본 논문은 스마트 해상 물류에 필요한 최신 Edge Computing과 인공지능을 구성한 자율 접안 시뮬레이터의 개발이다. 먼저, 스마트 해상 물류에서 선박의 접안에 관한 요구 사항을 분석하고, 다음으로 그 분석된 결과를 사용하여 서비스, 시스템, 핵심부품을 설계하고 제작한다. 결국, 본 논문은 스마트 해상물류에 필요한 자율접안 시뮬레이터를 개발한다. 향후, 본 논문은 실제 스마트 해상 물류에 필요한 Edge Computing과 인공지능의 기계 학습 알고리즘을 개발할 계획이다.

고강도 집속 초음파(HIFU) 후 임신 제 2 삼분기에 발생한자연 자궁파열 1예

자궁파열은 드물게 발생하지만, 치명적인 질환으로 모성과 태아의 이환율 및 사망률이 매우 높은 산과적 응급질환 중 하나이다. 가임기 여성에서 최근 자궁근종의 치료로 고강도 집속 초음파가 시행되고 있으나 시술 후 임신을 했을 때 자궁파열을 초래할 수 있지만 임신의 예후 및 시술에 관한 적응증, 지침은 부족한 상황이다. 이에 저자들은 자궁근종의 치료를 위해 고강도 집속 초음파 후 임신 25주에 자궁파열이 된 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 이를 보고하는 바이다. Uterine rupture during pregnancy does not occur frequently, but is associated with high rates of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. As a non-invasive and conservative approach, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) has received attention from both gynecologists and patients for the treatment of fibroids, especially women who wish to preserve uterus. However, there are not enough studies about complication and prognosis related pregnancy after HIFU. We present a case of uterine rupture that occurred in second trimester who had been HIFU 3months before pregnancy.

박동진 명창과 창작 판소리

이 논문에서는 박동진의 창작 판소리 세계를 박동진의 예술 생애와 관련지어 전체적으로 조망해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 지금까지 살펴본 박동진 창작 판소리의 성격을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연행의 주체였던 박동진은 판소리 문화 창달과 기독교 전도를 목적으로 500회 이상 왕성하게 <예수전>을 공연하였고, 지금도 <예수전>이 박동진 판소리 전수관을 중심으로 전수가 계속되고 있다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다. 둘째, <충무공 이순신 장군>은 1961년부터 시작된 ``이순신 선양``이라는 시대적 상황에 부합하여 이순신을 통해 민족주의 의식을 고취시켰으며, 그 이후로도 임진왜란이라는 소재를 선택하여, 지속적으로 민족 예술 부활 의지를 판소리 창작에 반영하려 하였다. <논개전>, <권율장군 일대기>가 이에 해당하는 작품이다. 셋째, <예수전>과 <이순신전>의 주제 의식은 메시아의 탄생과 부활이라는 종교적 믿음을 통한 인간의 구원 문제와 이순신이라는 영웅의 충성을 통한 나라의 구국이라 할 수 있다. 넷째, 박동진의 예술적 삶의 과정과 연관 지어 볼 때에, 박동진의 창작 판소리는 판소리 대중화와 민족 예술 부활을 위한 시대적 산물이었으며, 그의 예술·종교 지향점 삶과 판소리 창작 의욕의 결과물이라고 할 수 있다. As the above study, the characteristics of Park-dongjin`s creative pansory can be summurized as followings. The first, <Jejus jun> that is integrated with Korean emotion and Christian religion as different and unique subjects seems to create the pansory implying Christian culture and world view. And it is significant that Park-dongjin prolifically performed more than 500 times, and his performance is instructed continuously centering at the Park-dongjin pansory inheriting hall till now. The second, <admiral chungmugong Lee-sunsin> inspired nationalism through ``Lee-sunsin`` to coinsident with the spirit of the times as ``Lee-sunsin exaltation`` since 1961, and tried to reflect the will of national art Renaissance continuously with the materials of Imjinweiran. <Nongae jun>, <general Kwon-yul`s life story> correspond to the works. The third, the themes of <Jejus jun> and <Lee-sunsin jun> are human redemption through religious belief of the birth and Resurrection of the Messiah, and national salvation through allegiance of hero Lee-sunsin. The forth, related with Park-dongjin`s artistic life process, his creative pansory works are the periodical results for pansory popularization and national art Renaissance, and they are the results of his will to creat pansory as well as his life to aim art and religion..

