펄스형 호지킨-헉슬리 신경세포 모델의 집적회로 구현 및 분석

펄스형 신경세포를 구현하기 위하여 호지킨-헉슬리 모델을 참조하여 0.5 ㎛ CMOS 공정을 이용한 집적회로를 설계하고 칩제작하였다. 펄스형 단위 신경세포는 취합기능을 갖는 입력단과 임계값이상에서 신호발생을 일으키는 펄스생성회로로 구성된다. 입력단을 입력전류신호를 취합하는 범프회로, 펄스생성회로는 몇 개의 트랜스콘덕터와 커패시터, 전하공급기능을 갖는 부성저항회로로 이루어진다. SPICE 모의실험결과 임계신호전류 70 ㎁이상에서 펄스생성이 일어남을 확인하였고, 제작된 칩을 5V 조건하에서 측정하여 모의실험결과와 비교분석하였다. Integrated circuit of a pulse-type neuron for Hodgkin-Huxley model is implemented in a 0.5 ㎛ 1 poly 2 metal CMOS technology. Proposed pulse-type neuron model consist of input stage with summing function and pulse generating block which make neuron pulse above threshold value. Pulse generating circuit consist of several transistors, capacitors and negative resistor with a charge supply function. SPICE simulation results show that neuron pulse is generated above threshold current of 70 ㎁. Measurements of the fabricated pulse type neuron chip in condition of 5 V power supply are shown and compared with the simulated results.

청년층 직업지도프로그램이 전문대학생의 진로성숙도와 취업스트레스에 미치는 효과

The object of this study is to examin the effects of career assistance program on employment stress and career maturity of college students. In order to verify the effects of the program, employment stress and career maturity test were carried out to both the experimental group and the control group twice, before and after the program. The SPSS/WIN 15.0, statistical analysis software, was applied to the data processing and the data was analyzed by ANCOVA, analysis of corariance to evaluate the differences in the results of the test before and after the program. The results of this study were as followed: First, the participant of CAP made a significant difference in the career maturity, employment stress between before and after the program is applied. Second, the participand of CAP improved in career maturity, after they applied the CAP. Third, the participand of CAP alleviated in career maturity, after they applied the CAP. According to the results of the study, it was proved that the program was effective in alleviating the employment stress and improving career maturity in the college students. those change can be of assistance to overcome difficulties in the process of job-search activities. 본 연구는 국내 대학교에서 많이 활용되고 있는 ‘청년층 직업지도프로그램’이 전문대학생의 진로성숙도 향상과 취업스트레스 완화에 미치는 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 부산광역시에 소재한 B전문대학의 ‘청년층 직업지도프로그램’에 참여를 희 망한 학생 411명 중 40명을 선정하여 20명은 실험집단으로 나머지 20명은 통제집단으로 무선 배치하였다. 실험집단에게 청년층 직업지도 프로그램을 실시하고 진로성숙도 검사와 취업스트레스 검사 결과의 사전-사후 차이를 비교하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 연구결과를 보면 청년층 직업지도프로그램을 실시한 전문대학생의 진로성숙도는 향상되었고, 취업스트레스는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청년층 직업지도프로그램이 전문대학생의 진로성숙도 및 취업스트레스에 긍정 적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구를 통해 효과성이 검증된 ‘청년층 직업지도프로그램’을 전문대학생들이 진로 및 취업을 준비하는 과정에서 겪게 되는 취업스트레스는 완화하고, 진로성숙도는 높여 체계적인 진로준비를 할 수 있도록 각 대 학에서 적절히 시행되기를 희망한다.

MBTI 성격유형에 따른 관광자 행동의 차이: 20대 젊은 층을 대상으로

본 연구의 목적은 관광을 하는데 있어서 관광자의 성격적인 특징과 관광자 행동 사이의 관계를 규명하는 데 있다. 총 142명의 20대 젊은 층을 대상으로 성격유형에 따른 선호하는 관광상품 유형 및 관광활동, 관광동기 등의 관광행동 간의 차이를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성격 유형과 관광행동의 관계는 외향형ㆍ내향형의 성격 및 판단형-인식형의 성격 지표에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 감각형-직관형과 사고형-감정형의 성격 유형과 관광행동의 관계에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 관광동기, 관광활동 등과 같은 관광행동 측면에서 네 가지 성격 유형(IJ, IP, EP, EJ)별 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 결과는 사람들이 여행을 결정할 때와 여행을 할 때, 성격 유형에 따라 행동하는 양식에 차이가 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 관광목적지 개발이나 기존의 관광대상에 대한 마케팅 전략을 구상하는데 유용한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. 더 나아가 특정 관광상품을 고려한 맞춤형 관광가이드 및 프로그램 개발에도 접목시켜 보다 실증적으로 활용되기를 바란다.

