본 연구에서는 오토마타 이론을 적용하여 Simulink 모델의 각종 정보를 보여주고 시뮬레이션 결과를 출력하는 모듈 구조를 제안하고, 이를 구현하였다. 이 모듈은 사용자로부터 명령을 받아서 Simulink 모델의 각종 내부 정보와 시뮬레이션 결과를 보여주는 기능을 제공하는 메인 프로그램과 Simulink 모델의 시뮬레이션을 제어하기 위한 별도의 스레드, 그리고 실제로 시뮬레이션을 수행하는 Simulink 모델의 세 가지 독립적인 시스템으로 이루어져 있다. 오토마타를 이용하여 각 시스템과 전체 모듈을 설계 및 검증하고, C# 과 MATLAB을 통해 이를 구현한다. 그리고 구현된 모듈의 동작을 실제 모델을 통한 실험으로 검증하였다. This paper suggests that implementation of the Simulink execution module controls Simulink simulation and shows simulation results by applying Automata theory. This module is composed of three independent systems that the main program to accept user commands, the thread to control a simulation of Simulink model and the Simulink model to execute simulation. This paper designs each module and entire system by applying Automata theory, and implements it with C# and MATLAB language. And the Simulink execution module implemented will be verified through the experiment.

Bromidrosis is a disease which is also called huchou[호격] in the oriental medicine. This disease produces an odor and a small amount of sweat from the axillary area. Prognosis of the disease could possibly get better with age. This can be explained by the fact that its symptoms begin usually when a person reaches puberty and as the person gets old, the symptoms reduce or disappear even when specific treatments are not applied. Although the disease is not lethal, many patients have difficulties in leading a normal and comfortable life, physically and psychologically with this in mind and some osbservations gained from the literature studies on the causes,symptoms, and treatments, I embarked on a study aimed at finding out the therapies. My study on the literature has produced the following results ; 1. In the oriental medicine, hu-chou[호격] means the characteric smell or odor produced from the fox. 2. The literature studies point out two causes in the oriental medicine. One is natural. The other is acquired. Acquired cases have the following causes: shi-re-nei-yun[濕熱內蘊]. xie-뱌-bu-huo[血氣不和], gan-qi-yu-jie[肝氣鬱結]. 3 There are two therapies in the oriental medicine. One is internal and the other external. out of the two, external therapies were mainly used according to the literature studies that I have consulted. 4. According to my study, the most frequently used herbal medicine was Alunitum(明 礬)(45 times), followed by Minium(密陀僧)(39 times) and Moschus(?香)(21 times respectively). 5. My study also found that bian-zheng[辨證] was not .rarely listed on old literatures. Therefore, old literatures did not clearly show how to root out the disease. They only taught now to alleviate the symptoms and remove the characteric odor.
금수육군전(金水六君煎) extract 투여가 Ovalbumin으로 유발된 마우스의 알레르기성 천식에 미치는 영향

Objective : Kumsoouyukkun-joen extract(KSE) has been used treating asthma for a long time in korea. In the present study, I examined the effects of KSE on the ovalbumin(OVA)-induced airway hyper-reactivity(AHR). Methods : To examine the effects of KSE on asthma, mice were sensitized with $100{\mu}g$ of OVA and 1 mg of aluminum potassium sulfate(Alum; Sigma)intraperitoneally on day 0 and 7. On day 14, mice were challenged on 3 consecutive days with 5% OVA and AHR was assessed 24 hrs after the last challenge. To examine severity of AHR, I examined eosinophil population and cytokine production in bronchoaveloar lavage fluid(BALF) and stained with hematoxylin and eosin in lung and also measured enhanced pause(Penh) in AHR from mice. Results and Conclusion : KSE potently inhibited the development of Penh and also reduced the number of eosinophil during OVA-induced AHR. KSE also inhibited cytokines production such as IL-4, IL-5 in BALF. Furthermore, KSE inhibited percentage of eosinophil in BALF. These results suggest that KSE may be beneficial oriental medicine for AHR.
TNF-α 억제제 사용 후 비장 결핵이 발생한 류마티스관절염 환자의 Rituximab 치료

저자들은 류마티스관절염에서 TNF-α 억제제 치료 후에 비장 결핵이 발생한 64세 여자 환자를 진단하고 치료하였으며, 결핵 치료 도중 악화된 류마티스관절염에 대하여 결핵의 악화 없이 rituximab으로 치료한 경험을 하였기에 이에 보고하는 바이다. One of the most important adverse effects of a tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α inhibitor is the reactivation of tuberculosis. Most of them occur in the lung, but sometimes they can be found in other organs. Moreover, the proper management of active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in patients with anti-TNF-α associated tuberculosis is still in debate. We present the case of a seropositive RA patient who showed good response with rituximab, an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody, after developing splenic tuberuculosis, following treatment with TNF-α inhibitor. Confirming a diagnosis of splenic tuberculosis is difficult and can be delayed due to its nonspecific symptoms and rare occurrence. This case suggests that splenic tuberculosis should be doubted in RA patients treated with TNF-α inhibitor, and that rituximab may be considered as an alternative treatment option in RA patients with anti-TNF-α associated tuberculosis.

The solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) are the one of the most promising energy conversion devices which can directly convert chemical energy into electric power with high efficiency and low emission. The lowering operating temperature below 800 ℃ has been considered as the mostly considerable research and development for commercialization. The major issue is to maintain reasonably high performance of SOFCs at reduced temperatures due to increment of polarization resistance of electrodes and electrolyte. Thus, the alternative materials with high catalytic activities and fast oxygen ion conductivity are required. For recent advances in electrolyte materials and technology, newly designed, highly conductive electrolyte materials and structural engineering of them provide a new path for further reduction in ohmic polarization resistance from electrolytes. Here, a powerful strategy of the bilayer concept with various oxide electrolytes of SOFCs are briefly reviewed. These recent developments also highlight the need for electrolytes with greater conductivity to achieve a high performance, thus providing a useful guidance for the rational design of cell structures for SOFCs. Moreover, cell design, materials compatibility, processing methods, are discussed, along with their role in determining cell performance. Results from state-of-the-art SOFCs are presented, and future prospects are discussed.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1) is an autosomal dominant neurocutaneous syndrome caused by mutations in the neurofibromin gene. NF-1 patients have a high risk of tumors, and optic glioma is the most commonly observed central nervous system tumor in these patients. However, glioblastoma is extremely rare in pediatric NF-1 patients. Here we report the discovery of a novel heterozygous c.6766_6767insAA (p.Ser2256Lysfs*4), pathogenic mutation in the neurofibromin gene in a 17-year-old boy with NF-1-associated glioblastoma.
