        배드민턴 동호인의 운동수준에 따른 목표성향과 몰입경험

        The purpose of this study was to:(1) investigate the Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire(TEOSQ) and the Flow State Scale(FSS) among A-Best group(n=88), B-Better group(n=75), and C-Good group(n=210) of 373 club badminton players(male 209, female 164) by the Korean Version of the TEOSQ and the FSS. (2) specify the relationships between task/ego goal orientation and flow experiences on performance level The results were as follows:First, there was a significant difference with the main effect of Participants` Level(p< .01), but there was not a significant difference with the main effect of Gender(p<.05) and the interaction of Gender×Participants` Level for ANOVA(p<.05) on both of ego orientation and task orientation. B group(M=3.40) scored significant higher than A group(M=3.04) and C group(M=3.05) on ego orientation and C group(M=4.26) scored significant higher than A group(M=3.97) and B group(M=3.93) on task orientation. Second, there were not significant differences with the main effects and interaction of Participants` Level×Gender for the MANOVA(p<.05) on components of flow experience. Third, ego orientation of male showed significant relationships of challenge-skill clearness and transformation of time, and ego orientation of female showed significant relationships of autotelic experience, challenge-skill clearness, sense of control, and transformation of time. Fourth, task orientation of male showed significant relationships of autotelic experience and challenge-skill clearness, and task orientation of female showed significant relationships of autotelic experience, challenge-skill clearness, and transformation of time. Based on these results, the present study showed that goal orientation was effected by participants` level but flow experience was not effected by participants` level.

        수종(數種) 한약재(韓藥材)가 기관지평골근(氣管支平滑筋)에 미치는 영향(影響)(I)

        Several medicinal Plants in Jeonbuk are screened for the contraction or relaxation to the acetylcholine and histamine induced contraction in the isolated rat and guinea pig's trachea smooth muscle. Contractions evoked by acetylcholine and histamine were inhibited by Flos Farfarae, Poria and Rhizoma alismatis, but contractions were increased Tuber Pinelliae, Herba Chelidonii, Fructus Qusqualis, Radix Asari, Semen Perillae, Folium Artemisiae and Fructus Schizamdrae increased the contractions evoked by acetylcholine and histamine. Radix Puerariae, Radix Osterici Koreani, Rhizoma Zingiberis siccatum, Radix Sanguisorbae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Fructus gardeniae and Cortex Magnoliae did not effect the contractions evoked by acetylcholine and histamine.

        Western medical science places the highest priority on scientific analysis and research. Therefore, Western medicine has obtained good results by estabilishing specific countermeasures against individual diseases, with causes thoroughly analysed and positively diagnosed. On the other hand, Oriental medical science has been particular about intergrating the part into the whole, in general. The superiority and/or inferiority of one approach over the other cannot be determined by either of the two medical sciences, due to the fundamentally different bases. Therefore, the two medical schools must now be combined, by distinguishing and isolating the respective characteristics in treatment, first seperatly and then combined, during a transition period. If Western medical science may be likened to a piece of brick, as its substance can be easily defined, Oriental medical science may be likened to cement. If one were to build a medical science house for the 21st century, a comfortable house could be built using either to the medical sciences as building material, Western medical science, corresponding to brick, or Oriental medical science, corresponding cement. Bricks are easily dimensioned and standardized, whereas cement is not only fixed in from, but requires a great deal of experience for its successful use. Howerever, both items are essential as building materials. It may be held that we can successfully treat the complicated pathogens of diseases afflicting the aged and chronically ill patients by making full and intelligent use of both medical sciences.

        셀룰로오스성 물질의 효소적 가수분해에 의한 당생성 메카니즘 : 셀룰로오스에 대한 Trichoderma viride 셀룰라아제 Component 들의 흡착 Adsorption of Cellulase Components from Trichoderma viride on Cellulose

        Trichoderma viride의 셀룰라아제로부터 CMCase와 Avicelase를 분리하여 이들 효소 component의 흡착특성에 미치는 셀룰로오스의 결정성 및 표면적의 영향에 관하여 연구하였다. CMCase와 Avicelase는 DEAE-Sephadex A 수지에 대한 흡착친화력이 현저하게 다른 성질을 이용, 관크로마토그래피법에 의해 분리되었다. 등온흡착실험에서 여러 가지 셀룰로오스성 흡착제에 대한 셀룰라아제 component들의 흡착은 모두 Langmuir 등온흡착 형태이었다. 여기서 CMCase의 최대흡착랑(A_(max))은 Avicelase보다 컸으나, 흡착친화력은 Avicelase의 경우 보다 작았다. 한편 셀룰로오스의 표면적은 CMCase의 흡착에 그의 결정성은 Avicelase의 흡착에 보다 크게 영향을 주었다. 또한 흡착평형상수(K)로부터 흡착에 대한 열역학적 상수를 구하였다. 그 결과, 흡착엔트로피(△S)는 CMCase의 흡착에 주요한 역할을 하며, 흡착엔탈피(△H)는 Avicelase의 흡착에 주요한 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The effects of the crystallinity and the surface area of cellulose on the adsorption behaviors of CMCase and Avicelase obtained from Trichoderma viride were studied. The two components, CMCase and Avicelase, were separated by a column chromatographic method which was based on distinctly different affinities on DEAE-Sephadex A resin. From the adsorption experiments, their adsorption of cellulase components on various cellulosic adsorbents was found to obey the Langmuir isotherm. The maximum adsorption amount(A_(max)) of CMCase was larger than that of Avicelase, while the adsorption affinity of CMCase was smaller than that of Avicelase. It was also found that the surface area of cellulose was the important factor for the adsorption of CMCase, and the crystallinity for the Avicelase. In addition, thermodynamic parameters were calculated from the adsorption equilibrium constant(K). From this result, it was found that the adsorption entropy(△S) plays the principle role in the adsorption of CMCase and that the adsorption enthalpy(△H) plays the major role in the adsorption of Avicelase.

      • 대학교 교내 경기(농구) 참가팀의 집단응집과 경기수행과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between performance and group cohesion in intramural sports teams. The 90 male subjects from sixteen intramural sports teams were divided into two groups(high, low) according to team performance. The GEQ(Group Environment Questionnaire) was used to assess the perceived responses by the self-administration method. The GEQ which contains 18-Item instrument and it is composed of 4 factors Group Integration-Task(GI-Task), Group Integration-Social(GI-Social), Individual Attraction to The Group-Task(ATG-Task), Individual Attraction to The Group-Social(ATG-Social). The reliability of the Likert Scale was confirmed by testing Cronbach' α . Methods employed in this study were the t-test and correlation. The results revealed the following findings First, cohesion of high rank teams was significantly higher than that of low rank teams. a) In GI-Social, cohesion of high rank teams was significantly higher than that of low rank teams. b) In GI-Task, ATG-Task and ATG-Social, cohesion of high rank teams was not significantly higher than that of low rank teams. Second, there was a positive relationship between performance and group cohesion but there was no significant difference.

      • 몰입(Flow)에 관한 고찰(이해)

        The purpose of this study is to suggest desirable of flow experience in sport and physical activity setting, through overview concept, flow model and elite athletes s description. These flow is very positive psychological state that typically occures when a person perceives a balance between the challenges associated with a situation and his or her capabilities to accomplish or meet these demand. Especially, Csikszentmihalyi's(1990) model of flow state was examined for its applicability to elite athletes and compare to dimension of flow. Correspondence was found between the dimension of flow, as described by Csikszentmihalyi s(1990) and the athletes' their experience of flow. Understanding flow and its relate other theories are discussed and suggestion for further research are proposed.
