        조선후기 이만수의 [투호집도]를 활용한 모바일 앱 게임 구현 방안 연구 ― 디지털 스토리텔링의 관점에서 ―

        In this article, we're going to look at the modern digital utilization of ancient or traditional cultural materials, and we're going to focus on the game of Toho. Since 2021, the extended virtual space "Geppetto" has been offering Toho, but it is a simple Toho game combined with avatar customization to increase interest. If you utilize the advantages of online games to diversify the rules and methods of play, storyline, and background content, participants will be able to acquire relevant cultural knowledge in an interesting way while enjoying Toho. Modern Toho games are based on the illustrations in the book "Toho" and Simagwang's "New Rules for the Game of Pitch-pot." However, Toho games lack interesting elements because they are aimed at experiencing traditional games. Yi Man-su, a literati bureaucrat in the late Joseon Dynasty, tuhojipdo strengthened the playful nature and presented various ways to play. Based on this, game content can be created by expanding the fun and learning elements. In order to design Toho for digital media, mobile app games, it is necessary to diversify the game rules, visual elements using digital technology, and story development to increase immersion. Therefore, this article divides the difficulty level of the game into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, and for the advanced level, we used Yi Man-su "Toho Diagram" to reconstruct the Toho bottle, Toho arrow, arrow flower shape, and score calculation method, and searched for characters who play Toho and the spatial background of Toho play in traditional cultural heritage materials to materialize it into an app game. This digitization of traditional cultural games will provide an opportunity to enjoy various traditional cultural games in virtual reality and learn about related cultural elements by placing traditional games in a metaverse space.

        전자정부 표준 프레임워크 모바일 실행환경 기반 공공데이터와 공간데이터 시각화

        Recently new web trends and mobile technologies are expanding and developing so fast. To improve the implementation efficiency of information systems, eGovernment standard framework has been developed and distributed. Recently, eGovernment standard framework for mobile environment was further developed. In addition, many types of public data produced by public organizations supported by government are being opened through public data portal according to Government 3.0 policy. Demands regarding web standards and common framework usages for mobile application development in most business fields dealing with any types of contents are increasing. However, to link those things to geo-spatial data or integrate those with them are an early stage in the geo-spatial application field, compared to other application fields. Based on these backgrounds, a mobile web application system was designed and implemented to present visualization functionalities of public data and geo-spatial data using HTML5 components under mobile operation environment in eGovernment standard framework in this study. It is expected that this system can be applied to develop many mobile application business models, by the further works such as application of core developing environment in eGovernment standard framework, additional functionalities, and high performance to satisfy with user requirements for a certain target application. 최근 다양한 웹 트렌드와 모바일 웹 개발 기술들이 급속도로 발전되어 확산되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 정보시스템 구축의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 전자정부 표준 프레임워크가 도입되어 시장에 보급되고 있으며, 최근에는 추가적으로 전자정부 모바일 표준 프레임워크가 개발되어 제공되고 있다. 또한 정부 3.0 정책으로 공공기관에서 생산하고 보유하고 있는 수많은 유형의 공공데이터가 공공데이터포털 등을 통하여 공개되고 있다. 한편 현재 거의 모든 콘텐츠 사업 분야에서 모바일 웹 어플리케이션의 활용이 일반화되면서 모바일 브라우저를 위한 웹 표준과 공통 프레임워크 활용과 지원에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 다른 응용 분야에 비하여 이러한 주요 기술 동향들을 공간정보와 연계하거나 융합하려는 시도는 아직 초기 단계이다. 이러한 배경에 따라 이번 연구에서는 전자정부 표준 프레임워크 모바일 실행환경 하에서 HTML5와 연계하여 공공데이터와 공간데이터의 시각화를 주요 기능으로 하는 모바일 웹 어플리케이션 시스템을 설계하고 시험적으로 구현하였다. 이번 연구에서 시험 구현한 시스템은 향후 전자정부 표준 프레임워크 핵심 개발 환경을 적용하고 특정 목적 시스템의 수요자 요구 사항을 만족하는 기능 확장과 성능 향상을 통하여 공공데이터와 공간데이터를 활용하는 다양한 모바일 응용 사업 모델 개발에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        다목적실용위성 3A 영상정보의 촬영각과 자세각이 대기 및 지표반사도 산출물에 미치는 잠재 영향: RadCalNet 자료와의 비교실험

