        뇌졸중 환자의 극복력, 지각된 사회적 지지와 건강행위 이행의 관련성

        Purpose: This study was performed to examine the relationship between resilience and perceived social support on health behavior compliance in stroke patients. Methods: We included 177 stroke outpatients from W University hospital in Jeollabuk-Do province. The research tools were composed of Korean Version of Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale, Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support and Health behavior compliance. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 22.0, the statistical methods used were t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score for resilience was 2.53(SD=±0.60), for perceived social support was 3.65(SD=±0.76), and for health behavior compliance was 4.05(SD=±0.64). All three parameters showed significant positive correlation to each other. The important factor related to the health behavior compliance by the perceived social support(F=273.119, p<.001). Conclusion: The social support system including direct and indirect intervention programs, should be improved to increase the opportunities for perceived social support in stroke patients.

        석류농축액의 광노화에 의한 주름 개선 효과

        Objective : Solar ultraviolet (UV) light can cause photoaging of human skin. Many researchers have focused on effective prevention to mitigate the aging process. This study was aimed to investigate anti-wrinkle effects of pomegranate concentration solution (PCS) using photoaged hairless mouse model. Method : To clarify the protective effect of PCS against UVB-induced photo-damage, water capacity was measured with transepidermal water loss (TEWL) in SKH-1 hairless mice. In addition, image of skin replicas was analyzed. Results : Our results showed that the PCS treatment protects skin against UVB-induced photoaging, based on the parameters including moisture capacity and TEWL. According to visual assessment of skin replica, application of 1 ml/kg PCS inhibited UV-induced wrinkle formation in mice skin as compared to the vehicle-applied control mice. Conclusion : Taken together, these results indicated that PCS could improve skin wrinkle formation induced by UVB irradiation in SHK-1 hairless mice. PCS could be applied as an anti-wrinkle agent.

        Passive attitude stabilization method has been widely usde for attitude determination and control of cube satellite due to its advantage of system simplicity. The permanent magnet installed on the cube satellite passively controls the attitude of the satellite such that the satellite is aligned with the earth magnetic field. In this paper, on-orbit thermal behavior of the cube satellite with the permanent magnet attitude stabilization method has been investigated through on-orbit thermal analysis. THe orbit profile obtained from the aforementioned attitude control method has been reflected in the analysis. The analysis results indicate that the thermal design proposed in this study is effective for satisfying the temperature requirements of the commericial mission equipments.

        In vivo Functional Analysis of γ-butyrolactone Autoregulator Receptor Gene (scaR) in Streptomyces clavuligerus

        방선균에서 DNA 전사 억제인자로써 작용하여 이차대사산물의 생산뿐만 아니라 형태분화를 조절하는 $\gamma-butyrolactone$ autoregulator receptor를 암호화하는 유전자(scaR)를 clavulanic arid 생산 균주, Streptomyces clavuligerus로부터 클로닝하고 in vitro에서 ScaR의 특징을 연구하여 보고한 바 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ScaR의 in vivo 기능을 분석하기위해 상동재조합방법을 이용하여 scaR이 제거된 변이주를 제작하고 야생균주와 표현형을 비교해 보았다. 그 결과, Streptomyces clavuligerus의 형태분화에서는 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았지만 clavulanic acid의 생산에 있어서는 scaR 파괴 변이주가 야생균주에 비해 생산이 증가된 경향을 보였다. 그러므로 ScaR이 S. clavuligerus의 형태분화에는 영향을 미치지 않지만 clavulanic acid 생합성에는 negative regulator로 작용한다는 것을 본 연구를 통해 명확하게 확인할 수 있었다. A $\gamma-butyrolactone$ autoregulator receptor has a common activity as DNA-binding transcriptional repressors controlling secondary metabolism and/or morphological differentiation in Streptomyces. A gene (scaR) encoding it was cloned from Streptomyces cravuligerus, a clavulanic acid producer, and was in vitro characterized in a previous report. In this study to clarify the in vivo function of ScaR, a $\gamma-butyrolactone$ autoregulator receptor of Streptomyces clavuligerus, we constructed a scaR-deleted strain by means of homologous recombination. No difference in morphology was found between the wild-type strain and the scaR-disruptant, but the scaR-disruptant showed higher clavulanic acid production. This indicates that the ScaR in S. clavuligerus acts as a negative regulator of the biosynthesis of clavulanic acid, but plays no role in morphological differentiation.

