교사의 자기효능감과 유아-교사 관계의 질에 따른 유아교사의 스케폴딩 분석

본 연구는 유아의 학습행동에 영향을 미치는 교사의 교수행동과 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있는 교사의 자기효능감 및 유아-교사 관계의 질이 서로 다른 교사의 교수-학습과정에서 스케폴딩 유형과 특징이 어떻게 나타나며 어떤 차이가 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구결과 유아교사의 자기효능감 및 유아-교사관계의 질에 따라 교사의 스케폴딩 유형별 특징에 차이가 있었다. 교사의 자기효능감 및 유아-교사관계의 질이 모두 높은 교사가 스케폴딩 유형 모두에서 적절한 스케폴딩을 하는 반면, 자기 효능감이나 유아-교사 관계의 질이 낮은 교사는 다양하고 적절한 스케폴딩을 하지 못하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out the type of scaffolding according to the preschool teacher's self-efficacy and quality of child-teacher relationship, and there are any differences in the type and characteristic of teacher's scaffolding For this purpose, the following questions have been set up. What is the type of scaffolding according to the preschool teacher's self-efficacy and quality of child-teacher relationship, and Are there any differences in the type and characteristic of teacher's scaffolding? The types of teacher's scaffolding were six; recruitment, reduction in degree of freedom, direction maintenance, marking critical features, frustration control, demonstration that were based on the study by Wood(l976). The results of this study that there was a significant difference according to the scaffolding of preschool teacher's self-efficacy and quality of child-teacher relationship in the characteristic of teacher's scaffolding type. A teacher whose self-efficacy and quality of child-teacher are high uses relevant scaffolding in every scaffolding type, but a teacher whose quality of child-teacher and teacher's self-efficacy are low doesn't use relevant and various scaffolding.

In this paper, design requirements of the large radar were investigated, and development was performed through the analysis and design. Large radar should be designed by bearing the 75 knot wind force and $20kg/m^2$ ice mass as operating conditions in order to meet structural stability, and driving torque and bearing load were calculated for securing the driving stability. Thermal dissipation analysis was performed considering TRM and DC-DC Converter's limitation temperature by $50^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature condition in order to attain thermal stability, and PSD and shock analysis were carried out by using MIL-STD-810G vibration and shock specification in order to transport and installation of the large radar. As a result, all components of large radar could secure the structural stability more than 2.8 factor of safety, and driving stability was also secured with adequate bearing fatigue life. Thermal stability was attained by allowable max temperature 88.7 C of the TRM, and structural stability for transportation and installation of the large radar was also secured more than 5 factor of safety. After it was transported and installed to the radar site, operating capability was finally verified by rotating the large radar.
MEMS 센서 응용을 위한 PZT Actuator 제작에 관한 연구

MEMS 센서 응용을 위하여 Zr/Ti=52/48 조성의 sol-gel을 Multi coating하여 2㎛ 두께 의 PZT actuator를 구현하였다. 층간 pore와 표면 crack, Haze 등이 없고, 2차상이 없는 Perovskite 상을 확인하였으며, 6inch wafer에서 두께 uniformity 5% 이하의 균일한 PZT 막을 형성하였다. Pt/TiO2 하부전극을 이용하여 하부 전극의 계면 열화 현상을 극복하였으며, (111) 우선 배향성을 얻었다. 제작된 PZT actuator는 dielectric constant와 Pr 값이 각각 1200과 24(uC/㎠)의 특성을 보였고, LDV로 측정된 압전 특성은 d33값이 120pm/V로 측정되었다.
