In this paper, the long time breakdown characteristic of the epoxy composite, which is widely used in the insulation system for high voltage application, was estimated with Weibull distribution. In the procedure of the estimation, the short time breakdown characteristics for the epoxy composite specimens, which were made with the variation of hardener and/or filler, were tested firstly. Then the long time voltage-to-time test was implemented. Finally, the long time breakdown voltage of each specimen was estimated with the parameters obtained from the statistical treatment with Weibull distribution. Base on the results, it has been found that the optimal weight ratio of epoxy resin/hardener/filler that has the excellent long time breakdown characteristic was 100/100/65. It was due to the silane treatment which relieves the electric field at the interface between filler and epoxy.

This paper tried to develop a BLDC electric motor securing the 800 W-level watertight structure for driving the outboard motor. For this purpose, this paper developed a high-efficient controller-integrating BLDC electric motor system for underwater propulsion and designed and developed a triple watertight structure. Besides, this study developed a outboard motor integrating motor, propeller and controller based on the production of a controller for BLDC motor which can the speed control by selecting low-voltage, high-current power element. The characteristics of developed outboard motor were 24 V input voltage, over 800 W motor output, and max. 3,000 rpm motor, and 84.9% motor efficiency, and the developed outboard motor could secure the watertight structure in 5 m in water depth.

본 연구에서는 스테이터 구조에 의한 마그네틱 베어링의 전자장해석을 수행하였으며 AMB 시스템의 설계 기준을 얻기 위하여 3가지 방식의 구조에서 전기적 특성을 구하였다. FEM 기법을 이용하여 AMB의 3가지 방식을 시뮬레이션한 결과, 1, 2, 그리고 3번 방식은 N극에서 S극으로 많은 자속선 벡터가 이동하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 자속선들은 로타로 전달되고 있다. 이 선들은 로타가 회전하는 것을 도와주고 있다. 따라서, 이러한 전기적 특성 자료는 마그네틱 베어링 설계자료로 이용되고, 설계 기준을 만드는데 도움이 될 것이다. In this study, it carried out Electromagnetic Field Analysis of Magnetic Bearing due to stator structure and it got the electrical characteristics of 3 structure types of AMB(Active magnetic bearing) systems to get optimal design criteria. The results of simulation in three types of AMB, using FEM method, type 1, 2, and 3 had many paths to move magnetic flux vectors from N pole to S pole and magnetic flux lines are transferred to rotor as a shaft. The paths help to rotate the rotors. So, their data of electrical properties carry out design of magnetic bearing system and the data help to make design criteria.

The (SrCa)TiO₃(SCT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode (Pt/TiN/SiO₂/Si) using RF sputtering method at various deposition temperature. The dielectric constant of SCT thin films were increased with the increase of deposition temperature, and changed almost linearly in temperature ranges of -80~+90[℃]. Also, SCT thin films was observed the phenomena of dielectric relaxation with the increase of frequency, and the relaxation frequency was observed above 200[㎑]. V-I characteristics of SCT thin films show the increasing leakage current with the increases of deposition temperature. The conduction mechanism of the SCT thin films observed in the temperature range of 25~100[℃] can be divided into three characteristic regions with different mechanism by the increasing current. The region 1 below 0.8[MV/㎝] shows the ohmic conduction. The region 2 can be explained by the Child's law, and the region 3 is dominated by the tunneling effect.
ITO/Alq₃/Al 구조 유기 발광 소자의 유전분극 현상의 연구

We have investigated dielectric polarization in organic light-emitting diodes using 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq₃) as an electron transport and emissive material. We analyzed the dielectric polarization of organic light-emitting diodes using characteristics of impedance and equivalent circuit of ITO/Alq₃/Al. Impedance characteristics was measured complex impedance Z and phase θ in the frequency range of 1×40 ㎐ to 1×10? ㎐. We obtained complex electrical conductivity, dielectric constant, and loss tangent (tanδ) of the device at room temperature. And, we obtained the equivalent circuit of ITO/Alq₃/Al through analyzing dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent. From these analyses, we could interpret a conduction mechanism and dielectric polarization.

We use the electrical energy and it is essential energy in modern life, but we lay cable underground due to the issue for environment and safety. Safety for worker is still insufficient for the development of safety equipment and related research has been focused on the cable lifetime diagnosis at underground cable work. I have to develop live line detector around the magnetic field were investigated at underground cable. In this paper, we were investigated by variation of coil turns and load due to detection of magnetic field at lines around. And detected value of developing products compared with measured value of milli-gauss meter. As a result, the value of the number of coil turns was found to be proportional to the measured value. But turn-numbers increase showed that the weak noise. I could be confirmed that sensor showed the optimum value from 4,000 to 5,0000.
