 S100을 이용하여 딥 코팅에 의해 표면을 코팅한 후 SEM을 이용해 공극구조를 관찰하고 pH에 따른 초다공성 하이 드로젤의 팽윤거동을 관찰하였다. Eudragit 계열 고분자들로 코팅된 하이드로젤은 낮은 pH 환경하에서는 팽윤이 억 제되다가, 특정 pH 이상에서 팽윤성이 향상되는 pH 의존성 팽윤거동을 보였고, 이러한 pH 의존성은 사용한 장용 코팅제용 고분자들의 pH 특성에 의존하였다. Superporous hydrogels (SPHs) with fast swelling and superabsorbent properties are useful materials in various biomedical fields, by improving the swelling properties of conventional hydrogels based on their unique porous structure. In this study, Eudragit polymers were used as coating materials to control the swelling properties of poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide) based SPHs by environmental pH. The SPHs were coated with Eudragit L100 and S100 that have different pH characteristics as enteric coating materials by a dip coating method, and their pH dependent swelling behaviors were observed in various pH environments. The swelling of SPHs was inhibited at a low pH range, but significantly enhanced above a characteristic pH of Eudragit polymers. This pH dependent swelling behavior of hydrogels could be modulated by the characteristics of the enteric coating polymers.

        과제수행을 통한 비우세손 훈련이 손 기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : We described how the training of non-dominant hand that applicates the activity effects on dominant hand. Method : From November 6th to December 2nd 2013, We randomly selected 18 people that don’t have a damage of hand function and are in college of K in Busan. (cross stitch training group 9 people, control group 9 people) All participants agreed on the research after fully being aware of training procedures and spontaneously conducted. Each training was practiced for 40 minutes in once every second day. One researcher deals with three participants at silent environment. We used the study measurement, Purdue pegboard, to investigate the sharpness of hand. To investigate the advancement of hand function caused by cross stitch training, we practiced three times estimations of primary one before training, middle one after 2 weeks training, last one after four weeks training and obtained the following results. Result : First of all, We found that the group of hand training appeared to be advanced of dominant hand’s sharpness depending on the training period more than the control group. Second, We found that the group of hand training appeared to be advanced of non-dominant hand’s sharpness depending on the training period more than the control group. Third, We found that the group of hand training appeared to be advanced of both hand’s sharpness depending on the training period more than the control group. Fourth, We found that the group of hand training appeared to be advanced of the assembling function sharpness depending on the training period more than the control group. Conclusion : Put the results of this research together, we found that non-dominant hand training that used the activity was of help to advance the function of dominant hand. So, we thinks that hand training might help the recovery of affected hand function to the person that have a problem of hand function like hemiplegia patient. It will be required to practice the further study targeting the person that have a problem of hand function like hemiplegia patient. We hope that this research will be apply to clinical occupational therapy.
