      • 뇌혈관 환자에 대한 간호진단 적용 분석

        간호진단의 실무적용을 증진시키고 간호의 질을 높이기 위해 대구시내에 소재한 Y의료원 신경계 변동에 입원한 환자 102명에게 적용된 간호진단수 총 109개를 NANDA회의에서 채택된 간호진단명 105개에 준하여 분석한 결과 환자 1인당 평균1개를 사용하였으며 총 사용 NANDA 간호진단명은 9개로 대상자 102명중 가장 많이 사용된 간호 진단은 안위의 변화 44.0%, 불안 19.3%, 부적절한 개인적 대응 12.8%로서 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과 적용된 간호진단의 종류 및 빈도가 매우 낮았으며 간호진단에 대한 사정도구개발의 연구와 간호사들에게 지속적인 보수교육이 강화되어야 한다고 생각한다. This research was done for the improvement of practical appliance of Ng. diagnosis and for the elevation of nursing guality(level). I analized the Ng. diagnosis with 109 diagnosis used by NANDA conference from 102 patients who were admitted for Neuro Surgery Ward of Y medical Center which is in Taegu. Ther general characteristics of the patients are as follows ; by sex, men were 57 cases(55.9%) and women were 45 cases(45.1%). In age, 26~29 were I case(1.0%), 30~39 were 10 cases(9.8%), 40~49 were 30 cases(29.4%), 50~59 were 32 cases(31.4%), 60~69 were 26 cases(25.5%), and over 70 were 3 cases (2.9%). In diagnosis of the patients, Cerebral Infarction were 52 cases(50.9%), Intracerebral Hemorrhage were 20 cases(19.6%), Subarachnoid Hemorrhage were 12 cases(11.8%), Epidural Hemorrhage were 7 cases(6.9%), Subdural Hemorrhage were 5 cases(4.9%), Aneurysm were 4 cases(3.9%), Cerebrovascular Accident were 2 cases(2.0%). I used all 109 Ng. diagnoses which means one person used about 1.0 of NANDA'S diagnoses. All used NANDA'S was 9 diagnoses. The most popular diagnoses were alteration in Comfort(44.0%), Anxiety(19,3%), Ineffective individual Coping(12.8%) in 102 cases. Bae showed ineffective air way clearance(48.4%), impaired Physical mobility, ineffective Breathing pattern, Knowledge deficit, All of them were 41.9% in her diagnosis analysis research of Open Heart Surgery Patients. Kang showed self care deficit(27.7%), skin integrity(23.4%), tissue perfusion, alteration in cerebral area(16.4%), and high risk for infection(0.6%), in her diagnosis analysis research of brain disease patients. Park(1987) showed the representative diagnosis of high risk for injury, altered nutrition less than body reguirements, knowledge dificit, sleep pattern disturbance, and fluid volume excess, in her evaluations, of the original and revealational research rate of five diagnosis in patients with CAAH or CAVH. When we consider the specifics of each patient we can determine how the Ng assessment reveals that patients problems differ according to their disease. Signs and symptoms are one thing, and nursing requests are another. As the specific response-formal analysis of 9 Ng. Diagnoses in which the most popular diagnoses were Emotion(33.4%), Exchanging(22.2%), Moving(12.0%), choosing(11.1%) Knowing(11.1%) but Communicating and Relating, Valuing, Perceiving were not applied.

        Dehydrocoupling of Bis(silyl)alkylbenzenes to Network Polysilanes, Catalyzed by Group 4 Metallocene Combination

        Bis(silyl)alkylbenzenes such as bis(1-sila-sec-butyl)benzene (1) and 2-phenyl-1,3-disilapropane (2) were synthesized in high yields by the reduction of the corresponding chlorosilanes with $LiAlH_4$ in diethyl ether. The dehydrocoupling of 1 and 2 was performed using group IV metallocene complexes generated in situ from $Cp_2MCl_2$/Red-Al and $Cp_2MCl_2$/n-BuLi (M = Ti, Hf), producing two phases of polymers. The TGA residue yields of the insoluble polymers were in the range of 64-74%. The molecular weights of the soluble polymers produced ranged from 700 to 5000 ($M_w$ vs polystyrene using GPC) and from 500 to 900 ($M_w$ vs polystyrene using GPC). The dehydropolymerization of 1 and 2 seemed to initially produce a low-molecular-weight polymer, which then underwent an extensive cross-linking reaction of backbone Si-H bonds, leading to an insoluble network polymer.

        Dehydrogenative Polymerization of Hydrosilanes to Silicon Polymers

        Hydrosilanes possessing reactive Si-H bond are used in synthesizing various types of polysilanes by dehydrocoupling under the influence of various organometallic promoters. Catalytic Si-Si/Si-O coupling of hydrosilanes with hydrosilanes, alcohols, and lactones to silicon-based polymers are described in this article as selective examples of our recent research developments. These silicon-containing polymers can be used as a precursor to prepare useful functional materials for fabricating electronic devices.

