      • PCB에 실장된 Gull-Wing Type Lead검사를 위한 영상처리 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        As the parts of printed circuit boards in these days are more integrated and smaller, new solder joints packaging technologies have also been developed. Up to now, a lot of algorithms have been developed to inspect the status of Gull-Wing Type Lead mounted on printed circuit boards. But, They are not perfect to overcome the inspection environments like as the visual noise and variations in component conditions. Therefore, in this paper presents the techniques used to inspect for Gull-Wing Type Lead mounted on printed circuit boards. In the inspection of solder joints, the features selected for solder joint inspection are projection of gray level image and the normalizing processing of projection data. The inspection of solder bridges is done by checking the width between the solder joints for projection data which represents the presence of solder. This paper includes some processing steps such as pre-processing method, adjust processing method, mask lead method and partition projection processing method. To show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms, Experimental results showed that these algorithms are reliable for solder joint defects.

        米軍政時代における「避難民」の誕生 -「解放」後の朝鮮半島を巡る国際情勢と人の移動-

        The problem of “Defectors from N. Korea (so-called “Talbook-ja” in S. Korea today)” has been received attention in the international society, especially in S. Korea today. It has been viewed as a “Refugee” problem or the output by system competition between the two Koreas. Actually, This problem has stood out rapidly since the collapse of “the Cold war system”. So, It may be able to recognise as a “Refugee” problem of international society. But we should have in mind that “Talbook-ja” often used as a political material in S. Korea since raised “the Cold war system”. Moreover, It means the movement from North to South existed not only during the Cold war age but before then. And ultimately, for these movers has condensed the reality of divided Korean peninsula, we could think that the prototype of “Talbook-ja” has already existed in the age of liberated Korea before “the Cold war system” had begun in earnest. However, In the age of liberated Korea, The U.S. and U.S.S.R. had established military government in South and North Korea. Nevertheless, We can hardly find out the view of Korean society that North and South are different nations. Because Korean Society had “One Korea” recognition at that time. So this paper should check that the presence of the political view on these movers in the age of liberated Korea and why “Talbook-ja” has become a political material. The contemplation about the process of shaping the “Refugee” in the age of liberated Korea could be the first step of grasp the root about “Talbook-ja” recognition. 今日の韓国及び国際社会においては、「脱北者」問題が多くの注目を浴びているが、この問題は冷戦体制の崩壊で急激に多く見られるようになったためか、南北朝鮮間における「難民」や南北体制競争の遺産といった視点で用いられることが多い。南北朝鮮における政治的材料として利用されてもきた当問題だが、結局のところ、このような移動者は冷戦時代から存在していたことを念頭に置かねばならないだろう。その上、この移動者には、南北分断の現実が凝縮されているともみられるが、究極的に冷戦が本格化する直前である「解放」時代から「脱北者」の原型は存在していたと考えるのが妥当である。ただ、「外部勢力」である米国とソ連による軍政が南北朝鮮に敷かれていた「解放」時代をみると、朝鮮社会における「一つの朝鮮」の考えが強かったためか、朝鮮半島における南北各々の「国家」という視線を見出すことは殆どできない。つまり、ここで確認すべきは、「解放」時代には移動者に対する政治的な視線が存在していたのかという点に併せ、この「脱北者」が政治的観点でみられるようになった理由は何であるのか、という点である。そこで本論では、「解放」時代における「避難民」の形成過程の考察を試みようとしているが、これが今日に至る「脱北者」に対する視線の根源を探る第一歩になると展望している。

        전산유체해석을 이용한 듀얼 펌프캡 용기의 토출 비율 연구

        Pump-cap is a device for discharging the contents stored inside a container to the outside of the container bya simple operation by a certain amount. In particular, in recent years, as the number of cosmetic products made offunctional materials has rapidly increased, the development of convenient containers for functional materials is beingactively conducted. Among these, there are a growing number of products that show their efficacy only by mixing twocomponents, so the development of a dual pump cap container is necessary. However, the conventional dual pump capcontainer has a problem in that it is difficult to implement a quantitative discharge as solutions having different viscositiesare used. Therefore, in this study, a discharge port of a dual pump cap that can apply an optimal ratio was designed byanalyzing the discharge amount of two components with different viscosities through computational fluid dynamics. Sincethe discharge amount is affected by the size of the discharge port, the higher the viscosity of the solution, the larger thedischarge port should be set. Conversely, the lower the viscosity, the smaller the discharge port should be. Through this,it is possible to dispense a fixed amount of a heterogeneous solution by one pumping, and it is determined that the user'sconvenience will increase.

