골프장 조성에 따른 도심형 관광목적지의 지역경제적 영향

This study is to investigate the economic impact of a golf course construction on the urban-typed tourist destination through the regional input-output analysis. For the purpose accomplished the study area is targeted to Busan, which is the second largest city in Korea and typically is a urban typed destination. This research found the following results : first, the economic impact of constructions in Busan is estimated to be ￦477.7 billion in production impact, 8,455 jobs in employment impact and ￦104.5 billion in income impact. Second, tourist expenditure impact is expected to create ￦1.419 trillion in production impact, 32,645 jobs in employment impact and ￦277.1 billion in income impact over 10 years. Finally, analysis of the economic impact of a golf course construction suggests the importance of golf as a tourist industry and its great impact on the urban typed tourist destination. 본 논문은 지방세수확충을 통한 지방재정 자립도 제고뿐만 아니라 외국관광객의 집객효과를 통해 관광산업을 육성하여 고용창출과 지역 경제 활성화할 수 있는 골프산업을 성장산업의 대안으로 설정하여 골프장 조성에 따른 지역의 경제적 파급효과를 부산을 대상으로 분석하였다. 골프장과 관련한 건설, 운영 및 관리, 이용객 지출에 따른 전체 경제파급효과를 보면, 생산유발효과가 4,777억원, 취업유발효과가 8,455명, 소득유발효과는 1,045억원으로 나타났다. 일반관광지출의 경우 10년간에 걸친 경제파급효과를 보면 생산유발효과가 4,272억원, 취업유발효과가 10,497명, 소득유발효과는 833억원으로 나타났다. 주요용어 : 골프장, 지역산업연관모형, 경제적 파급효과, 관광사업.

언택트 관광동기가 관광만족 및 SNS구전의도에 미치는 영향

Due to the recent continued COVID-19 pandemic, non-face-to-face consumption trends are in place in the consumption sector. In the tourism field, interest in untact tourism, which allows you to enjoy nature while avoiding contact with people, is increasing. In this study, first, the motivation for untact tourist destinations was identified and the effect on satisfaction was analyzed. In addition, the effect of untact tourism satisfaction on SNS WOM(word of mouth) intention was verified. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, untact tourism motivation was divided into five factors: untact motivation, healing motivation, escape motivation, family-friendly motivation, and nature experience motivation. Second, it was found that untact motivation, escape motivation, and family-friendly motivation had a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Third, it was found that tourism satisfaction had a significant positive effect on SNS WOM intention. Finally, based on the research results, a plan to revitalize untact tourist destinations was sought to induce tourists to revisit the untact tourist attractions.

Most of the reported cases of pneumocephalus are related to head trauma but gas containing brain abscess is a rare condition. Three cases of intraparenchymal gas containing brain abscesses have recently been experienced. All of three cases were otogenic origin, but causative organisms could not be found in bacteriological studies. Two cases were improved by pus drainage and total extirpation of abscess cavity with administration of broad spectrum antibiotics, but one case died suddenly during initial stage of brain abscess formation.

Isoniazid 가 생쥐 좌골신경에 미치는 영향에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

In an attempt to elucidate the effect of isoniazid on the sciatic nerve of mouse, electron microscopic study was performed to examine the fine structure of sciatic nerve of mouse after administration of isoniazid. Mice were received daily 100㎎ and 200㎎ of isoniazid per ㎏ body weight through gastric intubation and sacrified 2 and 4 weeks respectively. The results were summerized as follows: 1. Morphological changes of isoniazid neuropathy were similar to those of Wallerian degeneration. 2. Myelin sheath of sciatic nerve affected by isoniazid was collapsed abnormally compared with control group. 3. The space formed by shrinking of axoplasm was observed between the axon and myelin sheath and also some vacuoles were shown in the axoplasm. 4. In the experimental group, the number of cell organelles in Schwann cell were slightly decreased than those of the control group, and some vacuoles were also appeared in the cytoplasm of Schwann cell. From these results, isoniazid induces peripheral neuropathy, especially in axon, myelin sheath and Schwann cells.

패밀리레스토랑 종업원의 상사의 지원 및 분배공정성이 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The objective of this study was to test the hypothesized relationships between organizational citizenship behavior and its determinants. To measure these hypothesized relationships at the individual level of analysis, 257 employee responses from several family-restaurant chains were analyzed. The model was evaluated using structural equation modeling (SEM) utilizing SAS CALIS (SAS System, 1989). Results indicated that supervisory support was found to have positive, direct effects on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction, whereas job satisfaction can increase organizational citizenship behavior. The positive relationship between distributive justice and job satisfaction, as hypothesized in this study, was supported. However, the direct relationship between distributive justice and organizational citizenship behavior was not supported.
