Objective We researched to analyze correlation between menstrual pain and Korean medical diagnosis - Sasang constitution and Pattern Identification - through clinical research of the patients of menstrual pain. Method Trial gruop who consists of women with menstrual pain is 193 people, and control group who consists of women without menstrual pain is 101 people. We producted analyzing of their Sasang Constitution and symptom with Diagnosis System of Oriental Medicine(DSOM). This study used chi-square test, two sample t-test, analysis of variance, Wilcoxon's rank sum test, Kruskal-Wallis test, correlation analysis. Results 1) In trial and control group, Soeumin was the largest and Soyangin was the least. There was'nt statistical significance between trial and control group. 2) In DSOM, deficiency of blood, stagnation of qi, blood stasis, coolness, spleen, kidney and phlegm pathogenic factors showed significant difference. Conclusion There were significant corelation between menstrual pain and Korean mdical diagnosis - Sasang constitution and Pattern Identification.
한방병원을 내원한 말초성 안면신경마비 환자의 사상의학적 임상 치료 : 후향적 단면연구

Objectives This study was conducted in order to analyze the distribution of Sasang constitution, herbmed, exterior-interior disease and concomitant symptoms of 36 facial nerve paralysis patients. Methods A clinical study was done on 36 patients, treated as facial nerve paralysis. Sasang constitution specialist diagnosed their constitution and gave prescription. Degree of improvement was evaluated by assessment scale or change of patient's complaint. Results 1) Distribution of sasang constituion : Taeeumin 21 patients, Soyangin 8 patients, Soeumin 7 patients. 2) Distribution of exterior-interior disease : Taeeumin and Soeumin were diagnosed as interior disease more than exterior disease, Soyangin was reverse. 3) Hyeongbangdojeok-san and Hyeongbangjihwang-tang (Soyangin), Galgeunhaegi-tang(Taeeumin) and Gwakhyangjeonggi-san(Soeumin) were used the most in each sasang constitution. 4) Seventeen patients had concomitant symptoms : digestive disorder, sleep disorder, tinnitus, hypertension, diplopia, itching, gout, neck-shoulder pain, constipation and dizziness. Conclusions Patients had different Sasang constitution and in the same Sasang constitution, they had different symptomatology.
컴팩트 석탄 가스화기 개발을 위한 이중선회버너 운전 평가

석탄가스화 기술은 청정석탄에너지 기술 중에서 아주 중요한 대안으로 인식되고 있으며, 이에 전 세계적으로 차세대 석탄가스화기라고 할 수 있는 고효율 저비용 석탄가스화기를 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서도 이러한 목적의 달성을 위하여 저비용으로 구현이 가능한 컴팩트 석탄가스화기를 개발하고 있으며, 다수개의 공급부로 이루어진 일체형 이중선회형 버너를 개발하였다. 개발된 버너의 가스화 운전조건을 확보하기 위하여 미분탄 분배기와 함께 기존의 석탄가스화기 몸체에 설치하여 가스화 실험을 수행하였다. 인도네시아산 아역청탄인 ABK 탄을 사용하여 1.5톤/일의 파일럿 규모로 $6.4{\sim}7.2kg/cm^2$, $1170{\sim}1300^{\circ}C$ 조건에서 운전을 수행하였다. 우선 성능평가보다는 안정적인 가스화기 운전조건을 확보하는데 중점을 두었다. 그 결과, 안정적인 운전조건에서 탄소전환율은 84.0%, 냉가스 효율 52.1%를 확보할 수 있었다. Coal gasification is considered as one of the best alternatives among clean coal technology and new concept next generation technologies are under being developed to achieve low cost as well as high efficiency. In this study we have developed double swirl multi-burner as part of the development of low cost compact gasifier. We installed new concept multi-burner with pulverized coal distributor to the body of existing gasifier for burner test. Gasification test was performed under the condition of $6.4{\sim}7.2kg/cm^2$ and $1170{\sim}1300^{\circ}C$ by using Indonesian ABK (sub-bituminous) coal to get operation condition of new concept multi-burner. Our interest was focused to ensure a stable operating condition rather than the gasifier performance evaluation. As a result, we were able to achieve the carbon conversion of 84% and the cold gas efficiency of 52.1% at the stable operating conditions.
태음인으로 오치(誤治)한 추골뇌저동맥부전증 태양인 환자 치험 1례

Objectives This case study was about a Taeyangin patient with transient ischemic attack(TIA) due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI). In this study, we report the progress of mistreat with Taeyangin as Taeeumin and the improvement of symptoms after rediagnosis as Taeyangin. Methods Patient's chief complain was weakness of lower limbs, dysarthria and dizziness. Patient first time took Taeeumin prescription such as Chunghyulganggi-tang, Chunsimyonja-tang and Sanyakbopaewon-tang. After occuring side effects we changed the prescription to Taeyangin herbal medicine such as Ogapijangchuk-tang gagam and Mihudeungsikjang-tang gagam. Result and Conclusion Patient suffered from diarrhea by taking Taeeumin prescription and symptom was continue. After changing of prescription to Taeyangin herbal medicine, not only chief symptom but also original symptom was improved.

