The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing such rapid growth in the food service industry. In the literature review, the most important factors influencing demand for goods and services is income. Therefore, it is hypothesized that income will affect consumer expenditure on food away from home. Second, it also hypothesized that the income elasticity of food away from home is greater than one. The results of estimation can be summarized as follows:1. In case of the citizen's household expenditure, the estimated income elasticity of food away from home is 1.27-2.29(p<0.05), In case of the farmer's household expenditure, the estimated income elasticity of food away from home is 1.71(p<0.05). 2. The estimated sign of the IMF dummy variable coefficient is negative(p<0.05).

This study fouced on the following issues to examine proper plans for management of franchise restaurants of traditional korean food, for example, SeolReongTang. As for the documentary research to attain the above purpose, the Service Delivery System was theoretically examined, which applies a systematically approaching way to the food service industry: purchasing food materials, preparing materials, cooking, and completing food products. As for an experimental analysis, the model shown in preceding studies was used to analyze the production system. As for an analysis on food quality, an examination of organic functions and scientific microscopic examination were conducted before and after passing through the Service Delivery System. In order to examine whether or not the restaurant selling traditional Korean meal are appropriate for the type of franchise, the objects of analysis were selected from the present operation system of SeolReongTang restaurants. For the purpose of presenting the operation system this study suggests, the real operation ways of one restaurant was selected and analyzed.

The study was designed to build a scheme for sales promotion on the tracitional soybean Sauce by improving production and distribution system. And thirty farm households and thirty Korean traditional restaurant owners were participated in the survey. The authors found that six steps would be considered in order to build a scheme for sales promotion on the traditional soybean Sauce.
구조적 불연속에 기인하는 원통구조물의 응력집중현상에 관한 유한요소법에 의한 연구

The stress concentration phenomena due to the structural incontinuty are studied by finite element method. In this study, a circular cylinder is treated. Under the axial load, the membrance action is dominate and the 24 D.O.F. cylindrical membrane finite element is used. The assembly of this element can successfully represent the original structure geometrically. The internal displacement function is such organized that the inter element compatibility condition is fully satisfied. In this study, the stress concentration factors due to the presence of a hole on the cylinder wall are obtained, and the factors versus the location of the hole is computed and plotted. It is found that the hole effect on the stress concentration disappears beyond the neighboring region of the hole size from the edge of the hole. Those results are useful for practical design in determining the region where the re-inforcing is necessary.