문암 손후익의 가계와 유림단의거

文巖 孫厚翼(1888~1953)은 1919년 파리장서운동을 유림의 當然之理로 인식하였다. 그런데 당연지리로 여겼던 파리장서운동이 기대만큼의 성과를 거두지 못하자, 손후익은 이중업과 함께 유림단의 결속력을 강조하며, 나라 밖의 김창숙과 연대하여 재차 독립청원운동을 시도하였다. 손후익이 독립청원운동을 행동으로 밀고 나가는 데는 김창숙을 비롯한 한주학파의 지향과 인맥이 중요하게 작용하였다. 그는 곽종석·이두훈·장석영과 사승 관계를 맺고 있었으며, 한주학파의 맥을 잇고 있는 김창숙·이기원·김황 등과 교유관계를 맺고 있었다. 그런데 주목할 점은 또 한편으로는 증대고모부이자, 유년시설 스승으로 모셨던 이만유와의 인연으로 이중업·권상익·이원각 등 정재학맥의 인사들과도 교유 관계를 맺고 있었다는 점이다. 이는 심산 김창숙과 연결된 중국을 상대로 한 독립청원 시도가 한주학파에 국한되지 않고, 이중업 등과 함께 추진된 배경으로 작용하였다. 그 뒤에도 손후익은 국내에서 김창숙을 지원하며, 제2차 유림단의거를 밀고 나가는 구심점이 되었다. 1923년에는 처남이었던 정수기를 통해 김창숙의 자금모집 활동을 지원하였으며, 이어 1925년 제2차 유림단의거가 전개되자, 그 전 과정에 적극적으로 참여했다. 그의 항일투쟁의 시작은 독립청원운동이라는 외교방략이었지만, 점차 김창숙이 이끄는 독립전쟁론에 공감하고, 그 목적을 위해 적극적인 군자금 모집운동에 참여한 것이다. 그가 이끌었던 독립청원운동과 제2차 유림단의거는 1920년대 유림들의 대표적인 투쟁이었다. 그 과정에서 손후익을 비롯한 그 일가들의 역할이 적지 않았다. Munam Son Huik(1888~1953) recognized Paris Jangseo Movement in 1919 as a matter of course of Confucians. But when the Movement did not turn out as successfully as expected, Son, along with Lee Jungeop, stressed solidarity of Yurimdan(Confucian Scholars) and attempted a petition for independence again, together with Kim Changsook who were then outside the country. Son's networking with Hanju School as well as with Kim Changsook was the significant influence on his petition for independence. Son had a teacher-student relationship with Gwak Jongseok, Lee Duhoon and Jang Seokyeong and knew Kim Changsook, Lee Giwon and Kin Hwang who carried the legacy of Hanju School. It was also noted that Son was related to Lee Manyu, who was his great grandfather and childhood teacher therefore knew Lee Jungeop, Kwon Sangik and Lee Wongak from Jeongjae School. This influenced the background of the petition for independence to China which was developed not only by Hanju School but also by Lee Jungeop and others. Son Huik continued to support Kim Changsook in the country and established a foundation for the 2nd Yurimdan's Independence Movement. In 1923, he supported fund-raising by Kim Changsook, through Jeong Sugi, his brother-in-law and in 1925, actively participated in the whole process of the 2nd Yurimdan's Independence Movement. Although his resistance against Japan started by a diplomatic means in a form of a petition for independence, he eventually joined Kim Changsook and advocated his independence war, which made him actively participate in fund-raising for the war. The petition for independence and the 2nd Yurimdan's Independence Movement led by him were the most well-known Yurimdan's Independence movements in the 1920s. Son and his family played significant roles in the Movements.

집합적 행동 이론의 관점에서 본 지방분권운동의 문제점과 전략적 방안

중앙집권적 전통이 강한 우리나라에서 지방분권 없이는 진정한 지방자치가 실현되기 어렵다. 본 연구는 지방분권을 촉진시킬 수 있는 한 방편으로써의 지방분권운동의 문제점과 전략적 방안에 관해 분석하였다. 적어도 지방분권을 희망하는 사람들(잠재집단)에게 지방분권이 초래하는 공통의 편익(집합재)은 공공재의 성격을 지니기 때문에, 무임승차자의 문제가 발생할 수 있고 그것이 결국 지방분권운동이 활성화되지 못하는 원인이 될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 무임승차자 문제의 해결에 많은 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있는 집합적 행동이론을 활용하여 지방분권운동의 문제점과 전략에 대한 분석이 수행되었다. 지방분권운동 활성화를 위한 전략적 방안으로 선거라는 기회의 활용, 지방분권운동 주체의 연합구조화(네트워크화), 기업가적 정치인 양성, 선택적 인센티브의 적극 활용, 적극적 재정자원 확보 등을 제안하였다. In Korea, which has strong centralized traditions, it is difficult to realize a real local autonomy without decentralization. This paper analyzes the movement for decentralization as a means to facilitate decentralization. Since with regard to at least the people (potential group) who desire decentralization, the common benefits (collective goods) that come from decentralization may have the characteristics of public goods. Thus, a free-rider problem may deter the decentralization movement. The analysis of the problems and strategies of the decentralization movement is conducted from the perspective of collective action theories. This paper suggests such strategic means for the activation of the decentralization movement as using the opportunity of elections, confederating or networking the organizations for the decentralization movement, cultivating political entrepreneurs, actively using selective incentives, and actively securing financial resources.

다양한 벽 경계조건을 이용한 정사각형 항구의 흐름구조 예측

A model harbour with plan scale of 1.08×1.08m is built on a tidal tank using a Froude relationship from a real harbour(432×432m). Velocity components are measured by a ultrasonic velocity meter and flow structure is then predicted using a 2-D depth integrated hydrodynamic model. In the finite difference model implemented in this study, various wall boundary conditions, i.e. no-slip, free-slip, partial-slip and semi-slip are used to represent turbulent diffusion terms, e.g. ∂²Uij/∂x² or ∂²Uij/∂y². These conditions are focused to investigate their influence on the flow structure along the wall and basin of the harbour with aspect ratio of unity, i.e. Length/Breadth. Numerical experiments are compared with the measurements and used to analyse flow patterns in the basin during tidal cycles. It is shown from the results that no-slip closed boundary condition is the most appropriate method with respect to the location of the eddy centre, although the condition underestimates velocity components along the wall.
