The purpose of this study was to investigate how the factors affecting job stress of bakery workers on work-family conflict and organizational commitment. Among the bakery companies, research was conducted mainly in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, and Gwangju on the employees who are operated by the bakery craftsmen. Among the sub-factors of job stress (career development, compensation system, role overload, role ambiguity, role conflict), stress on the compensation system and role conflict has a significant effect on the work conflict caused by the family. Job stress of (career development, compensation system, role overload) has a significant effect on family conflict due to work. sub-factors of role overload, role ambiguity, and role conflict among the sub-factors of job stress (career development, reward system, role overload, role ambiguity, role conflict) have a significant negative effect on organizational commitment. The relationship between work-family conflict and organizational commitment of bakery workers showed that sub-factors of family conflict due to work had a negative effect on organizational commitment. As a result, it is necessary to improve the compensation system and role stress among sub-factors of job stress. In addition, this suggests the bakery manager to do a human management plan that can minimize work-family conflict and increase the organizational commitment of bakery employees by creating a workplace atmosphere that can minimize job stress. management recognizes that employees are human resources responsible for Internal customer responsible for both production and consumption, apply a job strategy to reduce the work-family conflict of employees, and increase the organizational commitment to reduce the turnover rate, then it is expected to play a big role in increasing profits.
A Fast Algorithm for Region-Oriented Texture Coding
최영규,최종환,정하영 한국정보전자통신기술학회 2016 한국정보전자통신기술학회논문지 Vol.9 No.6
This paper addresses the framework of object-oriented image coding, describing a new algorithm, based on monodimensional Legendre polynomials, for texture approximation. Through the use of 1D orthogonal basis functions, the computational complexity which usually makes prohibitive most of 2D region-oriented approaches is significantly reduced, while only a slight increment of distortion is introduced. In the aim of preserving the bidimensional intersample correlation of the texture information as much as possible, suitable pseudo-bidimensional basis functions have been used, yielding significant improvements with respect to the straightforward 1D approach. The algorithm has been experimented for coding still images as well as motion compensated sequences, showing interesting possibilities of application for very low bitrate video coding.

Mobile robots are effectively used in industrial fields that require flexible manufacturing systems. Mobile robots have to move with mechanical loads such as product parts along the specified paths, and are usually equipped with kinematic controllers. When the loads and nonlinear frictions are too high, satisfactory control performances can not be expected with the kinematic controllers, so some dynamic controllers have been developed. Conventional dynamic controllers require the exact weights and locations of the loads; however, the loads are frequently changed and unknown so that the control performances of the conventional controllers are limited. This paper proposes an adaptive PD control method using gradient descent learning to have sufficient dynamic control performance for unknown loads. Simulation studies have been conducted for various load conditions to verify that the adaptive PD control method have much broader convergence region than the convention method.

We have carried out a basic experiment in order to develope a super high-resolution optical microscope which transcend the limitation of diffraction and the wavelength of lightwave. The image of this scope is composed by measuring the evanescent wave which is localized on the surface of the testing materials. A detecting probe was fabricated with a single mode optical fiber to be sharpened by the chemical etching, and drived by PZT. The standing wave of 0.33㎛ wavelength evanescent wave which was generated from the 0.78㎛-wavelength semiconductor laser was detected by the 0.5㎛-thickness optical fiber probe.

A reflective interference type optical modulator to compose the electric field sensor is proposed, and the performance and characteristics are theoretically analyzed. For the high sensitivity of the sensor, a method to improve the modulation index of the modulator is presented. The electric field sensor using Ti:LiNbO₃ waveguide was fabricated and qualitatively investigated the characteristics by measuring the low frequency electric field. Even though the sensor showed very low modulation index of 5 %, the electric filed strength of 5 V/cm was measured. The experimental results revealed the utilities of this type electric field sensor.

Background: The management of the behavior of handicapped children when providing required dental care is often a problem, whether in the dental office or in a hospital setting. Because of the high incidence of poor cooperation, many of these patients are scheduled for dental care under general anesthesia with preoperative medical assessment. The purpose of this study was to carry out a clinico-statistical survey on dental treatment for handicapped children under general anesthesia. Methods: After approval from the institutional review board, the medical records of 64 handicapped children between 1997 and 2002 were reviewed to determine the patient profiles, anesthesia management, and complications. The charts of these patients, who underwent dental examination, scaling and prophylaxis, and restoration and extraction of teeth under general anesthesia, were reviewed. Results: The mean age was 12.8 years old, and males (53%) predominated females (47%). Twenty-four patients had mental retardation, twelve had autism, six had cerebral palsy, 4 had behavior disorder, others had heart disease, convulsive disorder, etc. Sixty-two had intravenous thiopental with neuromuscular blocker, 2 had intravenous ketamine induction. Nasotracheal intubation was uneventful in 55 patients, nine had orotracheal intubation because of difficult visualization of the larynx. Twenty-one patients experienced postoperative complications in the recovery room, including epistaxis, nasal obstruction, vomiting, airway obstruction, respiratory depression. Conclusions: General anesthesia is a very effective way of completing the dental treatments for disabled children. We emphasize the need to train anesthesiologists in the care of disabled patients.
