본 연구에서는 리더의 평판 (leader reputation) 이 조직 구성원에게 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다 . 평판에 대한 연구는 다양하게 논의되어 왔다 . 하지만 기존 연구들은 평판의 유용성을 밝히는 데에는 기여했지만 , 그것의 활용방법에 대해서 상대적으로 연구가 미흡했다 . 그리고 개인 차원에서의 평판 연구가 조직 차원의 평판 연구에 비해 활발하지 못했던 것도 사실이다 . 따라서 본 연구는 개인 차원에서의 리더의 평판이 어떠한 선행요인을 통해 발전되며 , 이러한 리더의 행위가 조직 구성원의 경력몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 이론적으로 고찰함으로써 개인 차원에의 평판 연구 확장에 기여하고 , 나아가 앞으로 과업 성과에 영향을 미치는 변수로 리더의 평판에 대한 실증연구가 필요함을 제안하고 있다 . Leader reputation has been studied by many researchers in diverse context. While many of them focused on the importance and usefulness of leader reputation, there has not been enough research on its application to the organizational context. To address the shortcoming, this research tries to expand leadership research area by analyzing the influence of individual leader reputation over employees' ca thr commitment and turnover thr ntion. Wich the relationsion orrieulated between leader reputation and employees' commitment and turnover intention, the research suggests to consider leader reputation as one of the important antecedents of positive organizational behavior.
응급실 간호사의 대인관계 스트레스가 소진 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성의 매개효과

Purpose: The study aimed to determine the mediating effect of resilience in the association perception of interpersonal stress, burnout, and job satisfaction among emergency room nurses. Methods: Data were collected from June 15 to July 31, 2018. The study was conducted on 187 emergency room nurses with more than six months of medical care experience and were included in the selection criteria in 10 hospitals in Busan, Yangsan, and Changwon. Four instruments were used: Job stress, Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI), Job satisfaction, and Connor Davidson-Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation, Sobel test, and multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. Results: It was found that resilience had significant differences according to marital status (t=-2.97, p=.003), religion (t=2.15, p=.033), education level (t=-3.79, p<.001), and monthly income (F=5.13, p=.007). The analysis of the mediating effect of resilience between emergency room nurses' interpersonal stress and burnout showed that resilience had a significant partial mediating effect (Z=2.03, p=.043). The analysis of the mediating effect of resilience between emergency room nurses’ interpersonal stress and job satisfaction showed that resilience had a significant partial mediating effect (Z=-2.47 p=.014). Conclusion: This study proposes developing a program to reduce and manage the interpersonal stress of emergency room nurses by improving resilience by confirming the mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between interpersonal stress and exhaustion and job satisfaction for emergency room nurses.

N/A Hepatitis B vaccine is safe and immunogenic in preventing hepatitis B virus infection. However, the high cost and interval for booster injection are the major obstacles to large-scale vaccination programs. To assess the immunogenicity of low-dose intradermal HBV vaccination, 85 seronegative healthy people received three intradermal injections of 2ug H BsAg at 0, 1,6 months (Group 1, n=35) and at 0,1,2 months (Group 2, n=50). There was no significant difference in the seroconversion rate between Group 1 (94.39) and Croup 2 (90.0%). Geometric mean titer of anti-HBs was 33.9 RU in Group 1 and 61.3 RU in Group 2, respectively. Local reactions, such as erythema, induration and hyperpigmentation, occurred in most cases but tolerable. It is suggested that low-dose intradermal HRV vacci-nation is a safe, efficient and economic means of preventing HBV infection but further study should be done to evaluate the persistence of antibody.

N/A Background/Aims: It has been suggested that patients with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV) infec- tion may have a superimposed form of liver disease, such as hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection. The significance and specificity of anti-HCV assays are still questionable in chronic HBV carriers. Chronic hepatitis B patients with anti-C100 are more likely to have liver cirrhosis, and reciprocal inhibition of replication in dual infections of HBV and HCV may exist. The aim of this study is to assess the prevalence of anti-C100 and the clinical relevance in chronic HBV carriers by testing the serological assays for HCV antibodies and serum HCV-RNA. Methods: Anti-C100 EIA was tested in 116 chronic HBV carriers. And anti-C100 was tested repeatedly during the follow-up period of over 6 months in anti-C100 positive cases. Anti-C100 positive sera were reassessed by the second generation anti-HCV EIA, second generation recombinant immunoblot assay(RIBA) and HCV- RNA by combined RT-PCR method and HBV-DNA by PCR using primers Pre-S region. Results: Among 116 chronic HBV carriers, anti-C100 was positive in 22 cases(18.9%). Anti-C100 positive cases were more likely to have liver cirrhosis. In 34(22 from 116 cases and additional 12 cases) anti-C100 positive cases, optical density(OD) of anti-C100 EIA was less than 2.0 in 80% of the cases and negative seroconversion was noticed in 53% during the follow-up periocL. RIBA was positive in 8 cases(23.5%) and HCV-RNA was detected in 3 cases(8.8%). HCV-RNA was not detected in 5 cases despite RIBA positive results. HBV-DNA(PCR) was not detected in the 3 HCV-RNA positive cases. Conclusions: These results suggest that serologic tests for HCV antibodies are inadequate to prove the HCV superinfection in chronic HBV carriers. Detection of HCV-RNA by using RT-PCR may be useful in confirming the prevalence of HCV superinfection and recipracal relation of HBV and HCV in chronic HBV carriers. 부사관의 군 인성과 조직몰입의 관계 : 의사소통능력의 매개효과

본 연구는 부사관들의 군 인성과 조직몰입의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구는 D시에 소재한 군부대 부사관 371명을 대상으로 실시되었다. SPSS / WIN 24.0을 사용하여 자료분석을 하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 매개효과 검증 및 Sobel 검증을 수행하였다. 첫째, 주요 변인들 간의 상관분석 결과, 군 인성은 조직몰입 및 의사소통능력과 정적으로 유의한 상관관계에 있었다. 또한 의사소통능력과 조직몰입도 정적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 군 인성과 조직몰입의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과를 검증 결과, 군 인성과 조직몰입의 관계에서 의사소통능력이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 군 인성이 조직몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 군 인성이 의사소통능력을 향상시켜 조직몰입도를 증가시킨다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 부사관들의 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위해서는 군대 내에서 군 인성을 함양시켜주는 동시에 의사소통능력을 효과적으로 향상시키는 방법이 필요함을 시사한다. This study sought to examine the mediated effects of communication ability in the relationship between military character and organizational commitment among non-commissioned officer. For this purpose, this study executed the following survey to 371 non-commissioned officers in City D in Ganwon-do, Korea. For basic statistical processing such as correlation analysis, SPSS / WIN 24.0 was used and to verify the mediators, the mediating effect verification and the Sobel verification of Baron and Kenny(1986) were conducted. First, the correlation between military character and organizational commitment, communication ability all showed a significant positive correlation. Second, it showed that communication ability partially affected the relationship between non-commissioned officers military character and organizational commitment. To help non-commissioned officers organizational commitment their military life, it needs to continuously improve their working environment so that soldiers can reach out to upper class to develop military character and communication ability.
