The purpose of this study was the family caring for the patients under home care nursing in the two college hospitals in Busan and Kyungnam Province. Researchers deep-interviewed the participants and asked using the non-constructed questions. 'What did you experience through home care nursing?'. The results are summarized as follows ; First, there were 196 final meaningful statements in the end and 32 constructed meanings, which were classified into 13 themes. These themes were again divided into four categories such as introduction, development, turn and conclusion. In the 'Introduction' three themes were included as follows ; 'feeling their eyes blinded', 'feeling a burden to have such a patient at home', and so on. In the 'conclusion' consisted of four such as 'finding it worthwhile to take care of them at home despite in the suffocated reality', 'pinning hope on the patient', 'retiring the world at first, but later going outdoors and feeling better', and 'realizing the real meaning of family through the difficult situation'. On the basis of this research results, home care nurses have to include the patients' family among home care clients and gradually change the home care nursing into the positive direction by sensitively responding to their requests.
강화약쑥 수용성 추출물의 식물 타감효과 및 HPLC에 의한 타감물질 분석 연구

This study was conducted to evaluate the allelopathic effect of aqueous extract of Ganghwa domestic mugwort (Artemisia spp.) on vegetables and its related allelo-chemicals. When the receptor vegetables, such as Chinese cabbage, lettuce, and red radish, were treated with aqueous extract obtained from Sajabalssuk (A. $sp^*I$), Ssajuarissuk (A. $sp^*II$) or Ssajarissuk (A. $sp^*III$), their germination rate, leaf number, plant height, and root length were restricted with increasing concentration of aqueous extract. Allelopathic effect was the highest in radish, than lettuce and Chinese cabbage in order. The growth of topplant were more inhibited then root growth observing in restriction of plant height, root length, and chlorophyll contents. The plant height, the root length of red radish were 53.3 and 61.2% and their fresh weights were 19.8 and 26.4% compared to those of controls, respectively. A. $sp^*III$ showed the highest allelopathic effect among the donor plants. In HPLC analysis, 7 phenol compounds were identified in A. $sp^*I$ and A. $sp^*II$, and, in A. $sp^*III$, and hydroxybenzoic acid and phenylacetic acid were further identified as allelochemicals. It is considered that their plant growths were variously inhibited by the amounts and types of allelochemicals in aqueous extracts. To increase the productivity of farm land after cultivation of mugwort, these results can be useful to select the following field crops.
PDA를 위한 컴포넌트 기반 모바일 에이전트 컴퓨팅 아키텍처에 관한 연구

모바일 통신 환경이 발전하고 보편화되면서 사용자들은 휴대폰뿐만 아니라 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)를 통해 다양한 컨텐츠 서비스를 받고 있다. 그러나 낮은 대역폭, 높은 네트워크 지연, 자주 끊기는 네트워크 환경으로 인해 모바일 환경에서의 서비스가 원활히 되지 않는다. 이를 해결하기 위해 정보가 있는 장소로 이동함으로 중간 단계의 데이터들이 네트워크를 통과하여 자원을 소모하는 것을 막고, 네트워크의 대역폭을 보존하고 지연을 줄이고 네트워크가 자주 끊어지더라도 계속해서 정보를 찾고 사용자와 반응할 수 있도록 모바일 에이전트 기술을 적용한다. 본 논문에서는 PDA 서비스를 위한 모바일 에이전트 개발을 위한 컴퓨팅 아키텍처를 정의하고 개발을 용이하기 위한 재사용성 및 이식성을 위해 컴포넌트를 기반으로 한다. 구현 관점에서 모바일 에이전트의 기능은 컴포넌트를 기반하며, 모바일 에이전트 아키텍처를 4개의 계층으로 정의하고, PDA 서비스를 위한 사례를 제시 한다. 이를 통해 모바일 환경에서 사용자의 자료접근을 용이하게 하며 컴포넌트를 통한 개발의 효율성을 기대할 수 있다.
