        쥐치아재식 모델에서 치주인대의 처리방법에 따른 치주조직의 치유와 치근흡수에 관한 연구

        The effect of bench drying or removal of the periodontal ligament with NaOCl upon periodontal healing and root resorption after readaptation of molars was studied in rats. A total of 40 Sprague-Dawley female rats were used and fed a powdered puling rat chow diet containing 0.4% beta-aminoproprionitrile. The maxillary first molars were extracted and the periodontal ligaments were removed either by bench daring for 15 minutes or by immersion in 2.5% NaOC1 solution. The rats were sacrificed at 5, 10, and 21 days by heart infusion. In order to observe the effect of 0.5% stannous fluoride. 10-4M, 10-2M and 1M etidronate disodium on the early stage of periodontal healing. the periodontal ligament was removed Math 2.5% NaOCl followed by immersion of the molar in the respective solutions for 5 minutes. The rats were sacrificed after 10 days and the following results were obtained. 1.The removal of the periodontal ligament with 2.5% NaOCl seemed to be more effective than bench drying, since the resorption area in the NaOCl treated group showed a gradual increase whereas a decline in resorption area from 5 days to 21 days was observed in the bench dried group. 2.The application of 0.5% stannous fluoride seemed to enhance the periodontal ligament attachment and active migration of fibroblasts could be observed. 3.The application of 10-4M, 10-2M, and IM etidronate disodium led to a good periodontal ligament attachment. No evident areas of root resorption were found. 4.he use of β-APN made it possible to extract the maxillary first molar with all five roots intact.

        The use of fluoride and other preventive methods caused a dramatic decline in dental caries and the need for restorative dentistry. In our modern society that places a high value on appearance, emphasis is now shifting towards esthetic dentistry which has experienced a high popularity with the development of bonding techniques and materials including porcelain and composite. To satisfy patients wanting whiter teeth and a better looking smile, there are many treatment options ranging from full crown coverage to conservative procedures such as bleaching. Whether bleaching should be combined with other esthetic procedures or used alone depends on the type of discoloration and the patient's willingness to accept the various treatment options. Therefore, in order to obtain a successful esthetic outcome, careful diagnosis and treatment planning followed by consultation with the patient is of utmost importance.

        Bypass-Based Star Aggregation Using Link Attributes for Improving the Information Accuracy

        In this study, we present an approach for reducing the information inaccuracy of existing star aggregation based on bypass links when there are multi-constraint QoS parameters in asymmetric networks. In our approach, bypass links with low similarity are selected. Links that are not chosen as bypass links are included in each group depending on the star’s link characteristics. Moreover, each link group is aggregated differently according to the similarity of the links that make up the group. The selection of a bypass link by using link similarity reduces the existing time complexity of O(N3) to O(N) by virtue of the simplification of the selection process. In addition, the adaptive integration according to the characteristics of the links in each group is designed to reduce the information inaccuracy caused by static aggregation. Simulation results show that the proposed method maintains low information distortion; specifically, it is 3.8 times lower than that of the existing method, even when the number of nodes in a network increases.

        지연과 대역폭이 민감한 망에서의 효율적인 링크 집단화 방법

        본 논문에서는 계층적 QoS 라우팅을 위해 소스 라우팅 방식을 채택하고 있는 전달망에서 집단화된 링크 상태 정보의 정확성을 높이기 위한 서비스경계라인 근사법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존 집단화 과정에서 몇몇 경로 가중치들의 소멸로 높아지는 정보 왜곡을 줄이기 위해 주요 경로 가중치를 선정한 후 집단화 정보와 함께 외부망에 전달하는 것으로 지연과 대역폭을 동시에 QoS 파라미터로 갖는 집단화에 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 주요 경로 가중치를 가외치(outlier)로 정의한다. 제안 방법은 링크 당 집단화된 상태 정보를 저장하기 위해서 2k+5개의 파라미터를 갖는다. k는 가외치 개수로 가외치 선정 방법에 따라 달라진다. 모의 실험 결과 제안 방법이 가외치 선정이란 특수성 때문에 기존 방법들에 비해 1.5~2배 이상의 저장 공간을 갖지만 저장 공간과 정보 정확성 증가 비율로 고려한다면 제안 방법이 정보 정확성이 높음을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, Service Boundary Line approximation method is proposed to improve the accuracy of aggregated link state information for source routing in transport networks that conduct hierarchical QoS routing. The proposed method is especially useful for aggregating links that have both delay and bandwidth as their QoS parameters. This method selects the main path weight in the network and transports the data to the external networks together with the aggregation information, reducing information distortion caused from the loss of some path weight during aggregation process. In this paper, the main path weight is defined as outlier. Service Boundary Line has 2k+5parameters. k is the number of outliers. The number of storage spaces of Service Boundary Line changes according to the number of outliers. Simulation results show that our approximation method requires a storage space that 1.5-2 times larger than those in other known techniques depending on outlier selection method, but its information accuracy of proposed method in the ratio between storage space and information accuracy is higher

        필라테스 리포머 풋워크 동작에서 스프링 강도가하지 생체역학에 미치는 영향15)

