      • 가상실험을 이용한 연구결과의 민감도 및 특이도 측정

        cDNA microarray는 대량으로 유전자를 탐색할 수 있는 실험도구로 chip의 제작에서 대조군과 실험군으로부터 mRNA의 추출, microarray와 추출된 mRNA의 hybridization, 이미지 획득 및 분석, 자료의 정규화 및 생물정보학을 통한 의미추적에 이르기 까지 복잡한 과정의 복합체이다. 그러므로 cDNA microarray는 복잡한 실험 및 데이터의 분석과정에서 다양한 원인에 의해 연구결과가 편향될 수도 있다. 이를 극복할 수 있는 방법 중의 하나는 실험과정에서 설정하는 각종 매개변수가 실험의 결과에 미치는 영향을 정확하게 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 가상 cDNA microarray 실험을 통해 민감도와 특이도를 측정함으로써 spot pixel의 여과가 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시행되었는 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 가상 cDNA microarray의 spot 내에서 cDNA가 침적되는 양에 대한 수학적 모델을 적용한 결과 실제 spot과 거의 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 2. 실제 cDNA microarray의 background를 분석한 결과 background는 pixel intensity가 정규분포를 갖는 여러 요인의 합임을 관찰할 수 있었다. 3. 가상 스캔의 특성을 sigmoid 형태로 설정한 결과 Cy3-Cy5 scatter plot 상에서 spot의 다양한 분포 형태를 관찰할 수 있었다. 4. 가상 cDNA microarray 이미지에서 spot을 구성하는 pixel의 여과를 위한 매개변수를 변화시킴에 따라 민감도와 특이도의 변동을 측정한 결과 여과의 강도를 강화함에 따라 민감도는 감소하나 특이도는 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과는 cDNA microarray의 이미지 분석에서 매개변수의 설정에 따라 실험의 민감도와 특이도는 변동할 수 있음을 시사한다.

        This paper is to examine teacher's recognition level, the issue and activating plan about the management in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district in Kyunggi province. The questions of this study are as follows; First, how does teacher recognize the management on the meeting for autonomous supervision at kindergartens with district? 1) Is there a difference between public and private institution in teacher's recognition on actual state of the management in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district? 2) Is there a difference among educational careers in teacher's recognition on actual state of the management in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district? Second, how does teacher recognize the problems in the management in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district? 1) Is there a difference between public and private institution in teacher's recognition on problems of the management in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district? 2) Is there a difference among educational careers in teacher's recognition on actual state of the management in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district? Third, how does teacher's recognize the activating method in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district? 1) Is there a difference among the activating method in teacher's recognition on problem of the management in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district? 2) Is there a difference among educational careers in teacher's recognition on actual state of the management in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district? The questionnaire composed of three domains, teacher's recognition level of the actual state, of the problems, activating method in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district. Next, it's used a written inquiry with 24 items which has 3 subordinate aspect organization, projects and management. For the research, it sampled 548 teachers who works in Gimpo, Kwangmyung, and Buchun city. For the analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and x^(2)(chi-square)test and scheffe analysis were used. The results of this paper are as follows; First, generally teacher's recognition in the actual state of the management in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district is low in level. Public school teacher's recognition is a little higher than private school teacher's in the meeting for autonomous supervision by a founder at Kindergarten with district. And the teacher who has long career has a high recognition by educational career. Second, persons who should be participate, organization leadership and supervisor management and the problem recognition of project selection showed below the average. Public school teacher's recognition is a little higher than private school teacher's about project by a founder. Teacher's recognition is almost very high level of finance security and practical use condition. Third, teacher's recognition is very high in scope of persons who should be participate, the central manager, supervisor in the course of decision making and the methods for teacher's participation. It showed that the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district consists as the unit of around 5-7 kindergartens. The respondents answered that the meeting annually should be held 4 times and the education office has to support the lack of finance to kindergartens. The conclusions of this paper are as follows; First, the systematic device should provide for private kindergarten teachers and teachers with short career to activate the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district And the incentives need that lead to active participation. Second. regardless of her career, all teachers should be participated freely in the meeting for autonomous supervision at Kindergarten with district and systematic device should be prepared. Third, it should be take into consider in administrative and financial support from the education office.

