        12주간의 복합운동형태가 중년여성의 신체조성변화와 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        This study intended to investigate the effects of two training programs, Multiple aerobics and Multiple Yoga stretches, on the changes in body composition and the Blood lipid. The experiment was carried out on two obese female adult groups trained 3 times per week for 12 weeks. In order to analyze the differences of respective group members' achievements of respective training programs, the study introduced paired sample t-test. The study also intended to test the proposed hypothesis by setting the significance level of one-way ANOVA at α=.05, for the purpose of figuring out the difference of the two groups' achievements. From the experiment, the study generated the following results: First, the effect of respective training programs on respective group members' body composition changes including those of body weights, body fat percentages and the sizes of body parts, produced a significant result of p<.05. Second, as for the difference between the two groups in the effectiveness of respective training programs, the Yoga stretches group showed more effectiveness in basal metabolism rates and the sizes of body parts than aerobics. Third, the test showed no significant result as to the effect of respective training programs on respective group members' sub-variables of the Blood lipid including TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C; Nor did it as to the difference between the two groups in sub-variables of the Blood lipid including TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C from the aspect of the effectiveness of the programs. From these results, the study concluded that the 12-week training programs, Multiple aerobics and Multiple Yoga stretches, achieved a significant result of a positive effect on obese females' changes in body compositions; but they made no significant effect on their Blood lipid.

        편마비 환자의 건측상지 고유수용성 신경근 촉진법 적용에 따른 반대측 하지의 근 활성도 및 신체균형에 미치는 영향

        The treatment group for this study consisted of 18 hemiplegia patients to whom proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation was applied to the non-affected upper extremities for four weeks and the control group consisted of 18 hemiplegia patients whose non-affected upper extremities were treated with general exercise for the same period. They were then analyzed for changes in muscle activation of vastus medialis, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, and gastrocnemius of the contralateral lower extremities using electromyogram, as well as changes in Berg balance scale(BBS), time up and go(TUG) and functional reach test(FRT) for evaluation of body balance. This study arrived at the following conclusions: First, the changes in muscle activation of vastus medialis, biceps femoris, and tibialis anterior for the treatment group were statistically insignificant, but the changes in muscle activation of gastrocnemius were statistically significant (p<.05). Second, the changes in muscle activation of vastus medialis, tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius for the control group were statistically insignificant, but the changes in muscle activation of biceps femoris were statistically significant (p<.05). Third, for body balance of the treatment group, the changes in BBS, TUG, and FRT were all statistically significant(p<.05). Fourth, for body balance of the control group, the changes in FRT were statistically insignificant, but the changes in BBS and TUG were statistically significant(p<.05). These findings are expected to contribute to the technical improvement in the treatment of patients with central nervous system and orthopedic injuries.

        청소년의 방과 후 스포츠 활동 참여가 심리적 변인(우울증, 공격성, 불안)에 미치는 영향

        This study is aimed at studying the effect of After-school Sport Participation on Youth`s psychological variable(Depression, Aggression, Anxiety). The experiment carried out 619(middle school students) for 4hours per week for 12weeks through soccer, basketball, netball. After the experiment, data were collected by questionnaire. Through analyzing SPSS 14.0 statistical program, the results were as follows. 1, According to the studying of After-school Sports Participation on Youth`s Depression, statistically significant results appeared(p<.001). In Depression change between boys and girls, they are significant influenced by After-school Sport Participation but there is no change between each grade(p<.05). 2, According to the studying of After-school Sports Participation on Youth`s Aggression, statistically significant results appeared(p<.05) before and after this experiment. In Aggression change between grade, second grade students are higher than first grade students(p<.01). In Youth`s Aggression change between boys and girls, statistically significant results didn`t appear. 3, According to the studying of After-shool Sports Participation on Youth`s Anxiety, statistically significant results didn`t appear before and after this experiment. In Youth`s Anxiety change between boys and girls, statistically the level of girls is lower than boys(p<.01). In Anxiety change between grade, second grade students are lower than first grade(p<.01) In short, After-school Sports Participation have a positive effect on Youth`s psychological variable (Depression, Aggression, and Anxiety).

        슬관절 신전근과 굴곡근의 근력 및 근활성도에 대한 편측 하지의 교차 및 동일 안정화 노력의 효과 비교

        ??This study aimed to compare the effect of reciprocal and concurrent stabilization efforts on the strength and muscle activity of the knee extensor and flexor. Twenty-four healthy subjects performed maximally isometric extension and flexion exercises by performing reciprocal and concurrent movements of the legs at 3 knee angles (15°, 45°, and 75°). The Strength and muscle activity of the knee extensor and flexor during the reciprocal movement tended to be significantly higher than those during the concurrent movement(p<.05). In addition, the strength and muscle activity of the knee extensor significantly increased at an angle of 75° and at a flexion angle of 15°, regardless of the reciprocal or concurrent movements of the opposite leg. These findings indicate that reciprocal stabilization exercises are helpful in increasing the effectiveness of strengthening exercises of the knee muscles; the effectiveness of these exercise may depend on the position of the knee joint.

      • 요가자세(Asana)와 연관된 근막통증후군에 관한 문헌연구

        이 연구는 근막통증후군 (Myofascial Pain Syndrome)의 원인이 될 수 있는 요가자세를 근육학적인 관점으로 접근하여 요가수련시 근육의 손상을 예방하고 최소화하는데 목적이 있다. 하타요가자세 (A sana)와 근막통증후군과 관련된 문헌자료를 통해 요가자세를 해부학적, 근역학적 관점에서 분석하고, 요가 자세와 연관된 근육손상, 근막통증후근을 상반신 중심으로 분석하였다. 흉쇄유돌근, 사각근, 두판상근과 경판상근, 두반극근, 두최장근, 경반극근, 다열근, 회전근, 극하근, 소원 근등의 과신장 또는 과수축을 유발하는 요가자세는 쟁기자세, 어깨서기자세, 메뚜기자세, 열정의 자세, 물고기자세, 수레바퀴자세등인 것으로 나타났다. 요가동작은 신체의 과도한 신장과 수축을 요구하는 자세가 많다. 이는 근·골격계의 급·만성통증질환의 원인이 되는 근막통증후군을 발생시킬 수 있다. 따라서 충분한 자격을 갖춘 요가 지도자를 동하여 올바른 동작을 수련하고, 준비운동과 수련이 끝난 뒤에 스트레칭을 통하여 무리한 동작에서 동반된 근육의 무리를 충분히 풀어주어야 한다. 또한 보조도구와 믿을만한 파트너의 도움을 받아 근육에 과부하가 걸리지 않도록 하는 것이 부상의 위험을 줄여줄 것이다. Approaching through the myological view about YOGA posee that can cause Myofascial Pain Syndrome. the purpose of this study is to prevent and minimize muscle injury from yoga training . Yoga poses were analyzed by myological and anatomical views through the studies about Asana and Myofascial Pain Syndrome. Yoga poses that cause overstretching and overshortening in Sternoclavicularmastoid Muscle. Scalene. Splenius Capitis & Cervicis. Infraspinatus. Teres minor are Karnapidasana. Salamba Sarvangasana. Locust Pose. Matsyasana. Upavista Koanasana. Cakrasana. Many Yoga poses require too much stretching and shortening . Those yoga poses can be the reason of Myofascial Pain Syndrome that can cause musculoskeletal system's chronic and acute pain syndrom . Accordingly. the proper yoga performance with an educated trainer or the support of trustful. partners and helping tools are the prevention of injury by overloading in the muscle .
