        건축물 피난시설 기준간 문제점 도출을 통한 통합관리 방안 모색 연구-피난경로 및 피난안전공간을 중심으로-

        As buildings in today’s world become taller, larger, more spacious and complex, casualties from fire is likely to increase due to prolongedevacuation time and limited fire rescue capacity. Also, the conflict between current fire protection codes and building codes arecausing confusions in the operation and application of the regulations. The overlapping standards are mainly on occupancy, refugearea establishments, underground open space, exit area width, and steps and effective width of evacuation stairway. It is difficult toknow what the actual standard is as similar standards are often amended in different laws and the application of standard becomescomplex as some standards often contradict each other or are inconsistent. Also some standards directly cite foreign standards and thiscauses significant confusion for Korean regulatory process and application. In this study, operational plans for administrative cooperationand managing standards of evacuation facilities more comprehensively have been proposed. This would eventually call forcomprehensive codification of building and fire protection sectors and formation of an online system. 최근 건축물의 초고층화·대규모화·대공간화·복합화로 인해 피난시간의 증가와 소방구조 활동의 한계로 화재발생시 인명피해의 증가가 예상되고 있다. 이에 소방분야의 법령이 현행 건축법과의 중복규정 등으로 인해 법의 운영 및 적용에 많은 혼란을 야기하고 있다. 현재 피난시설 주요 중복기준으로는 재실자 밀도기준, 피난안전구역 설치기준, 지하층 개방공간 기준, 출구 폭 기준, 피난계단 개수 및유효 폭 기준이 있다. 이들 기준간 주요 문제점은 유사기준이 개별법령에 분리 제정되어 기준 파악이 어렵고, 일부 기준이 서로 상이하여 적용상 혼란을 야기할 뿐만 아니라 해외 규정을 참고기준으로 명시함으로써 국내법령과의 혼선도 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건축물 피난시설 기준 통합관리를 위해 관련 정부 부처간 협의체 구성과 피난시설 통합관리 및 고시운영방안 등을 제시하였으며,향후 이를 토대로 건축과 소방분야 전반에 대한 통합코드화 및 온라인 시스템 구축이 요구된다.

        이동약자를 고려한 건축물 피난규정 개선 방안에 관한 연구

        최근 건축물의 대형화·고층화·고밀화·복합화 등으로 인해 건축물 내 재난사고가 발생할 경우 재실 자의 안전을 확보하기 위한 건축물 피난 설계가 매우 중요한 관건으로 이슈화되고 있다. 특히 장애인·노 인·임산부 등은 심신의 일시적 또는 영구적 장애로 인해 위급 대처 능력이 부족하기 때문에 건물내 화 재 발생시 가장 피해를 볼 수 있는 재해 약자라 할 수 있다. 그런데 우리나라의 경우 이동 편의성은 장 애인·노인·임산부 등의 편의증진보장에 관한 법률에 그리고 피난 안전성은 건축물 피난·방화구조 등 의 기준에 관한 규칙에 각각 이분화되어 규정되어 있다. 물론 각 개별법령에 의한 제정 목적은 상이하나 동일한 재실자를 대상으로 동일한 건축부위에 대한 설계기준이 상호연계가 부족하다면 건축설계 및 피난 설계자들에게 혼란을 야기할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 장애인편의증진법과 건축물 피난규칙의 비교 분석을 통해 각 법령간의 상이점을 살펴보고 이에 대한 통합 기준을 제안하였다. Owing to increase of the large-scaled, high-raised and complexed building construction, the escape design of the building became very important issue to insure the safety of occupant. Specially, it is demanded to have building escape regulation considering for inconvenient movers such as disables elders pregnant women. However, building regulations for inconvenient movers are divided into “Regulation of Escape and Fire-prevention of Building” and “Act on the Promotion and Guarantee of Access for the Disabled, the Aged and Pregnant Women to Facilities and Information”. But, for the escape security of inconvenient movers, the connection of each regulation are necessary. So this study suggested the improvement direction of the building escape regulation considering inconvenient movers through the compared analysis on the “Regulation of Escape and Fire-prevention of Building” and “Act on the Promotion and Guarantee of Access for the Disabled, the Aged and Pregnant Women to Facilities and Information”.

