Using the $Ba_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}TiO_3$(BST) powders prepared by the Sol-Gel method, the BST thick films were fabricated on the $Al_2O_3 $substrates coated with Pt by the screen printing method. Compared with pure BST thick films, the structural and dielectric properties of the BST thick films doped with $1{\sim}10$ wt % MgO were investigated. It was observed that the Mg substitution into BST causes a shift in the cubic-tetragonal BST phase transition peak to a lower temperature. The microstructure of the BST substituted with Mg was homogeneous and dense. Mg substitution into BST had a significant effect on the grain size reduction. Dielectric constant was decreased with increasing the MgO content and temperature. In the case of BST thick films doped with 1 wt% MgO, the relative permittivity and dielectric loss were 1581 and 1.4 % at 1 MHz.
주관식 문제 채점에서의 구문의미트리 비교 시스템에 대한 연구

질높은 주관식 문제 채점을 위해서는 답변 속에 들어있는 단어간의 구문의미적 관계를 분석하는 구문 의미 분석이 필요하다. 그러나 구문의미 분석의 결과인 구문의미트리는 단어간의 구조적 의미 관계를 내포하고 있어 단어의 나열인 일차원적인 벡터의 유사도 계산을 적용할 수가 없다. 본 연구는 단어의 지식과 함께 단어와 단어간의 구조적 의미 관계를 내포하는 구문의미트리를 비교하는 비교 시스템에 대한 연구를 한다. 본 연구에서는 구문의미트리 비교를 위해 유사성 계산 원칙을 제안하고 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 본 구문의미트리 비교 시스템은 구문의미분석의 결과를 비교할 수 있게 하여 주관식 문제 채점에 도움을 줄 것이고 문서 유사도 영역에도 활용할 수 있을 것이다. To upgrade the subjective question grading, we need the syntactic-semantic analysis to analyze syntatic-semantic relation between words in answering. However, since the syntactic-semantic tree has structural and semantic relation between words, we can not apply the method calculating the similarity between vectors. This paper suggests the comparing system with syntactic-semantic tree which has structural and semantic relation between words. In this thesis, we suggest similarity calculation principles for comparing the trees and verify the principles through experiments. This system will help the subjective question grading by comparing the trees and be utilized in distinguishing similar documents.

The analysis of prepositional phrases in English-to-Korean machine translation has problem on the PP-attachment resolution, semantic analysis, and acquisition of information. This paper presents an analysis system for prepositional phrases, which solves the problem. The analysis system consists of the PP-attachment resolution hybrid system, semantic analysis system, and semantic feature generator that automatically generates input information. It provides objectiveness in analyzing prepositional phrases with the automatic generation of semantic features. The semantic analysis system enables to generate natural Korean expressions through selecting semantic roles of prepositional phrases. The PP-attachment resolution hybrid system has the merit of the rule-based and neural network-based method.
MODE: TMN 체계의 ATM 망 관리를 위한 관리 객체 개발 환경

Systematic telecommunication network management is essential for operating large-scale integrated networks which consist of various network components manufactured by different vendors. ISO and ITU-T recommend the CMTP-based TMN architecture for this purpose. TMN uses GDMO for the definition of managed objects, and various GDMO compilers have been developed. However, the development of managed objects by using these compilers is still a difficult task. In this paper, we present a GUI-based managed objects development environment, MODE. MODE divides managed object codes by system independent code(SIC) and system dependent code(SDC). By providing development environments for SIC and SDC, MODE can ease the development of managed objects. To show the efficiency of MODE, we develop the managed objects an ATM switch in MODE.

Caroli's disease is characterized by congenital, segmental, saccular dilatations of the intrahepatic bile ducts. There are two types; the one type is only intrahepatic saccular dilation, the another is combined with Choledochal cyst, Congenital hepatic fibrosis, Medullary sponge kidney, or pancreatic cyst. This syndrome is rare and presents at any age, but usually in childhood or early adult life. Clinical manifestations are usually RUQ pain, and fever, chilling when combined with cholangitis. Here we are reporting a case of Caroli's disease diagnosed by ultrasonogram, abdominal computed tomography and percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram. A brief review of the literature was attempted.

Recently the PDP is the most remarkable media for a next generation display device. In this paper, we proposed the PDP dedicated DC-DC converter using quasi-resonant method because the PDP has a lot of power dissipation so we need to develope. The proposed converter using one transformer has soft switching and a advantage to lower voltage stress in switch and also is predicted to have high power efficiency. we proposed the principles and theory using the zero voltage switching and verified the validity through a experiment.
DWT 기반 EEG 신호 분석을 위한 최적 기저웨이블릿 선택 기법

뇌신호 분석을 위해 EEG, fNIRS, MEG, fMRI, PET 등 다양한 보조측정 장치를 많이 사용하고 있다. 특히 EEG가 사용용의성, 이동성 및 비용 측면에서 많은 사용되고 있는 장치이다. EEG 분석을 위해 이산웨이블릿 변환(DWT:Discrete Wavetlet Transform)을 많이 이용하였고 BCI 및 의료 진단 분야에서 분류 및 군집 등의 기술 접근이 이루어져 왔다. DWT 기반 EEG 신호 분석에 있어서 최적 기저웨이블릿에 따라 분류 및 군집 등의 기술의 정확도가 많은 차이가 발생한다. 기존에는 정확도를 높이기 위해서 사람이 직접 다양한 실험 후 최적 기저웨이블릿을 선택하여 적용하였다. EEG 신호는 피시험자 마다 서로 다른 최적 기저웨이블릿이 다를 수 있기 때문에 이를 해결할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 DWT 기반 연속적인 시간의 EEG 신호 분석을 위해 최적 기저웨이블릿을 선택할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 기술의 효율성을 보이기 위해 기존에 개발된 군집 기법을 이용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과 약 15% 정도의 성능개선 효과를 확인하였다. In brain signals analysis, there are the supplementary devices such as EEG, fNIRS, MEG, fMRI, PET, etc. EEG is a popular secondary device due to the advantages of easy usability, mobility and low-cost. Many researchers have employed a Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT) to classify and make a clustering in brain-computer interface and medicine diagnosis. The precision of classification and clustering for EEG analysis depend on a mother wavelet. In order to improve the precision, the previous works has taken a hand-selection method to find out the best mother wavelet after simulation. It is necessary to improve the tested precision because the acquired EEG signals have many differentiated best mother wavelets depending on the subjects. In this paper, we suggest a novel approach which can select the best mother wavelets for DWT-based analysis in time-series sequences of EEG signals. To show the efficiency of the proposed method, we utilized a clustering method which can separate unknown EEG signals into the groups such as the ADHD(Attention Deficit Hyper-activity Disorder), the normal and the boundary between ADHD and Normal children. As a result of simulation, we confirmed that the novel method improved about the precision of 15% than the previous.
