Development of App. for Efficient Safety and Health Management of Workplaces for Disabled Persons

Purpose: It is necessary to prepare more groundbreaking measures to prevent recurrence in order to reduce the number of industrial accidents in Korea that occur steadily. In particular, since workers with disabilities are much more vulnerable to disaster safety than non-disabled workers, there is a great need to build a customized safety environment system suitable for the characteristics of the work in which workers with disabilities work and to promote management efficiency. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the analysis of the actual status of safety and health management of workplaces for the disabled, such as small, medium-sized and major businesses in Korea, an app was designed and developed to improve safety and health management efficiency of workplaces for the disabled. First, it was designed so that managers of workplaces with disabilities can understand at a glance key legal information that managers need to know and it was improved to suit the eye level of disabled workers so that they could self-evaluate the risk of their work by applying the risk assessment model for workplaces with disabilities. In addition, a mobile education environment was created in which safety and health education contents suitable for the characteristics of disabled workers can be learned by themselves. Results: When this app is applied to domestic workplaces, it is possible to check the exact contents of occupational safety and health education and easily search and check various legal information anytime, anywhere, allowing managers and disabled workers to quickly and efficiently manage various safety information. Conclusions: In addition, the establishment of a mobile safety and health management system that can quickly identify and clearly respond to various legal standards and risks of workplaces with disabilities can be expected to help prevent industrial accidents at workplaces with disabilities in Korea.

공사기간은 순수한 작업기간에 작업불가능기간을 더하여 산정할 수 있다. 순작업기간은 과거의 실적자료로부터 구할 수 있다. 작업불가능기간도 기상자료로부터 정확하게 산정할 수 있지만, 이에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 작업불가능기간에 영향을 미치는 요소 중 기후요소를 분석하여 인천지역의 작업불가능일수를 산정 $\cdot$ 제시하는 것이다. 기존의 연구문헌을 검토하고, 최근 30년간의 기후자료를 통계분석 하여 인천지역의 작업불가능일수를 제안하였다. 강우량의 경우 10mm이상일 때 작업이 불가능하며 그 일수는 연 29일로 나타났다. 저온으로 인한 골조부문($4^{\circ}C$이하)과 마감 부문($0^{\circ}C$이하)의 작업불가능일수는 각각 97일, 52일이며, 고온으로 인한 작업불가능일수는 일최고기온 $32^{\circ}C$이상을 기준으로 할 때 3일로 산출되었다. We should consider climatic factors influencing construction works in order to estimate construction time correctly. This study is to analyze climate elements affecting construction duration and to calculate non-working days far Inchoen territorial region. Through surveying literatures and examining several existing criteria we suggest a Proper criteria for each climate elements which would be used for estimating non-working days. The criteria is made on the raw climate data of Meteorological Administration during the last 30 years(1974-2003) far Incheon region. In case of rainfall, it is estimated as non-working days when daily precipitation is expected more than 10mm, its number of days for Incheon is 29 days. In case of low temperature, the number of non-working days for the concrete works(its criteria be below $4^{\circ}C$ average) and the finishing works(below $0^{\circ}C$ average) is 97 days, 52 days, respectively. In case of high temperature, it is three days when daily highest temperature is expected going over $32^{\circ}C$
해안 방재림 조성으로 인한 바람에너지 감소 효과의 정량적 분석 - 임분밀도 대비 소산률 상관식 -

The objective of this study is to establish a quantitative method for analyzing wind energy dissipation rate for the assessment of compositioneffect in the Coastal forest for damage prevention. The dissipation rate is defined as a ratio of the decreased power at thewake to the total incident kinetic energy per unit time for incident air particles. From the field data of East, West, and South sea coastsfrom Korean peninsula, the three-dimensional shape of tree is modeled with computer-aided design (CAD) technique, and the consecutivenumerical analysis is accomplished using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Numerical results are compared with those ofwind tunnel experiment with an aerodynamic test model, reduced but similar, output with a 3-D printer. Consequently, the correlationsbetween tree density and dissipation rate are obtained for the reference fields of each coasts, which was found to regress in thegraph of a logarithmic form. 본 연구의 목표는 해안 방재림의 조성 효과를 평가하기 위하여 정량적인 인자로서 바람에너지 소산율을 분석하는 방법을 적립하는 데있다. 소산율은 입구 공기 입자가 가진 단위 시간당 총 입사 운동에너지 대비 후류에서 감쇠된 동력의 비로 정의 하였다. 한국 동, 서남해안의 대표지로부터 취득한 야장 데이터를 바탕으로 수목들의 3차원 형상을 전산설계 기법으로 모델링 하였으며, 전산유체역학 기법을 이용하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 수치 모델과 동일한 형태로 3차원 프린터로 출력한 공력 시험 축소 모델을 사용하여 얻은 풍동실험 결과와 비교되었다. 연구 결과로서 각 해안의 임분밀도 대비 소산율의 상관관계를 구하였으며, 로그 형태의 그래프로 회귀하는것을 알 수 있었다.
