배풍등(排風藤)이 $CCl_4$ 유발된 mouse의 간손상(肝損傷)에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Solanum lyratum Extract (SLE) on the recovery of liver in $CCI_{4}-intoxicated$ mice. In this study, ICR-Mice were divided into 3 experimental groups; Normal group was fed basal diet and was fed bassal diet for 2 Weeks, sample group was injected $CCl_{4}\;(0.6m{\ell}/kg)$ and was fed basal diet for 2 weeks, sample group was injected $CCl_{4}\;(0.6m{\ell}/kg)$ and was fed the SLE 500mg/kg fod 2 Weeks. In sample group, the level of serum AST, ALT, ALP activity decreased significantly compared with control group. This results suggest that SLE has appreciable therapeutic effect on $CCI_4$ induced hepatotoxicity. In sample group, the level of LPO in liver homogenates decreased significantly compared with control group. In sample group. the level of GSH, catalase in liver homogenates increased significantly compared with control group. This results suggest that SLE has appreciable antioxidant effect on $CCI_4induced hepatotoxicity. In conclusion the results suggest that SLE has appreciable therapeutic effect and antioxidant effect on $CCI_4$ induced hepatotoxicity.
오적산(五積散)을 투여한 흰쥐의 간장, 신장, 골중 금속농도 비교에 관한 연구

Traditional herbal medicine is used extensively among the Korean populations, and other Asian countries employ similar therapies as well In recent years, extensive focus was laid on adulteration of the herbal medicine with heavy metals. This may be mainly due to a soil contamination by an environmental pollution. The objective of this study is to identify the contents of various heavy metals in the blood from OhJeokSan-Decoction (OD) treated-rats. For this study, 13 kinds of metals including essential and heavy metals, i.e. Al, As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Se and Zn were analyzed by a slight modification of EPA methods and the following results are obtained. ; 1. There is no significant difference between the OD-treated groups and control group in liver, kidney, bone, brain, weight, food intake. 2. The amount of each metal analyzed in the liver are as follows; Al ; $0.235{\sim}4.215mg/kg$, As ; $0.103{\sim}0.461mg/kg$, Cd ; $0.005{\sim}0.010mg/kg$, Co ; $0.017{\sim}0.046mg/kg$, Cr ; $0.137{\sim}0.403mg/kg$, Cu ; $1.736{\sim}4.827mg/kg$, Fe ; $54.472{\sim}381.447mg/kg$, Hg ; not detected, Mn ; $1.159{\sim}2.803mg/kg$, Ni ; $0.007{\sim}0.095mg/kg$, Pb ; not detected, Se ; $0.682{\sim}1.887mg/kg$, Zn ; $10.213{\sim}26.119mg/kg$, by groups, respectively. In control and other experimental group, several metal (Co, Cu, Mn, Zn, As, Cr) has a significant difference, but in experimental I and other experimental II, III, IV, V groups, there are no significant difference. 3. The amount of each metal analyzed in the kidney are as follows; Al ; $1.712{\sim}31.230mg/kg$, As ; $0.062{\sim}0.439mg/kg$, Cd ; $0.010{\sim}0.062mg/kg$, Co ; $0.000{\sim}0.101mg/kg$, Cr ; $0.125{\sim}0.636mg/kg$, Cu ; $3.385{\sim}12.502mg/kg$, Fe ; $41.148{\sim}99.709mg/kg$, Hg ; $0.000{\sim}0.270mg/kg$, Mn ; $0.433{\sim}2.301mg/kg$, Ni ; $0.000{\sim}0.221mg/kg$, Pb ; $0.000{\sim}0.584mg/kg$, Se ; $0.540{\sim}1.600mg/kg$, Zn ; $8.775{\sim}17.060mg/kg$, by groups, respectively. The concentration of Cu, Se, Cr, and Hg are variated significantly in control and other experimental group, and Cu, Se, Cd, Cr are variated significantly in experimental I and other experimental II, III, IV, V groups. 4. The amount of each metal analyzed in the bone(tibia and fibula) are as follows; Al ; $9.557{\sim}119.464mg/kg$, As ; $0.139{\sim}12.250mg/kg$, Cd ; $0.000{\sim}0.295mg/kg$, Co ; $0.022{\sim}0.243mg/kg$, Cr ; $0.239{\sim}1.999mg/kg$, Cu ; $0.000{\sim}2.291mg/kg$, Fe ; $240.249{\sim}841.956mg/kg$, Hg ; $0.000{\sim}0.983mg/kg$, Mn ; $0.214{\sim}7.353mg/kg$, Ni ; $5.473{\sim}11.453mg/kg$, Pb ; $0.000{\sim}8.502mg/kg$, Se ; $0.000{\sim}3.005mg/kg$, Zn ; $61.158{\sim}195.038mg/kg$, by groups, respectively. The concentration of Se, Cd are variated significantly in control and other experimental groups, and Se is variated significantly in experimental I and other experimental II, III, IV, V groups. 5. Exceptionally several metal concentration is increased or decreased. but there is no significant harmful difference of metal concentration in the liver, kidney and bone, from the OD-treated-rats compared to those of the control group even if higher dosage($1{\sim}8$ times dosage of person) of OD was administered. Thus, it is expected that the herbal decoction in the traditional herbal medicine would not lay any burden on the body and the heavy metal toxins would not affect our physiological system. DEA를 이용한 유제품 대리점의 효율성 분석 - S낙농협동조합 중심으로-

