This paper takes an approach to ‘handayo’ speech level spreading across the Internet recently by sociolinguistic perspective. In the existing grammar system ‘handayo’ speech level could not be occurred since it is made up of a final ending of ‘haera’ speech level and ‘-yo’. But it has been often found in the language use of adolescent and even lively used in cyberspace such as social network services. This research concentrates on three points regarding the linguistic form, ‘handayo’ speech level. First, we examined how a final ending of ‘haera’ speech level integrates with ‘-yo’. Secondly, we checked the sociolingusitic factors that affect the use of ‘handayo’ speech level. And finally, we tried to inquire into the reasons for spreading the linguistic form. It has not been received special attention in Korean linguistics that the language use of adolescent or on communication-based media. These data, however, have important values on age/generation dialectic aspect or sociodialectic aspect with regard to registers. There will be more diverse and extensive discussion if we deal with these data as valuable for Korean linguistics. 이 논문은 최근 인터넷 공간을 중심으로 확산되고 있는 이른바 ‘한다요’체에 대해 사회언어학적 관점을 중심으로 접근하고자 하였다. ‘한다요’체는 ‘해라체’ 종결어미 뒤에 ‘-요’가 통합된 것으로서 기존의 문법 체계에서는 나타날 수 없는 형식이었다. 그러나 현재는 청소년층의 언어 사용에서 종종 발견할 수 있으며 나아가 소셜 네트워크와 같은 인터넷 공간에서는 더욱 활발하게 사용되고 있는 언어 형식이다. 이 논문은 이러한 언어 형식과 관련하여 크게 세 가지 측면을 중심으로 살피고자 하였다. 첫째로 ‘해라체’ 종결어미와 ‘-요’가 통합하는 양상이 어떠한가를 살피고자 하였고, 둘째로는 이러한 언어 형식의 사용에 영향을 미치는 사회언어학적인 변인이 무엇이 있는가를 살피고자 하였다. 마지막으로는 이 언어 형식이 확산되게 된 원인이 무엇인가를 살피고자 하였다. 청소년들의 언어 사용이나 통신 기반 매개체에서의 언어 사용은 그간 한국어학에서 큰 조명을 받지 못하였다. 그러나 이 두 측면은 연령 및 세대 방언적인 측면에서나, 혹은 사용역에 따른 사회방언적인 측면에서나 중요한 가치를 지닌다. 이들 자료도 한국어학의 소중한 자료로 포함시켜 접근한다면 보다 다양하고 폭넓은 논의들이 전개될 것이라 믿는다.

RBSC (reaction-bonded silicon carbide) represents a family of composite ceramics processed by infiltrating with molten silicon into a skeleton of SiC particles and carbon in order to fabricate a fully dense body of silicon carbide. RBSC has been commercially used and widely studied for many years, because of its advantages, such as relatively low temperature for fabrication and easier to form components with near-net-shape and high relative density, compared with other sintering methods. In this study, RBSC was fabricated with different size of SiC in the raw material. Microstructure, thermal and mechanical properties were characterized with the reaction-sintered samples in order to examine the effect of SiC size on the thermal and mechanical properties of RBSC ceramics. Especially, phase volume fraction of each component phase, such as Si, SiC, and C, was evaluated by using an image analyzer. The relationship between microstructures and physical properties was also discussed.

Lanthanum zirconate, $La_2Zr_2O_7$, is one of the most promising candidates for next-generation thermal barrier coating (TBC) applications in high efficient gas turbines due to its low thermal conductivity and chemical stability at high temperature. In this study, bulk specimens and thermal barrier coatings are fabricated via a variety of sintering processes as well as suspension plasma spray in lanthanum zirconates with reduced rare-earth contents. The phase formation, microstructure, and thermo-physical properties of these oxide ceramics and coatings are examined. In particular, lanthanum zirconates with reduced rare-earth contents in a $La_2Zr_2O_7-4YSZ$ composite system exhibit a single phase of fluorite or pyrochlore after fabricated by suspension plasma spray or spark plasma sintering. The potential of lanthanum zirconate ceramics for TBC applications is also discussed.
A parametric study for a flettner rotor in standalone condition using CFD

In this study, the performance prediction and parametric study of a Flettner rotor in standalone condition was conducted based on a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) approach. A method for predicting the rotor performance based on steady RANS simulation was established, and the present method was validated with a reference rotor model in which wind tunnel test results were published. The CFD results depending on the turbulence models including k-omega shear stress transport (SST), k-epsilon, Spallart- Almaras and Reynolds stress model, and the non-dimensional wall distance (yþ) as well as boundary conditions were compared with the experimental results. A model scale condition with a similar rotor diameter was considered to apply the CFD analysis method to the target rotor dimension. The CFD results based on the Reynolds number (Re) and y þ values were compared in the model scale. In addition, a comparative analysis was performed on the model and prototype size under the same Re condition. Consequently, an appropriate condition for the CFD analysis was proposed and the lift, drag, torque and energy efficiency of the target rotor design were predicted. Based on this, parametric investigations for the rotor aspect ratios from 4 to 6 and the diameter ratio of the disk and rotor cylinder from 1.5 to 8 were conducted. The effect of aspect ratio was examined by varying the rotor diameter while maintaining the height. Furthermore, the torque components generated by the rotor cylinder and disk owing to the aerodynamic load were analyzed.

The significance of hydro-power plant is increasing in its public roles such as flood control and water supply as well as electric power production. Even if high level of reliability in facility operation is required, no specific reliability research has been made. This specifically stems from the lack of technology and research investments. The eventual goal of this study is to secure a methodology for reliability analysis of hydro-power plant so that an appropriate decision for operation and investment can be made. Specific effort was put to develop a reliability model for water supply system within hydro-power plant. For this study, we briefly examined the overview of the hydroUpower plant including the electric power generation facility system. We then discussed the facility reliability analysis methodology for hydro-power plant. Based on rigorous examination of the water supply system and components roles, we drew major failure modes for each component and examined their effects.
ZrB<sub>2</sub>-SiC 복합세라믹스의 미세구조와 기계적 물성에 미치는 소결 공정, 첨가제 효과

This paper reports the effect of sintering processes and additives on the microstructures and mechanical properties of $ZrB_2$-SiC composite ceramics. We fabricated sintered bodies of $ZrB_2$-20 vol.% SiC with or without sintering additive, such as C or $B_4C$, densified by spark plasma sintering as well as hot pressing. While almost full densification was achieved regardless of sintering processes or sintering additives, significant grain growth was observed in the case of spark plasma sintering, especially with $B_4C$. With sintered bodies, mechanical properties, such as flexural strength and Vickers hardness, were also examined.
160K LNGC 멤브레인 화물창에 작용하는 슬로싱 충격 하중에 대한 비교 실험 연구

A new state-of-the-art sloshing research equipment has developed to perform the model test of LNG tanks for the safer design of LNG cargo containment system in violent sloshing phenomena. This sloshing test system has developed by the Samsung Ship Model Basin (SSMB) and thoroughly verified. The accuracy of the motion of hexapods equipment for the excitation of a model tank has been verified. The maximum displacement in six degrees of freedom, harmonic motions of various frequencies, and irregular motions in wave conditions are measured and compared with input signals. In order to confirm the reliability of the post-processing program for measured impact pressure, the post-processed results were compared with those of the reference institute. A benchmarking sloshing test using 1/50 scale model of 160K LNGC tank was conducted for the verification of the whole testing system. The partial filing levels were considered. As a result of the experiment, it is confirmed that the results are in good agreement with those of the reference institute.
