본 연구는 원예작물로서 수출상품으로 크게 각광을 받고 있는 음성군지역의 접목선인장을 대상으로 글로벌 상품사슬을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과는 다음과 같다. 접목선인장 재배를 위한 자재구입지역을 살펴보면, 음성군지역 내 네트워크가 강하게 작용하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또 접목선인장은 선진국에 비해 값싼 노동력을 이용해 재배하고 수출되는데, 이는 월러스틴의 세계 시스템론에 비추어 볼 때 반주변지역에서 핵심지역으로의 노동의 공간적 분업이 이루어짐을 의미하고, 수입국가에서 재수출하는 경우에도 핵심지역 또는 반주변지역으로 노동의 공간분업이 이루어졌음을 의미한다. 또한 구매자 주도형 상품사슬은 상업자본이 접목선인장 판매망을 통해 대부분의 사슬을 주도하여 노동의 공간적 분업으로 이윤을 발생시킨다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 이러한 현상은 음성군지역 접목선인장의 고품질화를 통해 상품사슬의 공간적 지속성을 유지하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the global commodity chains of the grafted cactus of Umseong region. The major findings of this study are as follows. Buying materials for cultivating the grafted cactus is based on the intra- Umseong local network. In addition, exporting grafted cactus using cheaper labor force means spatial division of labor from semi-periphery region to core region in terms of Wallerstein’s world system theory. It is thought that buyer-driven commodity chains of farm products profit by division of labor caused by a sales network of the grafted cactus. And such situation means that high quality of the grafted cactus in Umseong maintains the spatial continuity by commodity chains.

The effect of antibacterial activities of chitosan against Salmonella choleraesuis subsp. was investigated in terms of concentration of chitosan and pHs. The antibacterial activity of chitosan increased with the increasing concentration of chitosan. Chitosan exhibited strong antibacterial activity against Salmonella choleraesuis subsp. at pH 5. The antibacterial activity of chitosan with positive charged amino groups hinder cell division and suppress the propagation of bacteria.

As seem above, I was able to know that when selecting the character in making upm, the role character effects that the character reflects was great. Preparation, planning, and previous considerations is considered as important in making up. If making up is made just before getting on the stage, dresser won't be able to display his ability enough. Seeking the balance in many sides of making up and lighting on the stage plays an important role in achieving the proper making up effects so that many spectators may be absor bed in the role of the characters or themselves. Making up on the stage can make good and simple impression deceptive and cunning character. Of course, if a person has an impression appropriating to that, he will help many things in the time of making up.

A patient who underwent a transfusion due to an aplastic anemia subsequently experienced secondary hemochromatosis, which is very rare in Korea. The 56 year old female was admitted to our hospital with complaints of general weakness, fatigue, a brown-colored facial complexion, dyspnea upon exertion, and abdominal distension. Laboratory examination disclosed functional impairment of the liver and echocardiography revealed a congestive heart failure pattern. Gastrofiberscopy revealed brown colored gastric mucosa, and a fundal mucosa biopsy revealed a hemosidt pigment in iron stain.
