        의과대학 학생의 해부학 실습 시 포름알데히드의 노출이 호흡기 · 안구점막 및 피부계통의 주관적 자각 증상에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 해부학 실습 시 시신 고정을 위해 이용되는 포름알데히드 등의 화학약품에의 노출이 의과대학생이 주관적으로 느끼는 불편함과 호흡기 점막 및 안구 점막 관련 증상, 피부 계통의 주관적 자각 증상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 해부학 실습을 수강한 의학과, 의학전문대학원 1 · 2학년 학생으로 이들을 대상으로 웹설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 14개교 학생 대표들을 통해 설문조사를 홍보하였으며, 이 중 설문 응답에 동의한 총 463명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 분석결과, 해부학 실습 시 중등도 이상의 불편함을 느꼈다고 응답한 대상자는 261명(56.4%)이었다. 실습 이후 알레르기성 비염, 안구 건조증 등의 기존 질환 악화가 있었다고 응답한 대상자는 104명 (43.2%)이었으며, 기존 질환의 과거력이 없었던 학생 중 증상이 새롭게 발현한 대상자는 209명(95.0%)이었다. 기존 질환의 악화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 다중로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 호흡기 · 점막의 경우 남자에 비해 여자 (OR: 2.000, 95% CI: 1.169~3.421)일 때, 주관적 불편감을 느낄수록 (OR: 3.190, 95% CI: 1.807~5.632) 위험도가 높았다. 피부계통의 경우, 연령이 높을수록 (OR: 2.612, 95% CI: 1.187~5.750), 보호 장비 착용 금지 (OR: 2.217, 1.006~4.885)일 때 유의하게 높았다. 새로운 증상 유발에 영향을 미치는 요인의 경우, 호흡기 · 점막은 주관적 불편감을 느낄수록 (OR: 5.097, 95% CI: 1.075~24.160), 피부계통의 경우 여자 (OR: 1.711, 1.090~2.686)일 때, 주관적 불편감을 느낄수록 (OR: 1.921, 95% CI: 1.218~3.031), 보호 장비 미착용 (OR: 1.953, 1.189~3.210)일 때 유의하게 높았다. 이 연구를 통해 우리나라 의과대학생들은 해부학 실습 시 포름알데히드 등의 화학약품의 노출 위험을 최소화 할 수 있는 장비를 제대로 착용하고 있지 못하며, 실습 시 각종 화학약품에의 노출로 인해 주관적 불편감 및 관련 질환을 경험하고 있음을 확인하였다. 해부학 실습에 대한 안전 가이드라인을 강화하고 학생 건강권을 보호할 수 있는 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 한다. This study aims to determine the effects of formaldehyde exposure on self-reported symptoms of respiratory-eye mucosa and integumentary system during anatomy practices among Korean medical students. Data were collected using the web-based survey. Study subjects in 1st and 2nd grade medical student, and having anatomy dissection in medical college and medical graduate school. A total of 463 students from the 14 medical college and medical graduate school participated in this study. The results show that 261 (56.4%) of the participants responded feeling discomfort above moderate at anatomy dissection. After anatomy dissection, 104 (43.2%) students responded aggravating the symptom allergic rhinitis, xerophthalmia and so on. 209 (95.0%) of them responded the new symptom’s appearance. In the result of multiple logistic regression, women (OR: 2.000, 95% CI: 1.169~3.421) and the students with feeling discomfort (OR: 3.190, 95% CI: 1.807~5.632) were more likely to increase the risk of pre-existing respiratory · eye mucosal system symptom’s aggravation than the counter parts. For pre-existing integumentary system symptom’s aggravation, risk is significantly higher in elder age group (OR: 2.612, 95% CI: 1.187~5.750) and with disapproval protective equipments (OR: 2.217, 1.006~4.885). In case of new symptom’s appearance, people with feeling discomfort above moderate (OR: 5.097, 95% CI: 1.075~24.160) in respiratory · eye mucosal system were more likely to increase the risk of new symptom’s appearance. And for integumentary system, risk was higher in people with feeling discomfort (OR: 1.921, 95% CI: 1.218~3.031), in woman (OR: 1.711, 1.090~2.686) and without enough protective equipments preparation (OR: 1.953, 1.189~3.210). This study confirms the protective equipments for minimizing exposure from chemicals for cytological fixation (e,g formaldehyde) is not worn enough and students in anatomy dissection experience discomfort and disease after anatomy dissection. Therefore, this study indicates that the safe guideline in anatomy dissection should be enhanced and institutional strategy to protect student’s right of health should be provided.