        The viewing angles and parameters regarding atmospheric condition on the acquisition time of the satellite image and are the input variables required for absolute atmospheric correction. Validation of the reflectance products obtained from it is regarded as one of important issues on remote sensing. We presented the top-of-atmosphere and surface reflectance products derived from Korea Multi-purpose Satellite-3A (KOMPSAT-3A) images with attitude angles and view angles of those image sets. Using the Orfeo Toolbox extension software for KOMPSAT-3A supporting absolute atmospheric correction algorithm, we performed experiments using a total of 9 sets of KOMPSAT-3A images. Measurement data of three sites including La Crau, France, Baotou, China, and Railroad Valley, USA in the Committee on Earth Observation Satellite Radiometric Calibration Network portal were used for reference data for product validation. According to the experimental results, image sets with large values whose all attitude angles are beyond a certain range were shown to cause serious errors in accuracy. Furthermore, for image sets with the relatively large off-nadir angle, it was shown that in most cases, accuracy in red and near infrared bands is inclined to decrease slightly, compared to reference data sets. However, there has been no quantitative analysis of the effects of viewing angles and attitude angles on reflectance products of KOMPSAT-3A image sets, and continuous research using sufficient image sets is necessary to reveal the correlation or causality of these data and products. We believe that the generalization relationship model of atmosphere reflectance and surface reflectance for these angles through continuing research with enough data sets will contribute to the schematic establishment and wide applications of KOMPSAT-3A Analysis Ready Data. 위성 영상정보의 절대 대기보정은 촬영각과 대기조건 변수 등과 같은 여러 입력 자료가 필요하며 이로부터 얻어지는 대기 및 지표반사도 산출물에 대한 검증도 중요한 주제로 부각되고 있다. 이 연구에서 Korea Multi-purpose Satellite-3A(KOMPSAT-3A) 영상정보의 촬영각과 자세각에 따라 산출한 대기반사도와 지표반사도에 대한 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 실험 도구는 KOMPSAT-3A 영상정보를 위한 절대 대기보정 알고리즘을 지원하는 Orfeo Toolbox 확장 소프트웨어를 이용하였다. 전체 9개의 KOMPSAT-3A 영상정보로부터 얻은 산출물의 검증은 Committee on Earth Observation Satellite Radiometric Calibration Network 포털에서 제공하는 프랑스 La Crau, 중국 Baotou, 미국 Railroad Valley와 같은 세 곳의 현장 측정 반사도 값을 기준값으로 이용하였다. 실험 결과로 영상정보의 자세각이 모두 일정 범위를 벗어나는 큰 값을 갖는 경우에는 반사도 산출물의 정확도를 감소시키는 영향을 줄 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 off-nadir 값이 큰 영상정보의 경우는 red 밴드와 near infrared(NIR) 밴드에서 기준값과 대비하여 정확도가 약간 감소할 가능성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 KOMPSAT-3A 영상정보의 촬영각과 자세각 요소가 반사도 산출물에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하기 위해서는 모의실험을 포함하여 충분한 영상정보를 이용한 계속 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 지속적인 연구를 통하여 촬영각과 자세각에 대한 반사도 성과의 일반화 관계모델이 도출되면 이 모델은 KOMPSAT-3A Analysis Ready Data의 체계적인 구축과 활성화에 기여할 것으로 생각한다.

        Accuracy Comparison of TOA and TOC Reflectance Products of KOMPSAT-3, WorldView-2 and Pléiades-1A Image Sets Using RadCalNet BTCN and BSCN Data

        The importance of the classical theme of how the Top-of-Atmosphere (TOA) and Top-of-Canopy (TOC) reflectance of high-resolution satellite images match the actual atmospheric reflectance and surface reflectance has been emphasized. Based on the Radiometric Calibration Network (RadCalNet) BTCN and BSCN data, this study compared the accuracy of TOA and TOC reflectance products of the currently available optical satellites, including KOMPSAT-3, WorldView-2, and Pléiades-1A image sets calculated using the absolute atmospheric correction function of the Orfeo Toolbox (OTB) tool. The comparison experiment used data in 2018 and 2019, and the Landsat-8 image sets from the same period were applied together. The experiment results showed that the product of TOA and TOC reflectance obtained from the three sets of images were highly consistent with RadCalNet data. It implies that any imagery may be applied when high-resolution reflectance products are required for a certain application. Meanwhile, the processed results of the OTB tool and those by the Apparent Reflection method of another tool for WorldView-2 images were nearly identical. However, in some cases, the reflectance products of Landsat-8 images provided by USGS sometimes showed relatively low consistency than those computed by the OTB tool, with the reference of RadCalNet BTCN and BSCN data. Continuous experiments on active vegetation areas in addition to the RadCalNet sites are necessary to obtain generalized results.

        A Novel Active Damping Control of a Three-phase PWM Inverter with LC Filter

        A novel control method of a three-phase PWM inverter with LC filter is proposed. The transfer function of LC filter is the same as that of 2nd order low pass filter(2nd LPF) which has a zero damping ratio. A simple method of implementing 2nd LPF with damping ratio is to add resistor to inductor or capacitor of LC filter. In an industrial application, it is not practical to adopt damping resistor because it results in losses being proportional to square of current flowing through resistor. Instead of using damping resistors, the proposed active damping control(ADC) utilizes all pass filter(APF) and considers inherent processing delay of digital controller. The overall transfer function of the proposed method is the same as a 2nd LPF and its damping ratio is also controllable via control variables. Detailed design and implementation of controller is also presented. Experiments are conducted with a 7.5kVA induction motor drive system controlled by PWM converter and inverter. Test waveforms are also presented to verify the proposed LC filter control algorithm.