      • 長생의 造形美에 關한 硏究 : 本人作品을 中心으로

        本人의 作品은 장생의 彫刻에서 나타나는 것과 같이 나무를 소재로 사용하였지만 그것을 物質的인 形態 그 자체로 보지 않고 거기에 내재되어 있는 어떤 精神, 信仰, 所望을 감지해 내고자 하는데 노력을 기울였다. 그리고 소외된 現代人들의 生活을 극복하고자 하는 祈願, 사랑의 所望 같은 呪術的인 것을 테마로 하고 韓國의 傳統的인 陰陽의 調和와 線으로 單純, 槪括, 變形 등 彫刻 적인 언어로 現實 生活을 表現하자는 데 그 초점을 두었다. 장생은 韓國 村落의 어귀에 널리 분포되어 있다. 이는 현대 문명속에서 그 자취를 잃어 가는 것이 아니라 藝術家, 民間藝術人에 의해 부단히 變化, 發展하는 모습으로 民族의 精神意志, 原始藝術을 재조명하면서 오늘까지도 우리 民族 精神世界와 文化의 생성, 發展이라는 과정 속에서 현재에 살아 있는 造形物로 볼 수 있다. 그리고 장생은 자고로 村落의 平和, 健康, 繁榮을 지키는 信仰的 숭배대상으로 되어왔다. 장생이 지니고 있는 이러한 점에 착안하여 本人의 作品은 다음과 같은 주제로 制作하고자 하였다. 장생의 紀元, 장생의 造形, 呪術的인 特徵을 分析하고 造形의 自然主義, 量感, 單純性, 陰陽으로 분류하여 考察하였다. 장생 彫刻에서 오는 信仰背景을 精神的인 에너지로 승화하여 家族의 所望, 사랑, 기원 등의 呪術的인 주제로 作品을 제작하였다. 즉, 장생 彫刻이 지니는 民族심성을 기반으로 하는 呪術的인 象徵性과 時代的 배경과 장생 彫刻 自然主義, 陰陽思想, 量感을 考察하였다. 이를 토대로 해서 本人의 作品에서는 人間의 근원적 충동으로 승화시켜 造形화 했다고 할 수 있다. The researcher uses wood for making totem pole as shown in its sculpture, but concentrates on detecting a spirit, faith and hope inhered in it, not to consider it as a physical shape. Therefore this research makes incantatory things such as hope of iove and hope to overcome the alienated modems' life the theme of works and focuses on expressing the harmony of korean traditional male and female principles and real life in sculptural language. Totem poles are distributed widely in the entrance to the korean villages. It has not lost its trace in modem culture, but is alive structure in the process of generation and development of the spiritual world of our nation with steadily changing and developing appearances by artists, reviewing the spiritual will and primitive art of our nation. and totem poles have been the subject of religious worship keeping the peace, health and prosperity of the village. the researcher makes totem poles based on these characteristics of totem poles with the following themes. This research analyzes the forms of totem poles and their incantatory features and examines naturalism, massiveness and male and female principles of its forms. it sublimes the religious background from sculpture of totem poles with spiritual energy and makes them with incantatory themes such as family hope, love and prayer. it investigates incantatory symbolism based on the national mentality of sculpture shown in totem poles, its historical background, naturalism, male and female principles and massiveness of sculptures of totem poles. The researcher's works sublimed totem poles with man's essential motive.

      • 세라믹필터의 역세정최적화 연구

        Dust collector using ceramic filter element has been interested as it shows high collection efficiency more than 99.99% as well as being able to be operated at high temperature. The main issue in the filtration is how to effectively clean the filter elements when they are saturated in the pressure drop across them with the dust cake on their surfaces. The cleaning of filter elements is carried out by the applying the reverse pulse gas at high pressure, which is called a pulse-jet cleaning. The pulse-jet cleaning is a critical technology in filtration as it is very difficult to maintain the stable pressure drop as well as keeping the uniform cleaning for all the filter elements over the thousands for commercial filter unit. There are many factors governing the cleaning efficiency of the filter element such as, dust properties, operation conditions, as well as the unit design. The cleaning mode of the pulse-jet is also an important factor for the cleaning of filter elements. In order to investigate the effect of pulse-jet mode on the filtration, the tendency of the pressure drop increase was compared for the cases of the different numbers of the filter element for a group. Three filter elements was mounted in a test unit using the entertainment bed where the settling dust cakes during the pulse-jet cleaning are re-entrained with the fluid passing out the bed. The cleaning of the filter elements was carried out in two modes; (1) a collective mode where all the filter elements are compiled as one group and (2) a distributed mode where one element constructs one group. All the filter elements are coincidently cleaned in the mode 1 during the injection of the pulse gas. Otherwise, the three filter elements are sequently cleaned. The pressure drop was well estimated with an equation compiled with the pressure drops across the filter element itself and the layers dust cakes, and well matched with the experimental results. The collective method of mode 1 showed the large gap of pressure drop between the maximum and minimum for the pre and pro of the cleaning as keeping the low value of the base line pressure drop after the cleaning of the filter element, which shows the effective filter cleaning but increasing the pressure drop as there is no room for the distribution of the pulse cleaning gas. The distributed method of mode 2 showed the small gap of pressure drop between the maximum and minimum for the pre and pro of the cleaning as keeping the high value of the base line pressure drop, which means the weak cleaning effect but decreasing the pressure drop as there is enough room for the distribution of the pulse cleaning gas. The calculation results predicted the smaller gap of the pressure drop with the larger number of pulse cleaning group showing the saturation increase of the baseline pressure drop over the seven groups for the all filter elements. So the distributed mode of pulse cleaning group was more recommended than the collective one.