인도네시아 아역청탄인 ABK탄과 중국 갈탄(lignite)과 같은 저급탄에 대한 열분해와 촤-CO2 가스화반응에 대한 실험을 비등온의 승온 조건에서 열중량분석기(Thermogravimetric analysis, TGA)를 이용하여 수행하였다. 열분해 속도는 2단계, 1차의 열분해 모델(Kissinger 법의 변형)에 의해 잘 모사되었다. 촤의 CO2 가스화반응은 수축 핵 모델에 적용하여 초기의 활성화 에너지가 ABK탄은 189.1 kJ/mol, lignite는 260.5 kJ/mol의 값을 얻었으며, 수축 핵 모델에 의해 잘 모사되었다. 특히, 촤의 CO2 가스화반응에서 활성화 에너지는 무연탄의 결과와 유사하였으며, 다른 모델이나 석탄의 종류에 따라 큰 차이를 보였다. Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) was carried out for pyrolysis and char-C02 gasification of low rank Indonesian ABK coal and China lignite. The pyrolysis rate was successfully described by a two-step model adopting the modified Kissinger method. The shrinking core model, when applied to char-C02 gasification gave initial activation energy of 189.1 kj/mol and 260.5 kj/mol for the ABK coal and China lignite, respectively. Thus, the char-C02 gasification has been successfully simulated by the shrinking core model. In particular, the activation energy of char-C02 gasification calculated in this work is similar to the results on the anthracite coal, but considerable difference exjsts when other models or coal types are used.
월경통 환자를 대상으로 환자용 사상체질진단 설문지의 체질별 응답차이 연구

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the menstrual pain affect the Sasang constitutions questionnaire response in adult women. Methods Using a structured menstrual history questionnaire, we evaluated the degree of menstrual pain of 550 adult women who participated in this clinical trial. Based on the survey we classified them into menstrual pain group and control group. They filled out SSCQ-P (Sasang Constitution Questionnaire for Patients) and we had compared the difference in response by Sasang constitutions. From 329 women in menstrual pain group and 212 women in control group, 541 questionnaire was analyzed statistically by their constitutions. Results 7 questions in Soyangin, 11 questions in Taeeumin and 20 questions in Soeumin were statistically significant in response between menstrual pain group and control group. Conclusions Soyangin's menstrual pain shows less influence on SSCQ-P than Taeeumin and Soeumin. Taeeumin who has Taeyangin's appearances and characteristics has more menstrual pain. In Soeumin, menstrual pain may result in negative and less expressive characteristics.
폐소형가전의 물리적 성상 분석 및 플라스틱 재활용에 관한 연구

전기밥솥, 청소기, 선풍기 등 폐소형가전 기기들은 종류 및 품목에 따라 내부 구성 물질과 플라스틱 재질이 다양하기 때문에 해체 및 선별에 특정기술의 적용이 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 폐소형가전 제품 중 재활용 업체에서 비교적 취급양이 많은 품목 중, 전기밥솥 등 5개 품목을 대상으로 수작업으로 해체 후 물리적 성상을 분석하였다. 또한, 폐소형가전은 대형가전제품에 비해 플라스틱의 함량이 비교적 높을 뿐만 아니라 재질이 다양하여, 재질별 선별이 어려워 플라스틱의 재활용에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 특히, 폐소형가전의 경우 검정색 플라스틱의 비율이 상대적으로 높아 재질 선별이 제대로 이루어지지 못하여, 혼합물의 형태로 저급 재활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중액선별, 정전선별 그리고 근적외선 선별 등 기존의 선별 기술을 적용하여 검정색 플라스틱에 대한 재질 선별 가능성을 검토하였으며, 각 기술에 대한 문제점 및 제한사항을 제시하였다. Small household appliances such as electric rice cooker, a vacuum cleaner, an electric fan, etc. are diverse and complex due to the materials and components and waste streams from the manufacturing processes. In the present study, physical characterization of small e-wastes was analyzed on major items including electric rice cooker after manual dismantling. Small household appliances is an important potential source of waste plastic, however, recycling plastics from small e-waste is still unusual. The present communication gives results of separation processes on black plastics and the limitations of these sorting processes in used small household appliances.
환자용 사상체질설문지(SSCQ-P) 축소화에 관한 연구

Objectives This study was performed to make a short-form of Sasang Constitution Questionnaire for Patient(SSCQ-P). Methods In order to select important questions of SSCQ-P, we got advice from 10 professors of Oriental Medicine. As a result, we chose 37 questions. In addition, we selected 69 questions which had been used more than 12 times in SSCQ-P as the variable. We used some statistical methods to reduce questions. Finally, a total of 40 questions were selected. To find diagnostic accuracy rate of this short-form, discriminant analysis was performed. We used 1378 cases which was collect ed from February 2008 to June 2013 by online system(Sasang-medi data which has selected by web site, http://www.sasangmedi.or.kr), and 68 cases which was collected from November 2006 to September 2007 by the research "Construction of a biological information collection system for the Constitutional scientific diagnosis"(Korea Constitutional Multicenter Bank data, KCMB data) Results We made a short-form of SSCQ-P consisting of 40 questions. Diagnostic accuracy rate of short-form is 66.18% using Sasang-medi data, and 42.65% using KCMB data. Conclusions More cases are needed to improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of this short-form.

In triboelectrostatic separation, plastic particles could be charged differently and then charged particles could be separated by injecting into an electrical field. In the present study, tail lamp mainely consists of composite PP and PMMA obtained from the end-of-life vehicles is used to achieve PMMA separation from the crushed mixtures. In this technigue, crushed mixtures with 1~6mm particle size are charged by passing them through a pipeline chager made of PET. The optimum conditions are investigated and the separation results for PMMA were obtained with grade 99.4% and recovery 84.6%, respectively.