어울림 프로그램이 학교폭력 고위험군 고등학생의 의사소통과 갈등해결에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 ‘어울림 프로그램’이 학교폭력 고위험군 고등학생의 의사소통과 갈등해결에 미치는 효과성을 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 경상남도에 소재한 A고등학교의 ‘어울림 프로그램’에 참여한 355명 가운데, 심화형 프로그램에 참석한 2학년 학생 40명을 대상으로 20명은 실험집단으로, 나머지 20명은 통제집단으로 무선배치하였다. 실험집단을 대상으로 어울림 프로그램 의사소통 모듈과 갈등해결 모듈을 각각 2017년 9월 21일부터 1차시씩 12일에 걸쳐 실시한 후, 의사소통 검사와 갈등해결 검사 결과의 사전-사후 차이를 비교하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단의 의사소통 척도와 갈등해결 척도의 사전-사후검사에서의 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 사전점수를 공변인으로 하여 사후점수의 차이를 검증하는 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 연구결과를 보면, 어울림 프로그램이 학교폭력 고위험군 고등학생의 의사소통 및 갈등해결 수준 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 어울림 프로그램 실시 후 조사한 만족도 조사에서는 85%가 만족한다는 응답을 보였다. 이와 같이 효과성이 검증된 ‘어울림 프로그램’을 통해 학교폭력 고위험군 학생들이 의사소통과 갈등해결 능력을 향상시킴으로써 학교폭력 행동이 감소하여 학교생활을 원만히 하는데 도움이 되리라 기대한다. The object of this study is to examine the effects of Eoullim program on communicative ability and conflict resolution of high-risk school violence group high school students. In order to verify the effects of the program, communicative ability and conflict resolution test were carried out to both the experimental group and the control group twice, before and after the program. The IBM SPSS Statistics, statistical analysis software, was applied to the data processing and the data was analyzed by ANCOVA, analysis of covariance to evaluate the differences in the results of the test before and after the program. The results of this study were as followed: First, the participant of Eoullim program made a significant difference in the communicative ability, conflict resolution between before and after the program is applied. Second, the participant of Eoullim program improved in communicative ability, after they applied the Eoullim program. Third, the participant of Eoullim program improved in conflict resolution, after they applied the Eoullim program. Fourth, in this study, 85% of the participants were satisfied with the Eoullim program. According to the results of the study, it was proved that the program was effective in improving the communicative ability and improving conflict resolution level in the high-risk school violence group high school students. those change can be of assistance to overcome difficulties in the process of school life adjustment.

CMOS 이미지센서 SPICE 회로 해석을 위한 포토다이오드 및 픽셀 모델링

본 논문은 CMOS 이미지센서 SPICE 회로 해석을 위한 포토다이오드 및 픽셀 모델링을 나타내었다. 소자 시뮬레이터인 메디치(Medici)를 이용하여 입사광의 세기에 따른 광전류 특성을 확보하고 SPICE 시뮬레이션에서 활용하기 위한 SPICE용 포토다이오드 모델을 개발하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 검증하기 위하여 포토다이오드와 NMOS로 구성된 시험용 회로구조에 대한 메디치(Medici)의 mixed mode 시뮬레이션 결과와 SPICE 시뮬레이션 결과를 비교하였다. In this paper, we are indicated CMOS Image sensor circuit SPICE analysis for the Photo Diode and pixel Modeling. We get a characteristic of the photoelectric current using a device simulator Medici and develop the Photodiode model for applying a SPICE simulation. For verifying the result, We compared the result of SPICE simulation with the result of mixed mode simulation about the testing circuit structure consisted photodiode and NMOS.