        원심력을 이용한 원통형 증기화 증폭 시트 제작 연구

        As technologies in various industrial fields develop, high-quality parts are required. In the past, precision parts were produced by the contact machining method, but the contact machining method has clear limitations. In order to solve this problem, research on a non-contact processing method has been conducted, and laser processing and electric discharge processing are representative. However, the non-contact method has a problem in that productivity is insufficient, and there is a problem that it takes a lot of time to continuously process microholes. Researchers have developed an electron beam drilling equipment for continuous processing of fine holes, and a vaporization amplification sheet to increase the processing efficiency of the equipment. In this study, a cylindrical vaporization amplification sheet using room temperature curing type silicon was fabricated, and the metal distribution and thickness uniformity of the produced sheet were analyzed. In order to manufacture a cylindrical vaporization amplification sheet, an equipment capable of using centrifugal force was developed, and a sample in which metal powder was evenly distributed and a constant thickness was produced.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze how space affects the perception of visitors in modern and contemporary museums and art museums. In particular, it presents the characteristics of Peter Zumthor"s architecture and analyzes Peter Zumthor"s museum and art museum cases. It also identifies how Merleau-Ponty"s phenomenological spatial theory was reflected in Peter Zumthor"s design. Based on Merleau-Ponty"s phenomenological spatial theory and case analysis conducted through the analysis of spatial elements, it summarizes how architect"s intention was reflected in visitors. Based on the concept of movement, a space accompanied by the concepts of top and bottom and depth is created, and Peter Zumthor"s unique architectural characteristics appear using building materials including the characteristics of place.

      • H∞를 이용한 필터 및 제어기의 개발

        미지의 예기치 않은 noise에 의해 영향을 받은 시스템을 제어하기는 쉽지 않다. 그리고 강인성과 low performance measure를 가진 제어 시스템을 설계하기는 더욱 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 시도는 계속되어 왔으며 이 중 Kalman Filter는 system noise 및 measurement noise가 오직 gauss distribution을 가지고 noise에 대한 정보가 있을 경우 optimal filter 임이 알려져 있다. [1-3]. 그러나 실제로 이러한 noise가 반드시 gauss distribution을 갖는 noise라고 할 수 없으며 또한 noise에 대한 정보가 전혀 없을 때는 optimal filter를 설계할 수 없으므로 입·출력이 bounded할 수 있도록 suboptimal 개념의 새로운 제어기의 설계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 noise에 대한 정보가 필요없고, 어떠한 noise라는 가정이 없는 H infinity 제어기 구성이 강인하고 low performance measure를 가진 제어기임을 실험을 통해서 보여주고, 산업현장에 응용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. In the field of control and instrumentation, it is very difficult to control system which is affected by unknown and unexpected noise. Therefore, if we can design controller with robustness and small performance measure, it will be used extensively in the industrial application. Although it may be hard for designers to implement such a controller, it has been studied continuously for several decades. As a result, recently a few of control design methods give a solution with a good performance and robustness[4],[6-9]. We suggest that H infinity controller can be applied extensively in the industrial field that is affected by extremely deteriorated noise source. In this paper after constructing the Inverted Pendulum as an experimental apparatus, we design PID, Fuzzy, and H∞ controller to compare its characteristic results. If the similar design method with this paper is applied to the industrial filed, it may give a good solution with robustness and low performance areas can be shown in the field of signal processing, motor control, sensor interfacing, robot control.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze spatial configuration according to visualization of structure in contemporary architecture. It focuses on Herzog & de Meuron’s Stone House which examines the changes that have been made accordingly on relationship between structure and spatial configuration. Traditionally, the relationship between structure and spatial configuration has been closely related, especially in load bearing wall structures, where structure and space are matched, and in column-to-beam structures, structure and space are separated. In Stone House, the cross-shaped inner wall structure is exposed to the outside and the columns covered by the skin supported additional loads, visualizing the interrelationship between the structure and space.

      • 승모판막 생체역학 모델의 가상현실 사용자 인터페이스 개발

        머리 부분 탑재형 디스플레이를 이용해 가상의 환경 속에서 실제와 유사한 시공간적 체험을 할 수 있는 가상현실 기술은 높은 몰입감과 현실감이 특징이다. 의료 분야에서도 가상현실 기술을 응용한 가상 수술 시뮬레이션 개발은 최근 활발히 연구되고 있다. 승모판막이 정상 기능을 하지 못하는 경우 폐쇄부전증, 역류증과 같은 질환으로 발전하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 생체역학적 시뮬레이션을 통해 얻은 가상 승모판막 모델의 판엽 접합 정도와 판엽 응력 분포 결과를 가상환경 공간에서 가시화한 후 가상현실 장비를 이용해 상호작용을 구현할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 개발하였다.