        당뇨병 위험 지각 측정 도구의 타당성 평가

        본 연구의 목적은 한국의 제2형 성인 당뇨병 환자를 대상으로 당뇨병 위험 지각 측정 도구 (RPS-DM)의 신뢰도와 타당도를 평가하기 위하여 시도되었다. 당뇨병 위험 지각 측정 도구는 번역 과정을 통해 내용타당도를 확보한 후 서울 지역 상급 종합병원 내분비내과 외래를 이용하고 있는 성인 183명을 대상으로 자기입식 설문조사로 방식을 이용하여 자료 수집을 진행하였다. 자료 분석은 탐색적 요인분석과 문항 간 상관계수, 검사 재검사 신뢰도 검사를 수행하였다. 내용 타당도 검증 결과를 보면 당뇨병 위험 측정 도구는 '위험 지식'을 제외하면 '지각된 통제 (3문항)', '낙관적 편견 (2문항)', '환경적 위험 (9문항)', '질병 위험 (9문항)'의 4가지 하부 구성요인으로 확인되었으며, 4가지 요인으로 전체 분산의 45.1%를 설명하고 있었다. 원 도구에서 제시된 '걱정'은 위험 지각 측정 도구의 하부 구성 영역에서 제외하였다. 당뇨병 위험 측정 도구는 한국인의 당뇨병 위험 지각 수준을 측정할 수 있는 타당성있고 신뢰성이 있는 도구임을 제언한다. This study was to evaluate of the reliability and validity of the Risk Perception Survey - Diabetes Mellitus (RPS-DM) with Korean diabetes patients. A total of 183 patients participated in this study from December 4, 2014 to January 1, 2015 with self-reported questionnaires. The data was analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, cronbach's alpha, and item to total correlation. The factor structure of the instrument showed the cumulative variance of 45.1% in the factor analysis and a four-factor structure was found to be appropriate. The comparative site risk score matched with the RPS-DM in English except item 7, 8, and 12. The RPS-DM in Korean version has been found to be reliable and valid.

        대구지역 주민의 건강기능식품 인식 및 이용실태

        Objective : Recently the number of health functional food (HFF) made with Traditional Korean Medicine (TKM) herbs have been increasing. However, there was a lack of the functional and safety information on HFF. Thus, this study was performed to investigate perceptions and consumptions of the HFF in Daegu area. Method : We used the data of 'Survey in Daegu' in 2010 and analyzed characteristics of perceptions and intake conditions of HFF of 1,208 participated inhabitants. Result : Among the 1,208 respondents, 30.4% were male and 63.5% were female. Most respondents (69.3%) were between 30's and 50's decade. The recognition rate of HFF made with TKM herb appeared to 86.2%. The major route of acquiring HFF information was 'mass-media' (49.8%) ; the primary reason of using HFF was 'For health promotion and anti-aging' (69.2%). On the other hand, the recognition rate of adverse effects was 53.3%. As for intake effect, 41.5% were satisfied at HFF consumption, while 56.0% did not feel special effects through the HFF consumption. In regards to purchase place, 'HFF store' was most selected by 38.0%. 69.1% of respondents selected to TKM decoction, the reason is that it made according to TKM physician's diagnosis considered their health condition. Conclusion : HFF intake was purpose to health promotion, but HFF made with TKM was consumed without any information about that. In order that HFF be used properly to promote health, the scientific and reasonable information of HFF made with TKM herb is need for consumers.

        대구지역의 한방 의료서비스 이용 실태

        Objectives : Recently, the number of elderly people has been rapidly increasing in Korea, and it led to increase demands of Korean traditional medical services. However, there is a lack of information on Korean traditional service utilization. Thus, this study was intended to identify Korean traditional service utilization patterns such as acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping, since Korean traditional services were specially used in treating chronic diseases for elderly people. It is important to understand health services utilization for quality improvement of healthcare systems. Methods:We used data of 'Survey in Daegu' in 2008 and analyzed characteristics of disease structure and utilization patterns of health care service of 1,097 cases of participated citizens. Results : The proportion of the elderly people (>50 age) in total participators is 52.4%. Male to female ratio is 1:1.65 and most common age group was between 50 and 59 years old. 84.2% of participators were admitted at oriental health care facilities. In addition, the results showed that female were more used the service than man. The most common treated disease is musculoskeletal disorders in both male and female. Conclusions : Acupuncture, moxa and cupping are widely used to treat chronic degenerative diseases such as musculoskeletal disorders at oriental health care facilities. Elders and female prefer to be admitted at oriental health care facilities.

