        화농성 척추염환자 치험 1례에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Objectives : This report intended to estimate effect taken by using acupuncture, herbal medication on the patient with Pyogenic Spondylitis Methods : From 17 December, 2003 to 30 August, 2004. The patient received TDP, Infra-Red and Acupuncture therapy. Results : After being hospitalized for 8 months, the patient's Motor Grade, VAS, ODI, Nurick's grading system were improved each from III to IV+, from 5 to 4, from 21.25 to 17.5, from Gr. IV to Gr. II. Conclusion : We considered that oriental treatment has an useful effect on Pyogenic spondylitis patient's treatment and recovery.

        Wilson씨 병 환자 1례에 대한 증례보고

        Objectives : Wilson's disease is an autosomal recessive abnormality in the hepatic excretion of copper that results in toxic accumulation of the metal in liver, brain, and other organs. The purpose of this case study is to show a case with Wilson's disease treated with acupuncture therapy. Methods : We experienced a 17 year old male patient with a Wilson's disease whose main symptoms are neurological symptoms, such as spasticity, quadripleia and dysphagia. The patient was treated with acupuncture therapy for 3 weeks. Results : Spasticity was assessed by the modified Ashworth scale in an every week. 1. Lt. elbow, wrist and ankle joint improved Gr.III to Gr.II. 2. Rt. each joints and Lt. knee joint seemed to improve a little but no grade changed. Conclusions : This study is just one case and the period of acupuncture therapy is short, which make this case study less sufficient to decide the effect of acupuncture therapy. However, in this case study, acupuncture therapy seems somewhat effective to neurological symptoms of Wilson's disease, such as spasticity and quadriplegia. We suggest that oriental medicine should be studied to cure Wilson's disease from now on.

        영화 〈일일시호일〉의 ‘일상성’ 연구

        영화 <일일시호일>은 노리코의 이십 사년이라는 긴 시간의 흐름 속에서 일어나는 내면적 변화들을 세밀하게 담아내고 있다. 오모리 타츠시 감독은 이 영화의 원작을 스크린에 담으면서 ‘시간이 흐르면 알게 되는 것들’을 통해 변화되는 주인공의 삶에 주안점을 두었다고 말한 바 있다. 이러한 변화들은 그녀의 삶과 함께한 다도수업을 통해 표현된다. 영화 속의 주인공 노리코는 ‘무엇’인지도 모르는 ‘무엇’을 찾아 헤매며 하루하루를 불안 속에서 살아간다. 그러던 어느 날 엄마의 권유로 다도(茶道)를 배우게 되는데, 그녀는 다도의 공간에서 ‘퓌지스(φύσις)의 개현’을 경험하게 된다. 영화는 사계절 흐름 속에서 펼쳐지는 다도의 공간적 변화들을 통해 세상에 존재하지 않는 것 같은 ‘찰나’들을 시각화하고, 감정, 느낌, 마음의 상태 등 이미지로 재현하기 어려운 노리코의 내면적 성장을 자연을 통한 아름다운 미장센 속에 담아낸다. 한결같이 지속해 온 다도를 통해 조금씩 성장해가던 노리코는 어느 날 갑작스러운 아버지의 죽음으로 존재의 상실이라는 고통을 겪는다. 이러한 상실감은 ‘벚꽃’으로 표현되며, 벚꽃처럼 갑자기 사라져버린 아버지를 통해 일체의 시간적 존재는 모두 소멸된다는 것을 깨닫게 된다. 영화 <일일시호일>은 다도를 통해 삶과 죽음을 사유하며 현존재로 나아가는 노리코의 일상성에 대한 통찰을 담고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 <일일시호일>에 나타는 ‘일상성’의 의미를 철학적으로 고찰해보고, ‘자연과 존재’를 정감적 시선으로 성찰하는 영화적 이미지들을 분석해 보고자 한다. The film < Everyday a Good Day >(日日是好日, 2018) details Noriko's internal changes in the long passage of twenty-four years. Tatsushi Om-ori(大森立嗣) once said he focused on the main character's life, which changes through “Things You Know Over Time”, while capturing the film's original film on the screen. These changes are expressed throu-gh tea ceremony classes with her life. Noriko, the main character in the movie, lives day by day in anxiety, searching for ‘what’ that she doesn't even know. Then one day, she learns Japanese tea ceremony (茶道) at the recommendation of her mother. Noriko, who used to live as a marg-inalized person in reality, experiences the “manifestation of Physis (φύσις)” in an unfamiliar, tea ceremony space. The film visualizes “moment(刹那)” that seem to exist in the world through the tea ceremony spatial changes that unfold in the four seasons of spring, summer, fall and winter, It captures Noriko's inner growth in beautiful Mijangsen through nature. Noriko, who has grown little by little through the ever-lasting tea ceremony, suffers from the loss of her existence one day due to the sudden death of her father. This sense of loss is expressed as a “cherry blossom” and through his father, who suddenly disappeared like a cherry blossom, Noriko's realizes that all the temporal existence is extinguished. The movie < Everyday a Good Day > contains insights into Noriko's everyday life, thinking of life and death through tea ceremony. This study attempts to philosophically consider the meaning of ‘Everdayness’ in these < Everyday a Good Day > and analyze the cinematic images that represent ‘nature and existence’.

