Hemophilia is a hereditary disease of blood which occurs in males and transmitted by female. It was manifested with prolonged and repeated bleedings into the joints. Repeated hemorrhage into the joints, Precipitated by the trauma of motions, weightbearing, or minor external violence, may be followed by incomplete absorption of blood and later by organization and proliferation of bone at the articular cartilage, overgrowth of the synovium, and proliferlation of bone at the articular cartilage edges may take place. This paper described a case of hemophilia. A type in a managed 22 years old soldier was admitted with painful limitation of motions in the right knee. Auther attempted to treated this patient by bed rest, local hot compression, transfusion of fresh blood and traction. We could be achieved clinical improvment.

This experiment was carried out to establish the grade of adhesion formation and changes of blood following artificial injuries such as abrasion, incision and electrocautery on colon and uterine horns in rats. 36 rats (abrasion-, incision-, electrocautery-treated groups) had laparotomy and abdominal injuries, twelve rats( control group) had only laparotomy, Ten days fellowing abdominal injuries, the score of adhesion formation and changes of blood were noted 1. Electrocautery-treated group was significant evident in adhesion formation in colon(p<0.01) and electrocautery and incision-treated groups were more evident than abrasion and control group in uterine horns(p<0.01) 2. Changes of erythrocytes number and PCV were tended to decrease during 5 days after operation, but recover normal level 10 days after operation. 3. Changes of leucocytes number were showed to significantly increase in electrocautery and incision-treated groups 5 days after operation. 4. The electrocautery-treated group was showed to significantly decrease in plasma protein and increase in plasma fibrinogen concentration.
Evaluation of Extended Boar Semen after Glass Wool Filtration
강태영 한국임상수의학회 2015 한국임상수의학회지 Vol.32 No.1
The purpose of this study was to select high-quality boar semen after the glass wool filtration of extended boar semen. After collecting boar semen, its concentration, morphology, viability, and motility were examined according the glass wool’s height and time. After glass wool filtration, the sperm concentration decreased, but the proportion of normal sperms and the sperm viability increased. Nevertheless, the sperm motility showed no changes. The above results showed that the glass wool filtration of boar semen is a method of obtaining sperms with relatively low abnormal rates and high viabilities.