        In this study, Ishigami Junya’s architectural characteristics has been conducted through comparative analysis of spatial composition and structural system between Kanagawa Institute of Technology(KAIT) Workshop and Plaza. The result of this research can be summarized as followed. First of all, KAIT Workshop and Plaza are typical cases for Ishigami Junya’s architectural works with architectural concepts such as lightness, transparency, connection with nature, complexity in simplicity. The second one is that KAIT Workshop and Plaza implement conflicting spaces in spatial composition and structural system. KAIT Workshop reveals interior space connected with exterior space using transparency, and KAIT Plaza is internalized exterior space with solid wall structural system. The third one is that structural system of KAIT Workshop is main compressed columns with multiple thin pre-stressed columns for the transparent space, KAIT Plaza uses the catenoids roof surface and wall system without columns. Based on the result of analysis, architectural characteristics of KAIT Workshop and Plaza shows that spatial composition can be realized with modified structure in the existed structural system and architectural concepts will be generated through structural system in architectural design.

        공공임대주택단지 내외부 공간의 구성과 관계 특성에 관한 연구 - 1992-2018년 수도권에 조성된 6개 공공임대주택단지를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the features of outdoor spatial composition in apartment complex-type public permanent rental housing to provide the architectural planning information of apartment housing in Korea. Current status of outdoor space for transportation, pedestrian in apartment complex and road system around 1km from apartment complex were analyzed with field survey, architectural drawings review and space syntax in 6 selected apartment complexes(Seoul deungchon 7th, Hanam poongsan 4th, Seoul eunpyeong 1st, Incheon chungra 4th, Seoul gangnam 3rd, Suwon homaesil 21st) in Seoul metropolitan area. The characteristics of outdoor spatial composition of 6 apartment complexes are followed. First of all, the spatial composition of road system in and around 1km of Seoul deungchon 7th and Hanam poongsan 4th apartment complexes after development is similar with that of before development, and others have changed with development of public housing and the development is not constricted in the boundary of previous developed road system. The second one is that relationship between housing complex and neighborhood has weak network and strong physical boundary, but some cases tired to share transportation and pedestrian roads and main entrance with neighborhood. The third one is that Integration(3) value reveals the main space is usually center of housing complex, but Seoul eunpyeong 1st and Incheon chungra 4th apartment complexes have increased network connection with landscape and neighborhood living facility and main gate area in Suwon homaesil 21<SUP>st</SUP> case. It is necessary to analyze the relationship between other complexes to develop spatial composition of apartment complex-type public rental housing architecture.

      • 서울시 도심부 사회기반시설물의 지속가능한 재생을 통한 보행 가로체계 구축과 보행 활성화에 관한 연구

        For the walkability improvement through sustainable regeneration of infrastructure in Seoul city center, literature review and investigation on characteristics of urban spatial composition with space analysis have been conducted. The roadside system with space syntax to derive the characteristics of pedestrian space in Seoul old city center has been analyzed. The result of this research can be summarized as followed. First of all, there are two different approaches with available infrastructure in Seoul city center for the walkability improvement, one is demolition of existed highway with regeneration of Cheonggyecheon waterside road and the other is Seoullo 7017 which has three-dimensional pedestrian space with functional change. The second one is that main roads with high connectivity, integration, and ERAM(3) in the eastwest direction are Jongro, and Sejongdaero(Gwanghwamun), Donwhamunro/Chungmuro(Jongro3 ga), and Daehakro/Donghoro(Dongdaemun) in the southnorth direction for walking on purpose. On the contrary, Cheonggyecheon waterside road and Seoullo 7017 with low connectivity, integration, and ERAM(3) is for free walking and staying. The third one is that Cheonggyecheonro which has three-dimensional water space, human scale streetscape, and lightscape is different with other places. Seoullo 7017 which has three-dimensional pedestrian space, landscape and streetscape is the unique cityscape. Based on the result of analysis, Cheonggyecheon waterside pedestrian road and Seoullo 7017 can be suggested for the walkability improvement with different ways of sustainable regeneration of infrastructure. Through pedestrian network, isolated and static spaces can be changed to continuous and dynamic places, and sustainability through urban regeneration will be generated in Seoul old city center.