최근 유제품을 생산 판매하는 국내 낙농협동조합의 경영환경은 낙농 선진국과의 자유무역협정(FTA)의 발효와 급격한 출산저하 그리고 신 유통의 발달로 급격하게 변화고 있다. 이로 인해 소비자 구매 행동의 변화와 기업경영환경의 변화에 따른 음용유 제품의 소비가 둔화되어 낙농협동조합경영에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 자료포락분석(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)을 이론으로 R언어를 사용하여, 서울 시내 207개 대리점에 대한 효율성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 DMU별효율성을 파악하고 효율적인 DMU가 되기 위한 목표 값을 제시하였다. 또한 대리점 경영 역량 차이가 존재하며 이러한 요인이 효율성에 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그뿐만 아니라 경영환경변수를 반영한 그룹과 경영환경 변수를 반영하지 않는 그룹 간의 효율성은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 낙농협동조합의 유제품 대리점 경영에서 대리점의 경영 역량 차이를 확인할 수 있었으며, 효율성 분석에서 경영환경 변수의 중요성을 확인하고 이를 바탕으로 효율적인 DMU가 되기 위한 목표산출물을 제시하여 낙농협동조합의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하였다. Recently, due to the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and a sharp decline in the number of adolescents in the general population, a marked growth in novel distribution systems has changed the management environment of cooperative dairies. These distribution systems have hindered the consumption of fluid milk products by changing consumers` buying behaviors as well as business management environments. In this study, we used Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with R language to evaluate the managerial efficiency of 207 dairy product agencies in Seoul, South Korea. The results were used to provide each District Milk Union (DMU) with a goal for improving its efficiency. By analyzing each dairy product agency`s management environment, it was revealed that management competence, which affects efficiency, varies in the individual DMUs. In addition, groups that reflected management environment variables showed statistically significant higher efficiency than those who did not reflect such variables. This study revealed differences in management competence among dairy product agencies in Seoul, identified the importance of management environment variables, and proposed goals for achieving efficient DMUs in all the agencies. This work presents an implication for the enhancement of competitiveness among cooperative dairies.

Many attempts have been made to examine the role of public infrastructure promoting the regional economic activity in other countries. However, due to non availability of regional capital stock data, no analysis on this issue has been done in Korea. The objectives of this paper are three-fold: (1) to construct the public capital series for the period of 1972∼1991 at the 11 regional level by a combina. tion of the benchmark year method and the perpetual inventory techniques; (2) to determine the relative importance of inputs, including private capital, labor, and public capital to the growth of regional output; and (3) to identify whether the technological relationships between inputs are substitutes or come plements. To evaluate the respective impact of the public capital, we decompose publicly provided inputs into transportation infrastructure and non-transportation infrastructure. The relationship we analyze is a long-run regional production function, controlling for relevant province-specific effects and changes in technology. The sure of the estimated exponent coefficients is statistically significantly greater than 1, thus reflecting agglomeration economies. The results show that the estimated coefficients on the input variables are highly significant with the exception of non-transportation infrastructure. The relative sizes of the coefficients on the input variables reveal that labor input plays the major role in regional economic growth. Although the aggregate impact of pubic capitals appears to have about 60 percent compared to that of the private capital, public capital stock has a positive and statistically significant impact on regional output. In public capital inputs, the relative impact of transportation infrastructure is much greater than that of non-transportation infrastructure. With respect to technological relationships, we find that public capital and private capital are complements, and public capital and labor are also complements. These results can be interpreted as that public capital stock not only serves prerequisite to regional economic growth but also provides a base for the future expansion of regional employment. In conclusion, results from the finding in this study underline the importance of increasing public capital stock in order to support future regional economic activities.

본 논문은 광신호의 파형특성분석을 위한 광통신링크 모델링에 관해 기술하고 있다. 2.5 Gb/s의 데이터 율로 쌍극광변조기를 통해 광신호가 생성되며, 반도체광증폭기의 상호이득변조 현상을 이용하여 파장변환을 수행하게 되는데, 이러한 광신호의 파형특성을 분석한다. 특히, 신호의 광스펙트럼, 아이다이어그램, 비트에 러율 등의 측정을 통해 파형의 특성을 분석하다. A 2.5 Gb/s data pattern is generated by a dual-electrode electro-optic modulator and the wavelength conversion is performed by cross-gain modulation in a semiconductor optical. amplifier, The waveform of the converted optical signal is analysed based on optical spectrum, eye diagram, bit error rate.
