내장형 시스템의 실시간 운영체제(RTOS)에서는 메모리와 CPU 속도 등의 제한적인 환경에서 원하는 기능을 최적으로 최단시간에 구현할 수 있는 개방형 개발도구 환경이 요구된다. 이러한 개방형 개발환경에는 타겟 시스템에 최소의 부담을 주면서 사용자가 편리하게 원하는 정보를 원격지에서 대화식으로 빠르게 접근, 참조, 제어 할 수 있는 원격 대화형 쉘이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 원격지에서 모듈별 로딩, 태스크의 스폰과 더불어 태스크 상태 등을 확인할 수 있는 원격 대화형 쉘 프로그램의 설계와 그에 대한 구현방법을 기술하고 원격지에서 타겟의 부담을 최소화하여 실시간 운영체계에서 정보접근이 용이하고 유지보수가 쉬운 개발환경이 가능하도록 하였다. 이 대화형 쉘은 Q-PLUS RTOS와 연동되어 작동하며 ARM계열의 EBSA285 타겟보드와 NT 호스트상에서 구현, 테스트되었다. Recently, the Open-Development-Tool-Environment becomes a basic requirement of RTOS (Real Time Operating System) for embedded systems with restricted memory and CPU power in order to develop applications effectively. A remote interactive shell is one of the basic software components which makes users develop, test and control softwares without burdening target systems. In this paper, we have implemented the remote interactive shell with the following functions : loading object modules, spawning and manipulating tasks facilities thru a remote host. Comparing information reference methods with nonredundant overhead, we have achieved the system with easy maintenance. The shell has been developed with Q-PLUS RTOS under ARM EBSA285 target board and NT host.
LPS로 활성화된 대식세포에서 황련해독탕(黃連解毒湯)물추출물의 염증매개물질 억제효과

Objectives: Hwangnyeonhaedok-tang (Huanglian Jiedu Tang; HHT) has been widely used for purging `fire` and lessening virulence of any pathogenic organism. However it has been rarely conducted to evaluate the immuno-biological activity. In this study, we evaluated anti-inflammatory effects of HHT in LPS-activated Raw264.7 cells. Methods: Cells were treated with 1 μg/ml of LPS 1 h prior to the addition of HHT. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. The production of NO was determined by reacting cultured medium with Griess reagent. PGE2 and proinflammatory cytokines were detected by ELISA. Expression of iNOS, COX-2, IκBα and NF-κB were analyzed by immunoblot analysis. Results: All three doses of HHT (0.03, 0.10 and 0.30 mg/ml) had no significant cytotoxicity during the entire experimental period. The levels of NO and PGE2 were dramatically augmented by LPS compared to control. However, HHT extract dose-dependently reduced these increases. Expression of iNOS and COX-2 protein were also decreased by treatment with HHT extract. Furthermore, HHT extract significantly reduced the nuclear translocation of NF-κB which is critical in regulating inflammation through transcription of iNOS and COX-2. In addition, HHT extract reduced the elevated production of inflammatory cytokines including TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6. Conclusions: The results in this study demonstrate that HHT extract exerts anti-inflammatory activities through the inhibition of NO, PGE2 and proinflammatory cytokines production via the suppression of NF-κB.
수평관 내 이산화탄소의 냉각 열전달 및 압력강하 특성에 관한 연구

This paper presents the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics during cooling process of carbon dioxide in a horizontal tube. The experiments were conducted using a counter now heat exchanger without oil in refrigerant loop. The main components of the apparatus consist of a receiver, a variable speed pump, a mass flowmeter, a pre-heater, a gas cooler(test section) and an isothermal tank. The test section is a tube in tube type heat exchanger with refrigerant flowing in the inner tube and water no wing in the annulus. It was made of a stainless steel tube with the inner diameter of 7.75 [mm], the outer diameter of 9.53 [mm] and length of 6000 [mm]. The refrigerant mass nuxes were 200-400 [kg/㎡s] and the average pressure varied from 7.5 [MPa] to 10.0 [MPa]. The main results were summarized as follows: The heat transfer coefficient of supercritical CO₂ increases in decrease of the gas cooler pressure. And the heat transfer coefficient increases with respect to the increase of the refrigerant mass flux. Among some correlations proposed in a transcritical region, Bringer-Smith's correlation has some analogy with experimental results. The pressure drop decreases in increase of the gas cooler pressure and increases with respect to increase the refrigerant mass flux.