        육각형 블록을 사용한 보강 채움벽의 전단내력

        Many existing reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures that had designed and constructed in Korea before 1997 do not meet the current seismic design requirements set forth by the Korea Building Code and have an inadequate safety assessment. For those structures constructed with insufficient strength and ductility, the required stiffness was also not provided. The frames of these structures have been designed to resist only gravity loads or gravity and moderate lateral loads and do not have proper reinforcement details needed to ensure ductile behavior. In this study, to improve the seismic capacity of masonry walls, hexagonal blocks were developed and the influence of masonry infilled wall on the seismic performance of RC frames that were designed in accordance with current code provisions were investigated. Four 1/2 scale, single story, single bay, frame specimens were tested. The parameters included that the strength of infilled walls using hexagonal blocks with respect to that of the reinforcemet and lateral load history were investigated. The experimental results were shown that infilled wall could significantly improve the performance of RC frames. The lateral loads developed by the infilled frame specimen were higher than that of the bare frame. It also were indicated that reinforced hexagonal block infilled walls could be potentially used to improve the performance of existing nonductile frames.

        버거씨 질환으로 인한 수지궤양(手指潰瘍)의 침치료(鍼治療) 호전(好轉) 1례(例)

        Objective: The purpose of this case study is to show a case of ulcer due to buerger's disease improved by conservative acupuncture therapy. Methods : The patient was treated from 29 December, 2003 to 12 April, 2004. The patient received TDP, Infra-Red and Acupuncture therapy. Results: We evaluated through visual analog scale(VAS) and picture of patient's hand. Conclusion: We suggest to treat ulcer resulting from buerger's disease with Acupuncture therapy as a conservative therapy and would like to research acupuncture treatment plan for the further treatment.

        구안와사(口眼喎斜) 환자 33례의 피로도에 관한 임상적 연구

        Objective: This study is to explore the various aspects of the fatigue perceived by patients with Bell's palsy Method: 33 patients who were diagnosed as Bell's palsy were sequentially interviewed and examined Results: The results were as follows 1. The mean average fatigue score of subjects was $1.79{\pm}0.41$ : the physical fatigue revealed the highest value with a mean of $1.84{\pm}0.50$, followed by neurosensory fatigue with a mean of $1.77{\pm}0.42$, psychological fatigue with a mean score of $1.76{\pm}0.54$. 2. With the respect to the general characteristics of subjects, there were statistically significant differences in the patients' fatigue perception by age and the amount of sleeping time. Conclusions: We needed the further study about the relation between fatigue and Bell's palsy

        육각형 블록을 이용한 채움벽 RC 골조의 채움벽 내진성능평가

        일반적으로 조적조는 시공이 용이하고 경제적인 구조로서 국내뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 가장 오래되고 광범위하게 사용되는 구조이다. 조적벽을 RC 골조에 장막벽으로 사용하는 채움벽 형태의 구조는 시공이 용이하고 경제적이기 때문에 저층 주거용 건물, 학교건물 등에 많이 적용되고 있으나, 설계시에는 비구조부재로 취급되어 채움벽의 효과를 반영하지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 사각형 조적개체의 횡력에 대한 취약성을 개선하기 위해 개발된 육각형 블록을 RC 골조 채움벽에 적용한 채움벽 골조에 대한 구조실험을 수행하여 육각형블록 조적채움벽의 효과를 평가하고자 하였다. RC frames with unreinforced masonry infiledl walls are common in worldwide. Since infilled walls are normally considered as non-structural elements, their presence is often ignored by engineers. In this study, to improve the seismic performance of masonry walls, hexagonal block was developed and the influence of masonry infilled wall on the seismic performance of reinforced concrete(RC) frames that were designed in accordance with current code provisions without the consideration of earthquake loadings are investigated. Two 1/2 scale, single story, single bay, frame specimens were tested. The parameters investigated included that the strength of infilled wallls with respect to that of the lateral load history. The experimental results indicate that infilled walls can significantly improve the lateral stiffness and strength of RC frames. The lateral loads developed by the infilled frame specimen is higher than that of the bare frame. It also indicates that infilled walls can be potentially used to improve the performance of existing nonductile frames. For this purpose. methods should be developed to avoid irreparable damage and catastrophic failure.
