HMX 결정 표면에 NTO 결정의 응집현상에 관한 연구

Cyclotetramethylene tetraitramine (HMX) 결정 표면에 3-nitro-1,2,3-triazole-5-one(NTO) 결정을 응집시키는 연구가 회분식 냉각 결정화기에서 수행되었다. 용액에서 NTO 결정 생성에 대한 2차핵생성속도와 응집속도가 결정화 조업조건에 따라 on-line 분석되었다. 종을 이용한 2차핵생성에서 과포화가 응집을 형성시키는데 가장 중요한 인자였다. 종의 농도, 과포화도, 교반속도 등의 실험변수가 조사되었다. NTO의 2차 핵생성속도는 종의 농도가 증가함에 따라 증가하였다. HMX 결정표면에 응집 메커니즘은 othorkinetic 메커니즘과 일치하며 과포화의 3.2승 및 입자수의 2승에 의존하였다. 결과적으로 둔감화약과 민감화약의 응집은 화약의 민감성을 감소시키는 방법이 될 수 있다. Agglomeration between 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole-5-one (NTO) and cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine (HMX) crystals was investigated in a batch cooling crystallizer. Secondary nucleation rate and agglomeration rate were measured directly during the crystallization. In the secondary nucleation using a seed, the supersaturation was the most important parameter in producing the agglomerated particles. The influences of concentration of HMX seeds, supersaturation, and agitation rate were discussed. The secondary nucleation of NTO crystals by seeding MMX crystals increased as the seed concentration increased. The agglomeration kinetic was correlated with the 3.2nd power of the solution supersaturation and the 2rf power of the number of the suspended particles. Othorkinetic mechanism was found in the agglomeration between NTO and HMX crystals. The agglomeration between insensitive and sensitive explosives may be a method to reduce the sensitivity of explosive compounds.
공간분석을 이용한 지역별 비만율에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

Background: This study purposed to analyze the relationship between regional obesity rates and regional variables. Methods: Data was collected from the Korean Statistical Information Service (KOSIS) and Community Health Survey in 2012. The units of analysis were administrative districts such as city, county, and district. The dependent variable was the age-sex adjusted regional obesity rates. The independent variables were selected to represent four aspects of regions: health behaviour factor, psychological factor, socio-economic factor, and physical environment factor. Along with the traditional ordinary least square (OLS) regression analysis model, this study applied geographically weighted regression (GWR) analysis to calculate the regression coefficients for each region. Results: The OLS results showed that there were significant differences in regional obesity rates in high-risk drinking, walking, depression, and financial independence. The GWR results showed that the size of regression coefficients in independent variables was differed by regions. Conclusion: Our results can help in providing useful information for health policy makers. Regional characteristics should be considered when allocating health resources and developing health-related programs.
흰쥐의 Testosterone 含量, Protein 代射 및 스테미너 增進에 미치는 人蔘과 Tocopherol의 影響

人蔘과 tocopherol이 흰쥐의 體重增加, 血淸의 testosterone含量의 變化, protein代射 및 스테미너 增進에 미치는 영향을 比較ㆍ檢討하기 위하여 Srague-Dawley系 수컷 흰쥐에게 분말형태의 人蔘(2.5g/㎏)과 α-tocopherol(250㎎/㎏)을 일반사료에 섞어 6주간 投與하여 實驗한 結果 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다.<br/> 1. 體重增加量은 人蔘投與群과 tocopherol投與群이 모두 對照群에 비하여 增加하였으나 統計的인 有意性은 보이지 않았다.<br/> 2. 血淸中의 testosterone含量變化에 있어서는 人蔘投與群은 對照群에 비하여 별다른 차이가 없었으나 tocopherol投與群에서는 有意的인 增加를 나타내었다(p<0.05).<br/> 3. 人蔘投與群은 對照群에 비하여 albumin, α₁-globulin, α₂-globulin, γ-globulin 및 A/G ratio에 있어서는 有意的인 差異가 없었으나 總蛋白質과 β-globulin에 있어서는 有意的인 增加를 나타내었다(p<0.05). 그리고 tocopherol投與群은 總蛋白質含量이 對照群에 비하여 增加하였고(p<0.05) albumin値는 減少하였으나 統計的인 有意性은 없었다. 또한 α₁-, α₂-, β- 및 γ-globulin含量은 모두 對照群에 비하여 有意的으로 增加하였으며(p<0.001) 이로 인하여 A/G ratio値는 현저하게 減少하였다(p<0.001).<br/> 4. 스테미너 增進效果를 보기 위하여 人蔘 및 tocopherol을 投與한 흰쥐를 同一한 條件에서 계속 수영시킨 후 지쳐서 죽을 때까지의 時間을 測定한 結果 모두 對照群에 비하여 별다른 變化를 나타내지 않았고 個體 간의 차이가 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다. This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Korean ginseng and tocopherol on serum testosterone level, protein metabolism and swimming endurance in rats. Powdered ginseng (2.5g/Kg) and α -tocopherol (250 ㎎/Kg) were added directly into the basal diet of rats feeding for 6 weeks. The serum testosterone level of ginseng-treated rats had no difference from that of control rats, but the level was slightly increased in tocopherol-treated rats. In the case of ginseng-treated rats, there were no significant difference in the contents of albumin, α₁-globulin, α₂-globulin, γ-globulin and A/G ratio compared with those of the control rats, however, the levels of total protein and β-globulin were increased significantly(p<0.005). Total protein value of tocopherol-treated rats was higher than that of the control rats(p<0.005). In contrast, albumin content was slightly decreased. The contents of α₁-globulin, α₂-globulin, β-globulin and γ-globulin were higher in the rats fed tocopherol diet that those obtained from the control rats. Accordingly A/G value was markedly decreased (p<0.001). In swimming endurance test, both Korean ginseng and α-tocopherol did not appear to have any effect on rats' stamina.
