        20대 여대생을 대상으로 한 치아우식활성검사 연구

        This study surveyed salivary flow rate, salivary viscosity, and salivary buffering capacity in order to intensively analyze salivary factors among factors of occurrence in dental caries for finding mutually different factors that function in occurrence of dental caries depending on each individual. Even the acid body within dental plaque has great influence upon dental caries. Thus, the comparative analysis was carried out by surveying the hydrogen ion concentration in dental plaque. The following results were obtained in this study. 1. The average decayed teeth in the survey subjects stood at 1.67 piece. The extracted teeth caused by dental caries stood at 0.47 piece. The filled teeth were indicated to be 6.31 pieces. Accordingly, the average permanent dental caries experience teeth were surveyed to be 8.44 pieces. 2. The results according to dental caries activity test method were indicated to be 12.56±4.15ml for the average stimulated salivary flow rate, 3.89±1.83ml for non-stimulated salivary flow rate, 1.49±0.69 for salivary viscosity, and 8.51±2.44 for salivary buffering capacity. The hydrogen ion concentration test in dental plaque was indicated to be 5.62±0.50 for before brushing teeth, 5.23±0.58 for 5 minutes after brushing teeth, 5.25±0.56 for 10 minutes after brushing teeth, 5.29±0.62 for 15 minutes after brushing teeth, 5.34±0.58 for 20 minutes after brushing teeth, 5.40±0.53 for 25 minutes after brushing teeth, and 5.61±0.59 for 30 minutes after brushing teeth. 3. Stimulated salivary and non-stimulated salivary flow rate,salivary viscosity, and salivary buffering capacity were indicated to be higher in group with non-caries than group with caries. However, it was statistically insignificant. The hydrogen ion concentration in dental plaque showed wholly statistical significant in the relationship with people with dental caries under progression. However, people without dental caries were indicated to be higher than people with dental caries. 4. As for correlation between caries activity test methods, the stimulated salivary flow rate had significantly positive correlation with non-stimulated salivary flow rate(p<0.001). Non-stimulated salivary flow rate showed negative correlation with salivary buffering capacity(p<0.01). The hydrogen ion concentration test in dental plaque showed positive correlation according to the passage of time after brushing teeth. However, there was no significant correlation with salivary viscosity and salivary buffering capacity(p>0.05).

        2007년도부터 군에서도 성폭력 예방을 위한 정책개발에 관심을 경주하기 시작했으나 13년도에 육사생도 및 00소령 성폭력 사건 등이 발생하여 사회적 관심의 기폭제가 되었다. 이에 국방부에서는 ‘성폭력 근절’을 국정과제로 선정하고 2013년도와 2015년도에 ‘성폭력 근절을 위한 특별종합대책’을 마련하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 ‘우월적 지위를 이용한 권력형 성폭력’ 사건이 끊임없이 발생하고 있음은 군내 여성차별적인 의식과 그 의식을 바탕으로 하는 성폭력에 대한 강한 부정적인 인식에 기인한다. 이에 성 차별적인 조직문화에 대한 감수성을 높이고 근본적인 인식 전환의 예방적 접근에서 실효성 있는 성폭력 예방교육을 위한 대상별 교육내용과 방법 등 효율적인 예방교육 방안과 전제되어야 할 사항들에 대해 전반적인 검토를 하였다.

        컴퓨터 재량활동 수업에서 STAD협동학습이 ICT 정보수집과 정보가공 능력에 미치는 영향

        컴퓨터 교육을 위한 교육방법의 논의는 학습자가 컴퓨터에 대한 지식과 기능을 효과적으로 습득하기 위해 요구되는 사항이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 교수법 중 교사와 학습자간의 부담감 을 줄이기 위해 STAD협동학습을 적용해 보았다. 그 결과 STAD협동학습 이론에 기초한 컴퓨터 실기 수업이 학생들의 ICT 정보수집 및 정보가공 능력 향상에 효과적인임을 알 수 있었다. 연 구결과를 통해 도출된 수업모형은 컴퓨터 과의 수업모형 중 하나의 예시가 될 것이며, 앞으로 컴 퓨터 교과의 효과적인 수업을 위한 더 많은 연구사례가 있어야 한다고 생각한다. Considering teaching methods for computer education is a must for effectively instructing students of knowledge and skills on computers. In this paper, we adopts STAD Cooperative Learning method, among many others, in order to reduce any burden teachers and learners may have. As a result, it finds out that practical training based on STAD Cooperative Learning is very effective in enhancing students' abilities for ICT data collection and manipulation. The teaching model driven out as a result of this study, will be a good example for teaching models in many computer-related departments. In the future, more studies on teaching models will have to take place for more effective teaching of computer courses.

        유산소운동이 고혈압환자의 혈청지질 및 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of body composition, circulorespiratory functions, serum lipids and hormones related controlling blood pressure after 16weeks aerobic exrcise. Subjects were composed of twenty old female hypertensive patients. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill exercise test. The exercise intensities are decided by regression equations between %HRmax and speed(m/min). Subjects were trained during 16weeks(50%HRmax, 4 frequencies/week, 1 hour). Paired t-test was used to evaluate the difference of the pre and post training. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for this study. The result of this study are as follows: 1. Weight and %fat were decreased after 16weeks aerobic training. 2. Circulorespiratory function was improved because of increasing in V˙O_2max, V˙O_2max/kg after 16weeks aerobic training. 3. As Total cholesterol, Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, Triglyceride and Apolipoprotein B were density and High density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased after 16weeks aerobic training, Blood pressure was decreased. 4. As plasma norepinephrine, renin, angiotension Ⅱ, Aldosterone and α-ANP wee decreased, so blood pressure was decreased because of decreasing total peripheral resistance In conclusion, Aerobic training was shown to positive influence on decreasing blood pressure because of improving plasma lipids and decreasing peripheral vascular resistance in hypertensive patients.

        Accuracy of Mean-centered Binned Kernel Density Estimator as an Approximation to the Ordinary Kernel Estimator

        When the data set is very large it takes huge computation time to obtain the kernel density estimator. In this case it is of crucial interest to reduce the computation time. One of the efficient way to achieve this goal is to use the binned kernel density estimator. Several binning rules and the resulting binned kernel estimator have been studied by some authors. In this paper we study, the accuracy of the mean-centered binned kernel estimator as a practical substitute for the original kernel density estimator. We investigate the asymptotic mean integrated squared difference between the mean-centered binned kernel density estimator and the original kernel estimator. We also do the simulation study for checking the accuracy.

        Objectives: The purposes of this study were to identify the nurses' turnover intention and its related factors, and to identify the predictors of nurses' turnover intention. Method: Data were collected from 211 nurses who working in a general hospital in Gwangju using structured questionnaires. Results: Nurses expressed moderate level of turnover intention. Nurses' turnover intention was significantly different by their age, position, night duty, and size of the working place. Job related variables such as job characteristics, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment were significantly related to nurses' turnover intention. Nurses who reported higher autonomy, diversity, higher job satisfaction, and higher organizational commitment reported lower turnover intention than their counterparts. There were significant positive correlations between job characteristics, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment were identified as statistically significant predictors of nurses' turnover intention and these two variables explained 35% of the variance of turnover intention. Conclusion: This study identified the importance of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to predict the nurses' turnover intention. Interventions which improve job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses may prevent or reduce nurses' turnover rate. To identify causal relationships of nurses' turnover and its related factors, more research is needed.