        촉각 픽토그램의 촉지각적 표현방법과 인지 성향에 관한 고찰 - 중도실명장애인을 대상으로 -

        픽토그램이란 언어문화의 한 영역으로 시각에 의해 국가 간의 언어문화의 장벽을 없애고 원활한 의사소통을 가능케 하는 그림언어이다. 픽토그램은 국가지역문화뿐만 아니라 현존하는 사람들 모두가 픽토그램이 내포하고 있는 대상의 의미를 인지할 수 있도록 제작된 상징적 언어수단이다. 그러나 지금까지 픽토그램 디자인은 일반적이고 평균적인 신체와 정신적 기능을 가진 사람에 국한되어 선천적후천적 장애로 인해 정상적인 활동이 어려운 사람들은 그 대상에서 제외되어 왔다. 국내에서는 시각장애인의 편익증진보장에 대한 법률이 제정되어 시각장애인의 독립적인 보행을 위해 주요시설을 점자, 양각면 또는 선으로 간략하게 표시한 점자안내판, 촉지도식 안내판이 설치되었으나 시각장애인을 위한 각 주요시설의 픽토그램 통일안이 마련되지 않은 현 시점에 각 설치 업체마다 정안인을 대상으로 표현된 각기 다른 형태의 픽토그램을 양각화하므로 인해 시각장애인은 기호를 지각하지 못하거나 오류를 범하는 사례가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 고려가 배제된 픽토그램의 양각화로 인한 시각장애인의 정보접근 어려움을 문제점으로 지적하고, 촉지각의 물리적 특성에 기초하여 정안인과 시각장애인의 공용 언어로서 소통 가능한 촉각 픽토그램을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. Pictogram is a field of language and literature, intended to remove the obstacle of language and literature between countries and enable smooth communication through written pictures of words or their sounds. It is designed to enable communication between people from every class as well as countries and regions. The use of pictographic design has been limited to ordinary and average people with physical and metal functions and not available to innately and postnatally disabled people. In accordance with the law enacted to promote and protect the convenience of blind people, braille signs marked with braille and embossed types or lines or tactual perception sign are installed in major public facilities in Korea to help their independent walking. However, unified pictogram system is not prepared for those facilities. As each installer is engraving different types of pictogram only for normal people, some blind people are not able to perceive or likely to misunderstand them. This study is intended to find blind people`s difficulties in having access to information and study tactual pictogram which enables communication between ordinary people and blind people based on the physical property of tactual perception.

        샤오미 스마트홈 아티팩트 분석 및 활용방안 연구

        IoT 기술은 스마트 스피커 및 스마트 워치 등 단일 기기만 사용되는 환경에서 점차 스마트홈으로 적용 범위가 확대되고 있다. IoT 기기는 주변 환경 정보를 수집하고 이를 기반으로 다른 기기와 상호작용하거나 사용자 지정 명령을 수행한다. 이와 관련한 다양한 데이터를 수집하는 특징으로 IoT 기기는 범죄의 주요 증거물로 활용되므로 디지털 포렌식 수사 관점에서 중요하다. IoT 기기가 수집한 데이터는 기기 내부에 저장되거나 연결된 허브, 클라우드 또는 스마트폰 앱과 함께 사용하는 경우 각각의 기기에서도 데이터가 기록된다. 이때 IoT 기기별로 저장하는 데이터의 형태 및 추출 방식이 다르므로 사전 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 기기가 중요한 디지털 증거로 사용될 수 있음을 보이기 위해, 대표적으로 많이 사용하는 샤오미사의 스마트홈 기기를 분석하였다. 실제 스마트홈과 동일한 환경을 구성하였으며, IoT 기기 통제 및 모니터링은 스마트폰을 통해 수행하였다. 다양한 사용자 행위를 통해 데이터가 수집될 수 있도록 하였으며, 이후 데이터를 추출해 디지털 포렌식 관점에서 의미 있는 데이터를 선별하였다. 또한, 가상의 시나리오를 구성하여 분석한 데이터에 대한 포렌식 활용방안을 제시하였다. IoT technology is gradually expanding its application range to smart homes in environments where only a single device such as a smart speaker and smartwatch is used. IoT devices collect various environmental information and interact with other devices based on this information or perform user commands. Collected various data of IoT devices are important from the aspect of digital forensic investigation since they are used as critical evidence. The data of IoT devices are stored themselves or are also recorded on each device when used with a connected hub, cloud, or smartphone app. However, it is necessary to perform preliminary research due to the difference in the data format and data extraction methods in IoT devices. In this paper, we analyzed the smart home devices of Xiaomi to provide that IoT devices can be used as important digital evidence. The identical environment as the actual smart home was configured, and controlling and monitoring the IoT devices are through a smartphone. Data were collected by user action and were extracted. We classified the meaningful data from raw data for use as digital evidence. In conclusion, we present the importance of this study by suggesting the utilization method of analyzed data using a virtual scenario.