        Capture-recapture 방법을 이용한 1998년 제주도 볼거리 유행시 보고 자료의 완전성 평가

        Objectives : To estimate mumps incidence during the study period and to evaluate the completeness of case reporting. Methods : Capture-recapture methods, originally developed for counting wildlife animals, were used. The data sources were 1) the National Notifiable Communicable Disease Reporting System (NNCDRS; 848 cases), 2) the School Health Reporting System, temporarily administered by the Division of Education (SHRS; 1,026 cases), and 3) a survey of students (785 cases). We estimated the number of unobserved mumps cases by matching the three data sources and fitting loglinear models to the data. We then determined the estimated total number of mumps cases by adding this to the number of observed cases. Completeness was defined as the proportion of observed cases from each source to the total of estimated cases. Results : The total number of observed cases was 1,844 and the total number of estimated cases was 1,935 (95%, CI: $1,878\sim2,070$). The overall completeness was 43.8% of the NNCDRS, 53.0% of the SHRS, and 40.6% of the survey. However, completeness varied by area and age. Conclusion : Although the completeness of NNCDRS data appeared higher than in the past, it is difficult to generalize this result In Korea, it is possible to estimate the size of health hazards relatively cheaply and quickly, by applying capture-recapture methods to various data using a multiple data collection system.

        Bacillus brevis CD162 Cyclodextrin Glycosyltransferase의 정제 및 특성

        The cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase (CGTase, EC 3.2.1.19) from Bacillus brevis CD162 was purified by precipitating with ammonium sulfate, DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B column chromatography and Sephadex G-150 column chromatography. The molecular mass and pI of the purified enzyme were estimated to be 74,000 and 6.3 by SDS-PAGE and isoelectric focusing, respectively. The purified enzyme was clearly identified as the CGTase by zymogram after SDS-PAGE. The optimum pH and temperature for the enzyme activity were 8.0 and $55^{\circ}C$, respectively. The enzyme was stable at the range of pH $5.5{\sim}9.0$, and up to $50^{\circ}C$. The amino acid sequence from the $NH_2-terminal$ of the purified CGTase was Ser-Val-Thr-Asn-Lys-Val-Asn-Tyr-Ser-Lys-Asp-Val-Ile-Tyr-Gln. The yields of the products from starch as the substrate were 1.3% for ${\alpha}-$, 33.9% for ${\beta}-$, and 9.7% for ${\gamma}-cyclodextrin$. Bacillus brevis CD162가 생산하는 cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase (CGTase)를 ammonium sulfate 침전, DEAE-Sephadex CL-6B 및 Sephadex G-150 컬럼 크로마토그래피를 수행하여 분리정제하였다. 정제된 CGTase는 분자량이 약 74,000, 등전점은 약 6.3인 단백질이었고, 정제된 단백질을 SDS-PAGE한 후 변성된 단백질을 재활성시켜 zymogram을 수행한 결과 cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 효소의 최적활성 pH와 온도는 각각 8.0과 $55^{\circ}C$이었으며, pH $5.5{\sim}9.0$과 $50^{\circ}C$까지 안정한 활성을 보였다. 또한, CGTase의 $NH_2$-말단 부위의 아미노산서열은 Ser-Val-Thr-Asn-Lys-Val-Asn-Tyr-Ser-Lys-Asp-Val-Ile-Tyr-Gln 이었으며, 전분으로부터 cyclodextrin으로의 전환률을 분석한 결과, ${\alpha}$-cyclodextrin은 1.3%, ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin은 33.9% ${\gamma}$-cyclodextrin은 9.7% 이었다.

        해상운임에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인에 관한 연구

        In this study, a multivariate time series analysis was conducted to identify various variables that impact ocean freight rates in addition to supply and demand factors. First, we used the ClarkSea Index, Clarksons Average Bulker Earnings, and Clarksons Average Tanker Earnings provided by the Shipping Intelligence as substitute variables for the dependent variable, ocean freight. The following ndependent variables were selected: World Seaborne Trade, World Fleet, Brent Crude Oil Price, World GDP Growth Rate, Industrial Production (IP OECD) Growth Rate, Interest Rate (US$ LIBOR 6 Months), and Inflation (CP I OECD) through previous studies. The time series data comprise annual data (1992-2020), and a regression analysis was conducted. Results of the regression analysis show that the World Seaborne Trade and Brent Crude Oil P rice impacted the ClarkSea Index. Only the World Seaborne Dry Bulk Trade impacted the Clarksons Average Bulker Earnings, World Seaborne Oil Trade, Brent Crude Oil Price, IP, and CP I on the Clarksons Average Tanker Earnings.
