During recent years, the durability of concrete structures has been considered in concrete practice and material research. To preserve the brittleness of concrete as well as energy absorption and impact resistance, amount of fiber usage has greatly increased in the field of public works. Ultra fine powder, silica fume, mixed into concrete, it reduce void of concrete structure. Especially, there's a great effect for strength improvement of concrete by initial pozzolanic reactions. For these reasons, if silica fume mixed into concrete, it decrease the total void by microfiller effect. Pozzolan reaction, between cement particle and silica powder, can elaborate the micro structure of matrix. And so, in this paper, we deal SFRC for the purpose of efficiently using of industrial by-products(silica fume). Also we performed the tests for durability such as freeze-thaw resistance and accelerated carbonation of SFRC using silica fume.

In this study, recent ecological picture books published since 1990 were analyzed in terms of ecological criticism, its significance and problems were discussed, and the direction of future ecological picture books. Ecological picture books began to appear in Korea around the first half of the 1990s. Early ecological picture books show detailed pictures of nature, such as flowers, grass, fish, and insects. Most books described facts truthfully and beautifully. It developed a nature-friendly attitude to children by providing accurate information on the process of life's growth, without the appearance of the relationship between nature and humans. Since the late 1990s, picture books depicting people living with nature or the sentimental sadness of extinct fish and animals have been published in documentary form. It conveyed the message that humans should live with nature, but the story was not interesting enough to appeal to children. Picture books expressing the seriousness of environmental degradation began to appear in the early 2000s. Picture books criticizing social problems such as the rapid expansion of the city and natural pollution have emerged, and picture books about urban people dreaming of nature have also been published. These books allowed readers to recognize and consider environmental problems, but there was a narrative problem due to its strong enlightenment. In the 2010s, various ecological picture books were published, and three trends in ecological picture books published during this period can be identified. First, picture books accuse human greed of destroying nature: plastic-covered islands that eventually expel humans, algae that live in rivers leave humans, and environmental polluters warning that they will destroy ecosystems around the world. The second is a picture book on animal rights. Third, recent ecological picture books aim not only to report environmental destruction, but also to restore the destroyed natural environment and seek peaceful coexistence between nature and humans. For Korean ecological picture books to take a leap forward, they must produce works faithful to the ecological ideology of pursuing human life in harmony with nature, and present images of restoring nature by showing activities and harmony between people and nature. Another task that picture book writers should keep in mind is to recognize the concept of ecological literature so that they can present a vision that embraces and allow readers to also recognise the disabled, the elderly, children, women, and foreigners. Finally, for ecological picture books to be well received by readers, writers must create picture books that can harmonize ecological ideology, artistry, and interest.

The BEM (Boundary Element Method) has fairly recently been developed, wheras the FEM (Finite Element Method) is well established today. The BEM has several potential advantages relative to the FEM. The one is easy for BEM to discretize elements and to preparation input data. Another is that the governing equation is transformed into integral equation is transformed into an integral equation defined over the surface so that it causes to be reduced dimension of the problem by one. In this paper, BEM was used in order to compute stresses and displacements for plane stress problem that was subjected inner pressure. The results of computation were well agreement with the solution of elasticity.

청소년 문제행동의 유형 발달에 대한 종단적 연구: 다문화 청소년을 중심으로

Current study was conducted to classify the problematic behavior of multicultural adolescent who live in Korea and explore the factors which impact these types. In addition, current study, not only at one point, was conducted longitudinal studies to explore how their problematic behavior changes over time and what factors affect the change. Based on the survey data of NYPi, latent class analysis was conducted to classify problematic behavior on two wave and R3STEP to explore what factor affect to classifying. And latent transition analysis were conducted to find class chaging. According to analysis with 1635 adolescent, in first wave, 6 subtypes(normal, substance, sexual, violent, desertion, financial) were found and 5 subtypes(normal, substance, sexual, desertion, violent-financil) were found in second wave. Transition analysis reported that normal to problematic and problematic to normal transition is more than problematic to problematic subtype. So, we explored the factors which affect these transitions. Current study suggests implications for manegement and intervention of problematic behavior of multicultural juvenile delinquency. 본 연구는 국내에서 거주하고 있는 다문화청소년들의 문제행동 유형을 분류하고 각 유형에 각 각의 보조요인들이 미치는 영향을 탐색하기 위해 실시된 연구이다. 또한 한 시점에서 그치지 않고 다문화청소년들이 시간이 지남에 따라 그들의 문제행동이 어떠한 양상으로 변화하고, 그 변화에 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는지 탐색하기 위해 종단적 연구를 실시했다. 한국청소년정책연구원 의 조사 자료(MAPS)를 바탕으로 다문화청소년의 문제행동을 유형화하기 위해 두 시점에 걸쳐 잠 재계층분석을 실시했으며 계층분류에 영향을 미치는 보조변수를 탐색하기 위해 R3STEP분석을 실시했다. 또한 다문화청소년의 문제행동이 시간이 지남에 따라 어떠한 양상으로 변화하는지 탐색 하기 위해 잠재전이분석을 실시했다. 총 1635명의 다문화청소년을 대상으로 분석을 실시했으며 첫 번째 시점인 3차년도의 경우 저문제행동집단, 물질문제행동집단, 성문제행동집단, 폭력문제행동집단, 이탈문제행동집단, 금전문제행동집단의 6개 계층으로 분류됐으며, 6차년도의 경우 물질문제행 동집단, 저문제행동집단, 금전⋅폭력문제행동집단, 이탈문제행동집단, 성문제행동집단의 5개 계층으 로 분류됐다. 또한 잠재전이분석결과 저문제행동집단에서 각 문제행동 집단으로 변화하거나 각 문제 행동 집단에서 저문제행동집단으로 변화하는 경우가 많았다. 이에 따라 이러한 변화에 영향을 미치 는 요인들을 탐색했다. 본 연구는 국내의 다문화청소년들의 문제행동과 그 변화에 영향을 미치는 요 인을 탐색하고 각 유형의 문제행동에 따라 서로 다른 영향을 비교하여 차후에 다문화청소년을 대상 으로 한 문제행동 관리와 개입에 대한 시사점을 제언했다.