      • 한국 전통 주거 공간에서 위상학적 공간구성과 미학적 특성의 상관관계에 관한 연구

        This study is for the analysis of relationship between topological characteristics and esthetics in Korean traditional architecture and for provision the information of design methods and spatial composition in architectural planning and design. The results of research are as followed. First of all, spaces in traditional house are consisted with the upper roof, the middle room space, the lower base part. The upper part is roof and it is the symbol of identity of house and user class, the middle part reveals diverse topological space with Kan system and variable door and wall factors, and the lower part is the stereobate which acts the base for the house in the natural environment. The second one is that the topological types of space in house plan can be classified as tong(penetration), adjustable folding, courtyard(void), and relationship with nature in Korean traditional architecture. Each type can be related with continuity, variability, and transition in spatial characteristics. The third one is that there is relationship between architectural and spatial factors and esthetics in Korean traditional architecture. Spatial Kan system, folding with variable wall and door, penetration(tong), courtyard(void) have direct relationship with phenomenological esthetics and psychological esthetics, but traditional architecture and space show the combination of phenomenological esthetics and psychological esthetics in each factor.

      • 현대건축에서 공간의 확장성에 따른 건축 외피의 변화 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of architectural skin design according to the spatial largeness in contemporary architecture after 2000 and to provide the information of design methods in urban and architectural planning. The research results are as followed. First of all, the architectural skin usually is the combination of physical functions and phenomenological spatial perception. The second one is that the architectural largeness can be classified the spatial, structural, programic, and boundary largeness in contemporary architecture. The third one is that there are new architectural skin characteristics such as economical plus principle in remodeling by Lacaton & Vassal, structural exposure and expansion by Christian Kerez, program add-on to outside by Christian Kerez, diverse layering of skin by Peter Märkli. Based on the result of research, contemporary architectural design methods can be changed more complex ways according to diverse expression of space, structure, program and boundary, and architectural skin can be considered the result of diverse design activities of architecture.

        의료시설의 치유환경조성을 위한 요소별 특성 분석 - 단국대학교 천안캠퍼스 내 단국대학교병원과 치과병원을 중심으로 -

        The spatial analysis of indoor and outdoor spaces in medical and dental hospital is necessary for the development of healing environment and architectural planning of healthcare system and hospital architecture in Korea. The purpose of this study is to provide basic information about spatial configuration of healing environment such as rest area and outside view in Dankook university hospital, cancer center, and dental hospital. Literature review and investigation on current status of healing environment in Dankook healthcare facilities have been conducted. The relationship between healthcare facilities and factors of healing environment has been analyzed. The result of this study can be summarized as followed. The first one is that factors of healing environment are rest area and direct access to rest area, and outdoor natural view from inside of healthcare facilities. The second one is that rest areas are located inside and outside of facility and roof garden in Dankook healthcare facilities. The outside view from Dankook university hospital and cancer center is mountain green view and the one from dental hospital is lake water view in university campus. The third one is that characteristics of spatial configuration on outdoor rest area is low integration in access road and high integration inside rest area of medical hospital, and two different types(high and low integration) of rest area in dental hospital. The fourth one is that continuous and dynamic walking road of medical hospital can be a new factor of healing environment formation. This is the research of spatial configuration in healthcare system for the healing environment and to be expanded to other hospitals in Korea.

      • 치과의원의 공간구성과 설계 과정별 공간변화 분석방법

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial configuration and change of space according to design process of local dental clinic and to provide the information in architectural planning and interior design. The spatial configuration of dental clinic have been analyzed with graph theory, space syntax, and visual access and exposure(VAE). The result of this research can be summarized as followed. First of all, there is six multiple layers from entrance to the deepest space, machine room in graph theory. The second one is that vestibule where connects waiting room and treatment room has the highest connection, integration, and ERAM(3) and it can be the central space in the clinic. The third one is that entrance and reception have low accessed and exposed value but treatment room has highly accessed and exposed value and values have been changed according to design process. Based on the result of analysis, spatial configuration and analysis values are changed according to design process, and especially VAE method can be a useful tool to evaluate the spatial configuration according to design process.