        연구목적 본 연구는 필라테스 숙련자를 대상으로 필라테스 풋워크 동작에서 스프링 강도(저, 중, 고)가 하지 생체역학에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 과학적 근거 기반의 필라테스 교육 방법의 방향성을제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법 8명의 필라테스 숙련자를 대상으로 리포머에서 풋워크 동작을 6번 씩3회 실시하면서 3차원 동작 분석 시스템과 표면 근전도 시스템을 활용하였으며 22개의 반사 마커를붙이고 5개의 근전도 센서를 각각 넙다리곧은근, 넙다리두갈래근, 반힘줄근, 가쪽넓은근, 안쪽넓은근에 부착하였다. 이를 통해 풋워크 동작에서 스프링 강도와 무릎관절 각도에 따른 근육 활성을 측정하였다. 결과 스프링 강도가 높아질수록 모든 풋워크의 동작에서 가쪽넓은근과 안쪽넓은근의 표면 근전도의 값이 높게 측정된 반면 넙다리곧은근, 반힘줄근, 넙다리두갈래근의 근전도 활성은 모든 풋워크동작 시점에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 발생하지 않았다. 결론 필라테스 풋워크 동작은 다관절근육보다 단관절 근육을 강화시키는데 효과적인 운동이며, 특히 스프링 강도를 높일수록 가쪽넓은근과 안쪽넓은근 같은 단관절 근육의 활성을 높일 수 있으므로 강사는 위의 목적에 맞게 운동을 지도하는 것이 중요할 것이다. Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of spring loads on muscle activationof the lower extremities in Pilates footwork motions Methods Eight women Pilates instructors with morethan 3 years of experience were participated in this study. Nine-infrared cameras (MX-T40, Vicon,Oxford, UK). were used to measure kinematic variables for establishing the phases of movement. Fivesurface electromyography sensors (Delsys Surface EMG System with TRIGNO Wireless Systemelectrodes, Natick, MA, USA) was attached at biceps femoris (BF), semitendinosus (ST), rectus femoris(RF), vastus lateralis (VL), and vastus medialis (VM) for measuring muscle activation. All participantsperformed Pilates footwork movements at the same speed (15bpm) for six repetitions at three differentintensities (LOW, MID, and HIGH). Results As the knee angle was extended, there was an increasein muscle activity observed in the BF, ST, VL and VM, and there was statistically significant differencein iEMG of VL and VM according to spring load, but not in BF, ST and RF. During the Pilatesfootwork motion, the iEMG values in the VL and VM muscles showed an increase when the springload was increased. Conclusion Pilates footwork exercises are thought to strengthen monoarticularmuscles like VL and VM rather than biarticular muscles like BF, ST and RF, and increasing the springresistance to provide more load on monoarticular muscles is expected to be effective.

        사회적기업 성과의 종단적 유형화

        본 연구는 인증 사회적기업의 경제적·사회적 성과지표를 활용하여 유형화를 시도하고, 통계적 적합도 지수를 통해 성과별 유의한 잠재유형을 탐색하는 것이 목적이며, 성과 유형간 조합을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 조상미 외(2011) 연구에 참여한 사회적기업 중 현재까지 운영되고 있는 기업이며 2011년 이후 6년간의 성과를 조사하여 분석하였다. 사회적기업의 경제적 성과인 매출액의 변화유형을 탐색한 결과 잠재유형이 세 개인 최적 모형을 도출하였으며 ‘매출성숙형’, ‘매출증가형’, ‘매출평균형’으로 명명하였다. 이때 매출평균형이 가장 많은 분포를 보이며, 운영기간이 타유형에 비해 짧은 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 성과인 취약계층고용율의 경우 세계의 최적모형이 탐색되었다, ‘고용평균형’, ‘고용감소형’, ‘고용증가형’으로 분류되었다. 사회적 성과는 고용평균형이 가장 많이 나타났으며, 다른 유형에 비해 매출액이 높은 것이 특징이다. 또한 사회적기업 경제적 성과의 변화유형에 따른 사회적 성과 변화유형의 분포인 3×3의 교차유형을 살펴보았다. 교차유형에서는 ‘매출평균형·고용평균형’, ‘매출평균·고용감소형’이 주를 이룬다. 이를 통해 사회적기업의 유형의 특징을 알아보고 지원 제도의 현실성 제고를 위한 정책 제안과 실행에 있어 필요한 시사점을 제시하였다. In this study, various performance types, the combinations of the performance types for growth were investigated to suggest viable policy recommendations for the sustainable growth of social enterprises. The data of the economic and social performance of social enterprises from 2011 to 2016 were obtained and the changes were investigated. Among total of 235 social enterprises that participated in Cho et al, 2011, the research subjects were 164 social enterprises, which were still being operated in March, 2018. The performance of 6 years, since 2011, was surveyed, and total of 104(recovery factor: 69.8%) of social enterprises were analyzed using the growth mixture model, cross tabulation. First of the results, the latent trajectory classes of sales, which are of economic performance, were investigated through the analysis of growth mixture model. The optimal model including three latent classes was adopted. The three latent classes were named as `mature sales type', `growing sales type', and `average sales type'. Second, the latent trajectory classes of employment rate, which are of social performance, were investigated. The optimal model including three latent classes was adopted. The three latent classes were named as `average employment type', `declining employment type', and `increasing employment type'. Third, cluster in 3 x 3 tabulation, which is a distribution of the latent trajectory classes of social performance based on the latent trajectory classes of economic performance of social enterprises, was looked into.