        친환경건축물 인증제도 평가 항목 보완에 관한 기초 연구 -오픈하우징 관련 항목을 중심으로-

        Recently, the housing market in Korea has been changed from new construction to building-stocks, and focusing on supplier to focusing on users. Open housing is a design method not only content to users' various needs but also to the means of sustainable development by adapted to longevity of buildings. There are some indicators for Open Housing related to Green Building Certification Criteria which were worked by Mock & ME. But those indicators are limited to flexible design methods. This is a basic study for the selecting of Open Housing indicators for complementation of Green Building Certification Criteria by the analysis of SI housing in Japan, domestic Green Building Labelling and those of other countries.

        친환경 니트 텍스타일 디자인 연구- 전통섬유 공예기법과 천연염료의 기능성 활용을 중심으로 -

        This paper presents a procedure for developing knit fabric designs using environment friendly techniques and natural dyeing. Working on the concept of environment friendly design first advocated by 19th century English artist William Morris 1) we researched on the colorfastness and antimicrobial effect of silk fabrics dyed with environment friendly material, 2) identifying environment friendliness of test fabrics, we dyed silk yarns and wool yarns using the same methods that we used for collecting data, 3) we made knit mufflers and lap robes using naturally dyed yarns. Though not easily applicable to mass production system, the process we suggest here will be useful for knit fabric designers who want to restore 'simple and beautiful' life styles in Morris's sense. We believe that the data and design process suggested here could be generally applied to textile industry in the future, considering the trend in the modern textile design which emphasizes eco-friendly as well as artistically refined textile works.

        갈조류 다시마 유리배우체의 분리, 재생 및 성 숙 유도

        Induction of regeneration and maturation of the free-living gametophytes of Saccharina japonica was studied at four temperatures (5, 10, 15 and 20˚C), four levels of irradiance (5, 10, 20 and 40 μmol m-2 s-1) and three photoperiods (14 : 10, 12 : 12 and 10 : 14 h L : D). Female gametophyte fragments were maintained in active regeneration without reaching sexual maturity under conditions of 15˚C, 20 μmol m-2 s-1, 10 : 14 h (L : D), whereas the conditions for male gametophytes were slightly different at 15˚C, 5 μmol m-2 s-1, 14 : 10 h (L : D). The sexual maturation of female and male gametophytes took place under 5˚C, 20~40 μmol m-2 s-1, 10 : 14 h (L : D) and 15˚C, 40 μmol m-2 s-1, 10 : 14 h (L : D), respectively. These results provide basic information for controlling the regenerationand maturation of free-living gametophytes for strain improvement and cross breeding of S. japonica.

        매염제에 따른 색상변화에 관한 연구(I) -울금과 소목의 혼합염색 -

        Sappan Wood and Turmeric were extracted and various colors were developed by combination of these two natural colorants. The medium colors such as yellow-red were represented by the combination of Sappan Wood and Turmeric extracts based on the mixing portion of these colorants. After the mordanting, the absorption bands of silk fabrics dyed with Sappan Wood were shifted to longer wavelength side, but those of silk fabrics dyed with Turmeric were little changed. The K/S values at 520 nm were increased gradually with increasing the mixing portion of Sappan Wood. In various mordanting methods, the K/S values of pre-mordanting silk fabric were higher than those of post- and simultaneous-mordanting, but in the case of Cr the simultaneous mordanting provided the highest K/S value. And the wide range of colors (Y~YR~R~RP) were obtained according to various mixing portion of Turmeric and Sappan Wood, mordants, and mordanting methods.

        특허분석을 통한 건축구조물 리모델링 기술 개발 방향 설정 연구

        Even though the life of a building fully remains, early complete withdrawal re-construction is carried out because of internal components becoming superannuated and function of building old-fashioned. However, remodelling is activated by legal revision recently and the need of remodelling technology is increasing for the sustainable development. This study grasp the remodelling technology of Korea, America and Japan through analysis of patents so as to find out the proper direction of remodelling technology of Korea. In this study, the standards of remodelling technology is divided into 9 technology and grasp the present condition of remodelling in Korea; 7 technology for existing building and 2 technology for new building. And we proposed several direction of remodelling technology.
