옥션 사태를 계기로 국내기업의 개인정보보호에 대한 각성을 시작하면서 개인정보보호에 대한 인식은 점점 붉어져 가고 있다. 국가적으로는 기업이 고객의 개인정보관리를 소홀이 할 경우 제재를 강화하고 있으며, 방송통신위원회는 국가를 대신하여 기업을 대상으로 개인정보 실태점검을 실시하고 있다. 이렇게, 개인정보보호에 대한 인식이 범 국가적 · 사회적으로 자명한 가운데 기업이 고객의 개인정보를 보호하고 법을 준수 할 수 있도록 도와주는 법에 기초한 진단 모델을 도출하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이고 성과이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 기업에 적용되는 개인정보보호와 관련된 법 · 고시 4종을 비교?분석하여 11개의 영역, 58개 항목으로 도출하였으며 도출된 항목은 기업의 개인정보관리책임관이나 개인정보 취급자 스스로에게 질문함으로써 법 준수 여부를 판단할 수 있도록 질문 형식으로 작성되었다.

기존 개인정보보호관련 법은 공공과 민간으로 개별화된 체계로 인하여 헌법기관, 오프라인 사업자, 비영리기관 등은 관련법이 부재함에 따라 법 적용의 사각지대라는 커다란 허점을 드러냈다. 또한, 개별 법 사이의 보호원칙, 처리기준 및 추진체계가 상이하여 법의 보호를 받는 국민들에게 혼란을 주기도 한다. 본 논문은 신규 제정되어 2011년 9월 발효가 예정되어 있는 개인정보보법(안)을 기준으로 기업이 개인정보보호 수준을 스스로 측정할 수 있는 지표를 만드는 것에 목표를 두고 있다.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The research objectives is to suggest a resonable policy alternative to improve efficiency of land usage and public welfare by redevelopment of cemetery facilities. (2) RESEARCH METHOD To achieve research objectives, ongoing Incheon memory-park project has been alnalyzed with legislation, government report, statistical data and thesis. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS For most efficient usage of cemetery facilities, it must be performed that selecting places of redevelopment in existing cemetery facilities and arranging neglected grave and integrating the cemetery facilities. 2. RESULTS Recently, major causes of inefficient and wasteful land usage are existence of grave-oriented Korean culture and negligence of maintaining grave. Therefore, it enable cemetery facilities to be used most efficiently by redeveloping cemetery facilities based on grave.

The conductive coating method was used for a various industrial fields. For example, Sputtering process is using to a coat of ITO layer in LCD or OLED panel manufacture process and fabricate a base layer of substrate of an electric printing device. However, conventional coating process (beam sputtering, spin coating etc.) has a problems in the industrial manufacturing process. These processes have a very high cost and critical manufacturing environment as a vacuum process. Recently, many researchers were proposed a various printing process instead of conventional coating process. In this paper, we propose an ESD printing process in ITO coating layer and apply to fabricate a conductive coating film. Ours transparent electrode had a surface resistance of about 66{Omega}/{square} and transparent of 74% in the wavelength of 500nm. This transparent electrode manufacturing process will be applied to Roll-to-Roll process. In addition, we developed roll printing process system for the next generation flexible solar cell.

In this paper, we designed sandwich type pressure regulator for air pressure control system. As a result of research, we obtained several important conclusion. First, we decided theory of popper valve and relief valve which are used in sandwich type pressure regulator, and then designed prototype of pressure regulator. Second, we organized circuit diagram of dual pressure regulator of air pressure control system.
구조용 강재의 부식피로 강도에 미치는 산성안개 및 염화칼슘의 영향

The fatigue strength of SM55C has significantly decreased by 83% compared with atmosphere where distilled exists due to strong erosive action of acid fog. The reason is inferred in a way that strong acid erosive material such as acid fog act and give rise to multi-site crack on the surface. Several fatigue clacks occurred under the acid fog repeat the process of division and unification on the surface and form a long non-propagating crack throughout the circumference of experimented steel. However, in the depth, many parts do not show much trace of unification, and the depth is not as big as the one of normal crack shape. 10% of Cacl2 causes strong erosive reaction to material. Then eventually make the life of fatigue shooter. On the other hand, 20% of Cacl2 beings about oxidized material organic crack closing due to weak erosive reaction.

This paper shows a performance analysis for pnumatic servo cylinder. The pistons without seal have partly cylindrical and conical shapes. 2 dimensional Reynolds equation and FD(finite differential) numerical techniques are utilized for the performance analysis. The relationship among self-centering forces and leakage flows are investigated. Also, optimal design values for a servo cylinder are presented. A prototype of servo cylinder which had rod bearing with four pockets, five pockets, and six pockets was manufactured respectively.

To acquire the safety along with durability of mechanical machinery products, we should consider the structural mechanics such as stress, deformation and dynamic vibration characteristics and identify those important aspects in the stage of preliminary design engineering. This cryogenic ball valve is used to transfer the liquified natural gas which temperature is -196℃, supplied pressure is 168㎏/㎠. For the cryogenic ball valve, the assurance of structural integrity and operability are essential to meet not only normal, abnormal loading conditions but also functionality during a seismic event. In this thesis, analytical approach and results using finite element analysis and computational method are herein presented to evaluate the aspects of structural integrity along with operability of cryogenic ball valve. In this study, we designed the high pressure cryogenic ball valve that accomplishes zero leakage by elastic seal at normal temperature and metal seal at high temperature.
